Main St., Medford. Kloetzel's talk is being hosted by the Southern Oregon Philatelic Society. In 1994, after receiving degrees from University of Southern California and University of California, Berkeley, Kloetzel joined Scott Catalogs as an associate editor in charge of U.S. valuing and editing. He went on to edit all Scott Catalog volumes, retiring in 2011. Kloetzel now serves as a consultant to Scott for the U.S. and Canada Specialized Catalog and the Classic Specialized Catalog.
