Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Austin on chargers of first-degree burglary, two counts each of fourth-degree assault, harassment and contempt as well as one count of first-degree trespass. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $48,000 bail. Drugs — Jeremy Robert Bondurant, 43, of the 4000 block of Yale Creek, Jacksonville. Medford police Sunday arrested Bondurant on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous robbery conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Drugs — Rita Marie Cimfl, 34, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Cimfl on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and on a warrant for failing to appear on an identity theft charge. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Assault — Nina Marie Marlow, 43, of the 900 block of Shafer Lane, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Marlow on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Sex-offender registration — David Ralph Webb, 41, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Webb on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle theft — Ivan Anthony Shane Stolz, 43, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Stolz on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and failing to appear on car-theft and drug charges. He was lodged Monday in jail on $35,000 bail. Theft — Michael David Cisneros, 28, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Cisneros on a charge of first-degree theft and for failing to appear on a previous theft charge. He was lodged Monday in jail on $5,000 bail. Theft — Jeremy Glenn Withrow, 32, of the 1400 block of Dakota Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Withrow on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Lon Burtis Delaney, 57, of the 300 block of Conestoga Circle, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Delaney on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. was lodged Monday in jail on $25,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — First block of Rossanley Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 4:08 p.m. Monday of the shoplifting of fragrances and makeup from a business. The loss was valued at $1,000.
