Shane Hagey, 48, was cited and released after his arrest, the release said. Oregon State Police assisted in the arrest at the Purple Parrot in the Medford Center. Circumstances that led up to the arrest are not yet known. The case has since been referred to the Jackson County District Attorney's Office. Calls to MADGE, Hagey's desk, District Attorney Beth Heckert and Assistant County Counsel Devin Huseby were not immediately returned.
