Medford police Thursday arrested Snyder on two felony charges of methamphetamine possession, probation violation on a previous fourth-degree assault charge, and failure to appear warrants for methamphetamine possession, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, third-degree theft and a strangulation parole violation. He was lodged Thursday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Shane Michael Stinson, 25, no known address. Rogue River police Friday arrested Stinson on felony charges of methamphetamine distribution and possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Burglary — Richard Lopaka Metcalfe, 56, no known address. Central Point police Friday arrested Metcalfe on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Raymond Lee Wright-Foster, 19, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Wright-Foster on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Gina Marie Messenger, 26, of the 100 block of Nadine Lane, Central Point. Talent police Friday arrested Messenger on a felony charge of heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and parole violation on a previous felony charge of possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. She was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Sex Offender — Philip Brian Peterson, 55, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Peterson on a felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Zackary Vincent Ward, 33, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Ward on a felony charge of heroin possession, a failure to appear warrant on a second-degree harassment charge and parole violation on a methamphetamine charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Court Appearance —Kristin Dawn Stevenson, 34, of the 400 block of Southeast I Street, Grants Pass. On Friday, Stevenson made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Terry Everett Clement, 47, of the 1400 block of Appleton Circle, Medford. On Friday, Clement made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Angela Marie Early, 34, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Early on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of contempt. She was lodged in jail Friday on $18,000 bail. Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle — Jerry Jay Bassett, 43, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Bassett on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of contempt and third-degree theft, and parole violation on a previous charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked Friday in the jail. Crime Reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a motor vehicle theft at 9:07 p.m. Thursday near Alta and Ogara streets, Medford. Miscellaneous tools valued at $2,000 were reported stolen in the vehicle.
