Police charge homeless man in Casa Flores fire Oct 05, 2002 12:00 AM A A GRANTS PASS ' A homeless man was charged in connection with Wednesday's fire at the Si Casa Flores restaurant. Alan Paul Davis, no age listed, was arrested Friday on arson charges. He admitted that he intentionally set the fire that destroyed Si Casa Flores on Beacon Drive and damaged the McDonald's next door around 4:40 a.m., said detectives with Grants Pass Department of Public Safety. He also is suspected of lighting another in the trash bin outside Fish World Thursday morning. Tips led to Davis' arrest. A & 36;5,000 reward was offered for information leading to an arrest in the case. Anyone with more information is asked to call detectives at Grants Pass Department of Public Safety at 541-474-6370.
