Morning Jolt: Economy continues gains The Bureau of Labor Statistics reported this morning that jobs were up by 295,000 in February, the 12th consecutive month the economy has added more than 200,000 jobs. The unemployment rate also fell to 5.5 percent, the lowest it has been since May 2008.
