A Jackson County sheriff's detective Wednesday arrested Daniels on three counts of first-degree burglary, eight counts of first-degree theft, five counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon and four counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Kodi J. Spencer, 31, of the 300 block of Rogue River Drive, Eagle Point. Spencer appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of synthetic drugs and possession of hashish.
