Third St. The Federal Emergency Management Agency course on emergency response training will show basics on disaster first aid, home preparedness, search and rescue, emergency extrication, fire suppression and other disaster skills. Subsequent training sessions will take place Nov. 15 and 16. The annual training, hosted by Community Emergency Response Teams from Central Point, Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford, is free.
