Police investigate two bank robberies By Terri Harber Updated: Jan 18, 2022 11:06 AM A A Both bank are in the 2600 block of East Barnett Road Medford police are looking for a man who is suspected of robbing two bank just after 10 a.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of East Barnett Road. “It appears the suspect robbed the First Interstate and then Banner Bank. Suspect last seen on foot towards the Larson Creek bike path,” according to a release from Medford police. No one was reported injured. St. Mary’s High School went into lockdown, and police say the campus is safe. The suspect is described as being a white man in his mid-40s who stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and of a medium build. He was wearing a dark or camouflage hoodie, black sunglasses and a blue or American flag-style mask. Anyone with information should call 541-770-4783, and reference Case No. 22-980.
