Deputies uncover suspects in string of seven burglaries Jackson County sheriff�s deputies say they have connected a Medford man and woman to seven burglaries in the area since June. The pair, Lake Aaron Moore and Abrielle Meadowbrook Clayton, both 22, were arrested on the Fourth of July after they allegedly broke into a Jacksonville woman�s home in the 1500 block of Sterling Creek Road. With the help of Medford police, sheriff�s investigators say they have learned that Moore and Clayton committed at least six other burglaries since June 5: 1800 block of Wagon Trail Drive, Jacksonville 1100 block of South Third Street, Jacksonville 2500 block of Meridian Road, Eagle Point 2500 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford 3000 block of Old Military Road, Central Point 2500 block of Sterling Creek Road, Jacksonville Deputies say the pair made off with nearly $17,000 worth of property, including handguns, jewelry and electronics equipment. Although most of the property has been returned to its owners, deputies are still searching for a 35mm SLR camera. Moore and Clayton are being held on robbery and burglary charges at the Jackson County Jail. Moore, previously convicted on a first-degree burglary charge, is being held on $200,000 bail.
