Escoto made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of possession of heroin and possession of controlled substances in a school zone. He was booked Monday into the Jackson County Jail and released. Public indecency — Wesley Kevin Hoseclaw, 50, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Hoseclaw on a felony charge of public indecency as well as for violating the conditions of his parole on an attempted rape conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Fugitive — Alex Candelario Meza, 36, of the 900 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Meza on a fugitive warrant out of California as well as on a contempt charge. He was lodged Monday in jail on $ bail. Drugs — Brandon Austin Wallace, 25, of the 1700 block of Tanglewood Lane, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Wallace on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on an aggravated theft conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Brian Timothy Glenn, 44, of Bend. Medford police Monday arrested Glenn on charges of possession of heroin, driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Vandalism — 1200 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:52 a.m. Sunday of vandalism to nine support posts. The loss was valued at $4,000.
