Since You Asked: MOD Pizza to open in Medford Saturday Jan 28, 2017 at 12:01 AM Do you food mavens at the Mail Tribune have any idea when the new pizza place next to The Ram in Medford is going to open? It looks like it's finished, but they're still locked up. — Dave S., Medford   Funny you should ask that, Dave. We got a press release about that very topic Thursday. MOD Pizza, in the Northgate Marketplace at 171 Rossanley Drive, will hold a ribbon-cutting at 11:50 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 2, according to the release. The doors will open at noon, and the first 52 people in line will receive free pizza or salad, the release said. All proceeds from the first day will be donated to the Family Nurturing Center, the company said. Normal business hours will be 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. For those who haven't heard of the pizza chain before, the company was founded in Seattle in 2008. It's website is www.modpizza.com. — Send questions to “Since You Asked,” Mail Tribune Newsroom, P.O.
