A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Ruiz on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in Jackson County Jail, and later released after posting bail. Theft — Robert Alan Doyle, 47, of the 700 block of Welch Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Doyle on eight counts of first-degree theft and a fugitive warrant. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday in lieu of $88,000 bail. Drugs — William Douglas Stewart, 45, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Stewart appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — April Ann Barlow, 42, of the 1800 block of Inner Circle, Medford. Barlow appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Ronald James Thompson, 57, of the 12200 block of Antioch Road, White City. Thompson appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivery of marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Weapon possession — Ronald Edward Rader, 52, of the 2000 block of Sterling Creek Road, Jacksonville. An Oregon State Police trooper Thursday arrested Rader on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon and two counts of failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday in lieu of $5,000 bail. Advertisement Forgery — Steve Craig Merrell, 48, of the 2200 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Merrell on charges of first-degree forgery and first- degree possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday in lieu of $10,000 bail. Drugs — Astra Lauraine Lucier, 34, of the 1600 block of Sheldon Avenue, Medford. Lucier appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Rape — Christopher James Dupre, 19, of the 400 block of North Holly Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Dupre on charges of third-degree rape and third- degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday in lieu of $9,000 bail. Drugs — David Jay Monte Farmer, 30, no known address. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Farmer on charges of possession of methamphetamine, failure to appear in court and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs, contraband — Faith Amber Patton, 30, of the 100 block of Maple Street, Medford. An Ashland police officer Thursday arrested Patton on charges of frequenting a drug house, supplying contraband and possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday in lieu of $14,000 bail. Drugs — Beau Quinton Folkins, 22, no known address. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Folkins on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday in lieu of $6,000 bail. Dismissals Ross Edward Davis, 46, of the 4300 block of Avenue A, White City. On July 8 a sheriff’s deputy arrested Davis on two counts of delivery of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine. The charges were later dismissed in Circuit Court.
