Fiscal Year: 2024 Award: $594,566 Funding agency: National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases The contractor will develop mRNAFlag as a vaccine adjuvant. mRNAFlag is an mRNA transcript that encodes for the deimmunized TLR5 agonist GP532. mRNAFlag would be developed within the context of an influenza mRNA vaccine, using an A/California/07/2009(H1N1) hemagglutinin in an LNP formulation used by Moderna for its SARS-CoV-2 vaccine.
