Emergency services, Jan. 18 Thursday Jan 18, 2018 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Drugs — David Allen Frasure, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Frasure Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on heroin-possession and forgery charges. Jackson County Circuit Court later charged Frasure with with an additional misdemeanor count of possessing heroin. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $60,000 bail. Impaired Driving — Robbie William Grizzle, 61, of the 800 block of East Ninth Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Grizzle made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and misdemeanor counts of hit-and-run and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Tara Chantelle Pullen, 34, of the first block of South Stage Road, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Pullen Wednesday on felony counts of delivering methamphetamine and for violating her probation on a prior driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Curtis Lee Hollins, 62, of the first block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Hollins Wednesday on felony counts of possessing methamphetamine and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, a misdemeanor count of frequenting a place where controlled substances are used and for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine-manufacturing conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Sexual Abuse — Scott B. Cooper, 53, of the 400 block of North Barneburg Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Cooper Wednesday on a felony count of second-degree sexual abuse, 10 misdemeanor counts of third-degree sexual abuse and four misdemeanor counts of sexual harassment. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $77,500 bail. Crime reports Theft — 500 block of South Fir Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of three vehicle break-ins at 6:52 a.m. Tuesday. Assorted tools were reported stolen from the vehicles. The loss and damage to the vehicles and a chain-link fence was valued at $14,555. Vandalism — 200 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of four vehicle gas tanks drilled at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $2,800. Vandalism — 1000 block of East Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to a window involving a glass cutter at 2:34 p.m. Wednesday. The damage was valued at $500.
