Lou Elizabeth Paxton Nov 25, 2016 12:00 AM A A Lou Elizabeth Paxton passed away November 18, 2016. She was born in St. Cloud, Minn. to Anna and John Terres. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church in Ashland, Ore. Burial will be at the Dominican Cemetery in Benicia, Calif. at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent DePaul or the American Cancer Society.
