Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend December 20, 2005 Two arrested in alleged beating, robbery Two Medford residents were arrested and police were looking Monday for a third suspect allegedly involved in a home-invasion robbery Friday at a west Medford house, authorities said. The victim told police three people stormed his house on the 900 block of Narregan Street at about 9 p.m. Friday and beat him for more than two hours, police said. The victim told police that two of the suspects were known business acquaintances, Medford police Sgt. Tim Doney said. The trio allegedly made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and two swords, Doney said. The victim was treated for his injuries at an unidentified Medford hospital and released, Doney said. Medford police detectives Monday arrested Paul Mychol Taylor, 47, without incident about 2:15 p.m. at Taylor’s residence on the first block of Almond Street in Medford, Doney said. Advertisement Taylor, a woman who also uses the alias Carol Ann Taylor, was taken into custody on charges of second-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and third-degree assault, Doney said. At 5 p.m., detectives also met up with suspect Thomas Robert Maisano, 32, at his residence on the 1400 block of Brookdale Avenue, Doney said. Maisano was arrested on the same charges. Both suspects were lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where they were each being held Monday night in lieu of more than $1 million bail. The money and swords were not recovered during the arrests, Doney said. Police were seeking the third, unidentified suspect, Doney said. He may be someone Taylor and Maisano met earlier Friday at a downtown Medford bar, Doney said.
