Email Story to a Friend July 15, 2006 People in business Guitar Center Inc. has named Craig Johnson to a new position of president and chief operating officer of Musician's Friend. Johnson was previously executive vice president of merchandising and marketing for Musician's Friend. Prior to rejoining Musician's Friend in 2003, Johnson was senior vice president of merchandising for Oriental Trading Co., a major cataloguer and e-tailer. From 1998 to 2003, Johnson was senior vice president of merchandising and marketing for Musician's Friend. Previously, he served as vice president of merchandising for Golfsmith International. Johnson was also director of inventory planning for Coldwater Creek and vice president of merchandising and inventory planning for Music Sound Exchange, a Time Warner company. He is a member of the Institute of Supply Management. u Lisa Dallenbach has been named director of operations for Manley Services, a third-party benefits administrator and subsidiary of PacificSource Health Plans. Oregon-based PacificSource has offices in Bend, Eugene, Medford and Portland. Dallenbach joined Manley Services as operations manager in October 2004. Dallenbach previously worked at Clear Choice Health Plans in Bend as a billing and enrollment manager. u Advertisement Rogue Federal Credit Union has hired Paul Moretti as a residential loan officer. Moretti has more than 23 years of real estate experience and was owner and broker for Paul Moretti Real Estate in Medford. He also worked with PremierWest Bank as a residential loan officer for three years. u John Sleadd has joined the staff at Century 21, J.C. Jones Realty in Grants Pass. He has taught school for the past 19 years, including 10 at Redwood Elementary School. He is also the founder of Covered Bridge Family Ministries. McDonald moved to the Rogue Valley from Ohio in 1996 and has been with the credit union since then.
