Since You Asked: No other suspects named in pot robbery Wednesday Feb 1, 2017 at 6:16 PM Feb 1, 2017 at 6:16 PM In that home-invasion robbery of a Wimer cannabis grower, did they ever name any additional suspects? I thought I heard there were four involved. — No name given   Frank William Foremski, 34, of Gold Hill is so far the only individual facing felony charges in the December robbery that allegedly involved the beating of James Bowman, 56, of Blue Sky Gardens and loading up six figures worth of processed marijuana into a U-Haul-type rented truck. Bowman's car was also reported stolen in the alleged Dec. 26 attack. Foremski, initially listed as having a Pennsylvania address, reportedly identified himself as the owner and co-founder of Meadowlark Farms out of Gold Hill, according to a LinkedIn page accessed last week by the Mail Tribune.   His page states he attended Southern Oregon University between 2013 and 2015 and studied agriculture and related sciences, but only has an associate degree. A search through business filings with the Oregon Secretary of State's office failed to yield any results tying Foremski to a company with "Meadowlark" in its name.  Foremski was reportedly named as a suspect after a search warrant on a cellphone dropped during the robbery yielded texts from Foremski's phone commanding another suspect to bring a truck to the location and the cutting of security system wires.  Foremski entered not guilty pleas to felony charges of first- and second-degree robbery, aggravated first-degree theft, first-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He has been released from the Jackson County Jail on his own recognizance after posting 10 percent of his $100,000 bail bail Jan. 27, jail records show. He was ordered to undergo intensive release conditions that include weekly check-ins and GPS monitoring. — Send questions to “Since You Asked,” Mail Tribune Newsroom, P.O.
