In Game 1, Sebasten Boivin’s bases-loaded walk brought home Caleb Lawrence in the bottom of the seventh inning. Hunter Grant was 2-for-2 and Jake Cartwright 2-for-4 for the Comets (28-6, 12-4 Area 4). In the second game, Grant scored the go-ahead run in the sixth inning from third base while a teammate was in a rundown. Jace Godley finished 2-for-3 with a double, triple and two runs for Central Point and Jacob Melton 2-for-4 with a double, triple and three RBIs for South Medford.
