Gallagher, 41, of the 3000 block of Sycamore Way, Medford. Ashland police Sunday arrested Gallagher on a fugitive warrant out of New Mexico as well as charges of identity theft, furnishing false information to police and failure to display an operator's license. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Assault — Javier Alexander Sanchez, 29, of the 14000 block of Avalon Road, White City. Medford police Sunday arrested Sanchez on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $8,000 bail. Diving under the influence of intoxicants — Terri Lee Hendrick, 45, of Puyallup, Wash. Hendrick made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of felony driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Driving while suspended — Darrell Lee Wilbanks, 40, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Wilbanks on a charge of felony driving while suspended and for attempting to elude police in a vehicle. He was lodged Monday in jail on $15,000 bail. Coercion — Patrick Ryan Preston, 43, of the 1100 block of Morrow Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Preston on charges of coercion, interfering with a police report and harassment. He was lodged Monday in jail on $12,000 bail.
