November 06. 2014 4:47PM Religion briefs "Gen Silent" at Christ Unity Church Christ Unity Church, 540 N. Holly St., Medford will show the documentary "Gen Silent" at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8. The award-winning film explores issues facing elderly gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender individuals. The event is sponsored in part by Rogue Valley LGBT Elders and AARP Oregon. A Sacred Healing Meditation service will be offered at noon Saturday, Nov. 8, at the church. Rev. Rob Wheeler will give a service titled "Remove the Debris" at 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 9. Children's Sunday school will be available during the service. A Healing from the Heart service is offered at 7 p.m. Tuesdays at the church. The service seeks to help people reduce stress and improve relaxation. A Silent Unity Prayer Service is offered at 11 a.m. Wednesdays. Main St., Talent. Sakultarawattn suffered third-degree burns on 97 percent of his body when he was 19 years old. He married his fiancee, Haley, after the accident, and today they have three children.
