County reports 14 new COVID-19 cases Wednesday By Mail Tribune staff Sep 16, 2020 02:58 PM A A Jackson County Public Health reported 14 new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday, pushing the local total to 994 cases, including 136 people who are considered infectious. Seventy-five people here have been hospitalized and three have died from the illness. The Oregon Health Authority reported 195 new cases statewide and two more deaths, pushing Oregon’s total to 29,850, with 521 deaths.
