Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend November 1, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Sex abuse — Kyle Eugene Curties, 23, of the 500 block of Teakwood Drive, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Curties on charges of third-degree sexual abuse, fourth- degree assault, harassment and first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $16,000 bail. Theft — Marilyn Joan Skutt, 52, of the 2200 block of Redwood Avenue, Grants Pass. Rogue River police Monday arrested Skutt on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and aggravated first-degree theft. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $15,000. Bad checks — Scott Alan Weigand, 38, of the 1000 block of Diamond Street, Medford. An Oregon State Police trooper Monday arrested Weigand on a fugitive warrant out of Nevada, where he is wanted for allegedly writing a bad check. Weigand was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail.
