Bavarian Night at Mt. Ashland Ski Resort: The annual fundraiser for Mt. Ashland Ski Patrol will include a raffle, live music and fireworks on Saturday, Feb. 17. The raffle and auction will be from 4 to 8 p.m., and live music by Collin Braley and Company will be from 5 to 8:30 p.m. Fireworks will start at 9 p.m. Admission to the event is free. 'Beatles vs. Stones: A Musical Showdown': Beatles and Rolling Stones tribute bands — Abbey Road and Satisfaction — will face-off at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 18, at the old Ashland Armory, 208 Oak St. A string quartet from South Medford High School will join the bands for seven songs: "Eleanor Rigby," "Yesterday," "A Day in the Life," "Hello Goodbye," "Hey Jude," "As Tears Go By" and "Ruby Tuesday." The bands will play alternating sets before they come together for an encore. Tickets are $30 in advance, $35 the day of the show, and can be purchased at liveatthearmory.com. The 56-minute film and virtual reality experience explores anxiety, its causes, effects and what society can do about it.
