Medford police arrested Bjornsen Thursday on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and parole violation. He was booked into Jackson County Jail, where he remained Thursday night without bail. Assault — Tracy Scott Dunn, 43, of the 100 block of Rhonda Lane, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Dunn Thursday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Thursday night on $5,000 bail. Assault — Rhonda Lynn Dunn, 39, no address listed. Phoenix police arrested Dunn Thursday on a charge of felony fourth-degree assault. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Thursday night on $5,000 bail. Theft — Timothy Robert Roy, 33, of the 7800 block of West Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Ray appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Richard Edward Garote, 44, of the 100 block of Gaylee Avenue, Medford. Garote appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with manufacture and possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Drugs — Gala Rene Wright, 37, of the 8000 block of Hale Way, White City. Wright appeared in Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Robbery — Brandon David Cyr, 18, of Beacon Fall, Conn. Cyr was booked into jail Thursday on two charges of first-degree robbery. He remained in jail Thursday night without bail. Crime reports Theft — 1700 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police took a report Wednesday of a theft of a Pioneer stereo and 150 compact disks from a vehicle. The items reported stolen had an estimated value of $3,000. Theft — Corona Avenue and Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police took a report Wednesday of a John Deere landscape loader valued at $35,000. Theft — 200 block of Dahlia Terrace, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft from a horse trailer of a saddle valued at $3,500.
