For the last month, I have been experiencing 20-minute delays, mud, dirt, gravel, 20-minute delays, water trucks, huge tractors, and 20-minute delays. How much longer am I going to have to put up with this? Did I mention the 20-minute delays? — Bill F., Medford Well, Bill, the LTM folks who are doing the construction say those 20-minute delays can be expected off and on until the project is completed in May 2003. Don’t panic. According to Medford Public Works Director Cory Crebbin, LTM is getting close to paving, and drivers should be able to zoom along delay-free in December. Crebbin said that part of the contract with LTM says that they cannot have 20-minute delays during the peak morning and evening hours. So, you’ll be home for Christmas.
