People in business Chuck Darland and Bill Huntley were recently honored by the Rogue Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors for their service to the profession, association and community. Darland is with Protectors Insurance in Medford and has been in the insurance and finance business for 27 years. Huntley is president of Huntley Insurance and Financial Services, and has been in the industry for 17 years. The association has more than 100 members and is affiliated with the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Ron DeLude, former chief operating officer of West Coast Bancorp, has joined PremierWest Bank as senior vice president. DeLude will split time between Medford and Roseburg, overseeing the bank�s Douglas County operations. He will also oversee the bank�s Premier Finance Company in Portland. Before joining West Coast Bancorp, DeLude worked at Western Bank, helping guide that company�s growth in the Willamette Valley. Jay Trentzsch has joined the staff of Riverside Physical Therapy in Grants Pass. She is an occupational therapist, certified hand therapist and certified complex decongestive physiotherapist. She also specializes in the treatment of lymphedema. John J. Harmon of Medford is Knife River Corp.�s new corporate equipment manager in Medford. He�ll be responsible for managing the company�s construction materials operation, including 5,500 pieces of equipment in six western states. Harmon, who grew up in Arizona, is a graduate of Southern Oregon University. He is the former owner and operator of H Cubed Equipment, a heavy equipment company in Medford.
