Medford police charged Ziegler Friday with first- and second-degree theft, second-degree forgery and second- degree possession of a forged instrument. He was jailed in mid-August on misdemeanor charges and remained in the Jackson County Jail Friday night on $17,000 bail. Drugs — Rachel Ann Saylor, 26, of the 200 block on North Ivy Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Saylor Friday on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Friday night on $25,000 bail. Sexual abuse — James Walter Renfro, 20, of Chiloquin. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Renfro Friday on two counts of second-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Tommy Alvin Davis, 36, of the 100 block of Omni Circle, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis Friday on charges of possession of amphetamines and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $8,000. Assault — Shawna Maria Gutierrez, 24, of Hillsboro. Gutierrez appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court on Friday on an indictment charging her with third-degree assault, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and three counts of endangering another person. She was booked into jail and released. Advertisement Weapons — Dale Lloyd Griffith, 41, of Keizer, appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Daniel James Kaough, 34, of the 200 block of California Street, Ashland. Kaough appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with possessing amphetamines, driving under the influence of intoxicants and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Nicole Marie Bishop, 27, of the first block of Mace Road, Medford. Bishop appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines and probation violation. She was booked into jail and released. Crime reports Theft — 500 block of Business Park Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of a silver 1981 Toyota Tercel with Oregon license plate YUL 219 Burglary — 100 block of Almond Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary in which money, a safe, jewelry, a digital-video-disc player and DVDs were reported stolen. The items had an estimated value of nearly $2,650. Theft — 500 Catalina Drive, Ashland. Ashland police took a report of a theft of a central-processing unit of a computer taken from Ashland Community Hospital. The computer had an estimated value of $1,600. Theft — 1300 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police took a report of a theft of a white, Roley mountain bike with an electric motor, valued at $750. Theft — Cascade residence hall, Southern Oregon University campus. Ashland police took a report of a theft of a gray Cannondale Roadway bike with an estimated value of $2,000.
