Austin, Stinson claim wins at Champion Raceway Oct 09, 2005 12:00 AM A A WHITE CITY ' Medford's Mike Austin and Jerry Stinson each won their respective classes Saturday in the NHRA Division 6 Lucas Oil drag race at Champion Raceway. Austin claimed a victory in the top alcohol dragster division, while Stinson raced to a win in the motorcycle class. Rain caused the postponement of two classes, which will be made up at 9 a.m. today. The Lucas Oil event is the final competition of the season at Champion Raceway. It featured drivers from all over the Northwest and western half of Canada.
