It was first reported that the semi had rolled over, but only the Jeep tipped over, according to Oregon State Police Capt. Bill Fugate. The Jeep driver sustained minor injuries. Fugate said the Jeep was passing the semi at about 70 miles per hour when it drifted too far and the driver over-corrected, causing the SUV to roll. The semi involved pulled over to the side. “All indications are pointing to a case of distracted driving,” Fugate said.
