Medford police arrested Jackson Thursday on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and menacing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance. Kidnapping — Mark Allen Atkins, 47, of the 800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Atkins Friday on charges of second-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, strangulation, coercion and harassment. He was held in jail Saturday. Elude — Jesse Elmer Lillico, 54, of the 600 block of North Grape Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Lillico Friday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person. He was held in jail Saturday. Elude — Isiah James Martin, 18, of the 3700 block of Avenue G, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Martin Friday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was booked in jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Kidnapping — Dakota Storm Rock, 31, no known address. Talent police arrested Rock Friday on charges of second-degree kidnapping, three counts of felony fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and a charge of strangulation. He was held in jail Saturday.
