Mt. Ashland Ski Area on delay due to storm By Mai Tribune staff Updated: Jan 05, 2023 09:46 AM A A Mt. Ashland is on hold Thursday. [Jamie Lusch / Mail Tribune] Mt. Ashland Ski Area reported Thursday morning that operations are on hold due to high winds and ice. Night skiing is scheduled to begin Thursday, but all lifts are delayed until midday, and ski managers said they would will evaluate conditions at that time for afternoon and evening operations.
