Webb has more than 30 years of experience in retailing and has led several multi-billion dollar retailers through periods of rapid growth. From 2011 to 2013, Webb was chairman and CEO of The Sports Authority Inc. Between 2006 and 2011, Webb was Chairman, CEO and President of Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores. He spent more than 20 years with Fred Meyer Inc. and The Kroger Co., following its merger with Fred Meyer. He was president of Fred Meyer Stores, 2002 to 2006. Children's Advocacy Center has added six new members to its board: Mark Conner is assistant vice president of marketing for Lithia Motors. He began his automotive career in 1988 and has worked for Lithia Motors since 1998 as service manager, store operations leader, training director, and service operations assistant vice president. He oversees LAD Marketing, Lithia‘s full service internal agency, handling marketing and advertising for the company and all of its dealerships. Gina DuQuenne is senior sales and catering manager at Ashland Springs Hotel and the Neuman Hotel Group. She has served on other boards in the Rogue Valley and offers her strong community relations skills and experience to our mission of helping children heal from abuse. Eric Rodriguez was an Oregon State Police trooper for 25 years. He retired as a captain, responsible for OSP operations from Lane County to the California border. He has worked at Southern Oregon University as Director of Public Safety, volunteering with the Big Brother Program, Special Olympics and CASA. Toni Richmond , a licensed marriage and family therapist, worked for the advocacy center 16 years before recently retiring. She has 27 years of experience working with children and families specializing in trauma, domestic violence and PTSD. She is a member of the Southern Oregon Critical Incident Response Team, Jackson County Sex Offender Treatment Network, Mental Health Resource and Education Network, Returning Veteran’s Project and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage & Family Therapists. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office Captain Monty Holloway has served in law enforcement for nearly 27 years. He has spent most of his career as a major crime detective, with primary focus on crimes against children. Holloway has been instrumental in forming and commanding Oregon’s only nationally certified Child Abduction Response Team, and one of 20 teams nationally to achieve this certification. Captain Holloway also consults nationally to law enforcement on strategies on missing and abducted children. Christy Nikola is payroll manager for Asante and a long-time volunteer for the center.
