Medford police arrested Seiver Sunday on suspicion of assault and harassment. She was being held late Sunday in the Jackson County Jail on $28,000 bail. Resisting Arrest — Hannah Louise Basaraba, 24, of the 1000 block of West 13th Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Basaraba Sunday on suspicion of the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. She was being held late Sunday in the Jackson County Jail on $9,000 bail.
