Medford police late Sunday arrested Dempster on charges of felony drunken driving and driving while suspended. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $25,000 bail. Assault — Raymond John Quattrocelli, 40, of the 200 block of Applewood Drive, Central Point. Central Point police late Sunday arrested Quattrocelli on charges of felony fourth- degree assault, strangulation, harassment and interfering with a police report. He was lodged Sunday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $16,000 bail. Weapons — Ivan August Stolz, 54, no address available. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Stolz on a charge of being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $5,000 bail. Theft— David Charles Geppert, 41, of the 1100 block of Rose Street, Phoenix. Geppert made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of first- degree theft. He was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, then released on his own recognizance. Drugs— Pamela Ann Kilpatrick, 40, of Mesa, Ariz. Kilpatrick mad her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge possession of amphetamines. She was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, then released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 3200 block of Winterbrook Lane, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Monday of the theft of $1,200 worth of miscellaneous items from a construction site. The theft was reported to deputies at 1:48 p.m. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 99 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its new court-ordered cap of 230 inmates. Of those, 32 were released before their scheduled court appearances, 19 were granted an early release from a sentence and 48 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
