Jackson County reports 14 new COVID-19 cases Monday By Mail Tribune staff Oct 05, 2020 03:39 PM A A Jackson County Public Health reported 14 new COVID-19 cases Monday. A previously reported case was reclassified as a suspect case. That change plus the new cases bring the number of reported cases in the county during the pandemic to 1,267. There have been six deaths and 89 hospitalizations, according to county data. Statewide, the Oregon Health Authority reported 288 new and presumptive COVID-19 cases Monday with no new deaths. The state has reported 35,049 cases and 572 deaths during the pandemic.
