Emergency Services Dec. 27, 2021 Dec 27, 2021 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Unauthorized use — Joshua Michael Kirkman, 25, of the 5500 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Kirkman Saturday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to report as a sex offender and on warrant for alleged parole violations. He was booked into jail and held without bail. Theft — Tristan William Moore, 25, of the 300 block of Avrey Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Moore Sunday on charges of theft in the first degree, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other charges.
