Conley appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Theft — David James Campbell, 18, of the 2500 block of Springbrook Road, Medford. Campbell appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Lisa Marie Freitas, 42, of the 600 block of Hemlock Avenue, Central Point. Freitas appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Anthony Vincent Freitas, 32, of the 600 block of Hemlock Avenue, Central Point. Freitas appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Guy Potter, 38, of the 2700 block of Elliott Avenue, Medford. Potter appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Neal Lamarr Hadley, 42, of the 2000 block of Manchester Street, Medford. Hadley appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Criminal mischief — Pedro Angel Rodriguez, 18, of the 3000 block of Cummings Lane, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Rodriguez on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $5,000 bail. Kidnapping, robbery, theft, assault — Loren James Self, 16, of the 100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Self on charges of first-degree kidnapping, two counts of second-degree robbery, two counts of third-degree assault and first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Alexander Leonard Casler, 23, of the 8600 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. A Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team officer Thursday arrested Casler on charges of delivery of heroin and possession of heroin. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $75,000 bail. Drugs — Robin Sophia Kigel, 22, of the 100 block of Taylor Street, Talent. Talent police Thursday arrested Kigel on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Vehicle theft — 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police Thursday took a report in which a 2004 Toyota Camry valued at $15,000 was stolen.
