Centennial Ice Rink to open Nov. 16 in Ashland Thursday Nov 3, 2016 at 11:23 AM The Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink, 95 Winburn Way, will open Wednesday, Nov. 16, and the rink will hold a seasonal gala Saturday, Nov. 19. The First Frost gala will run from 6 to 10 p.m., with open skating, a live DJ, and 7:30 p.m. performances by the Southern Oregon Figure Skating Club. Other highlights include ice sculptures, the rink's Chilly the Snowman mascot, refreshments and snacks. Children 5 and younger skate free. Adult admission is $3. Skate rentals cost $2.50.
