McAlmond made a Monday appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on new charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree trespassing. Medford police originally arrested McAlmond Friday on charges of contempt of court for violating a restraining order and contempt of court for violating stalking orders. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday. Theft — Kristopher Allen Pritchett, 39, of the 3600 block of Avenue C, White City. Pritchett made a Monday Circuit Court appearance on a new charge of first-degree theft. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Pritchett on charges of first-degree theft, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving while suspended, harassment, reckless driving and reckless endangering. He was held in jail Tuesday. Vehicle theft — Lupe Andrea Sotello, 31, of the 100 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Sotello Monday on warrants charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and on a Medford Municipal Court warrant for failing to appear on a charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance.
