Principal Investigator: Steven M Lipkin Organization: WEILL MEDICAL COLL OF CORNELL UNIV Fiscal Year: 2022 Award: $117,052 Funding agency: National Cancer Institute Admin Core: Project Summary/Abstract A significant overall goal of CAP-IT is to identify and validate immunologically targeted agents for precision prevention of individuals with increased cancer risk. The CAP-IT Center for RNA Immunoprevention (CRI) Administrative Core (AC) mission is to ensure that research project/Core teams maintain focus on this overall goal. The AC will rapidly perform administrative functions that would otherwise serve as rate-limiting bottlenecks, including IRB/IACUC regulatory compliance and the establishment of MTA/DTAs between multiple project sites. The AC will integrate CRI U54 into the CAP-IT network and drive intra-network as well as international collaborations. To ensure CRI's scientific rigor and excellence, we have assembled a scientifically and administratively outstanding CRI External Advisory Board, including the 2021 Lasker Award winner Dr. Drew Weissman (U. Penn). The AC shall also seamlessly integrate genomic databases and emerging technology as shared resources (such as liponanoparticle RNA vaccines and immunopeptidomics) with the CAP-IT U24 DRCC. 1 Terms: <AACR><ASCO><American Association of Cancer Research><American Society of Clinical Oncology><Automobile Driving><Award><Cancer Center><Cancer Research Programs><Cancer Research Project><Clinical><Clinical Trials><Collaborations><Contracting Opportunities><Contracts><DF/HCC><Dana-Farber Cancer Institute><Data Base Management><Data Base Management Systems><Data Bases><Database Management Systems><Databases><Division of Cancer Prevention><Doctor of Philosophy><Emergent Technologies><Emerging Technologies><Ensure><Evaluation><Familial Nonpolyposis Colon Cancer><Genetic Data Banks><Genetic Data Bases><Genetic Databanks><Genetic Databases><Genetic Information Databases><Genomics><Goals><HIPAA><HNPCC><Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act><Hereditary Colo-rectal Endometrial Cancer Syndrome><Hereditary Colorectal Endometrial Cancer Syndrome><Hereditary Defective Mismatch Repair Syndrome><Hereditary Non-Polyposis Colon Cancer><Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colo-rectal Cancer><Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colo-rectal Neoplasms><Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colon Cancer><Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer><Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Neoplasms><IACUC><IRB><IRBs><Immune Targeting><Immunooncology><Immunoprevention><Individual><Institute of Medicine><Institute of Medicine (U.S.)><Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee><Institutional Review Boards><International><Investigators><Journals><Kennedy Kassebaum Act><LS/HNPCC><Lead><Leadership><Lynch Syndrome><Magazine><Malignant Tumor of the Lung><Malignant neoplasm of lung><Medicine><Mission><NAS/IOM><NCI Organization><National Cancer Institute><Non-Polyadenylated RNA><P01 Mechanism><P01 Program><PL 104-191><PL104-191><Patients><Pb element><Ph.D.><PhD><Prevention Research><Productivity><Program Project Grant><Program Research Project Grants><Public Law 104-191><Pulmonary Cancer><Pulmonary malignant Neoplasm><R-Series Research Projects><R01 Mechanism><R01 Program><RNA><RNA Gene Products><RNA vaccine><RNA-based vaccine><Research><Research Grants><Research Personnel><Research Program Projects><Research Project Grants><Research Projects><Researchers><Resource Sharing><Ribonucleic Acid><Role><Site><Time><Translating><Translations><United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act><Vaccines><Validation><archive data><archiving data><cancer immunology><cancer prevention><cancer risk><clinical translation><data archive><data base><data library><data management><data sharing><database management><database systems><driving><editorial><experience><heavy metal Pb><heavy metal lead><hereditary non-polyposis colo-rectal cancer><hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer><immune-oncology><immuno oncology><immunology oncology><individualized prevention><lung cancer><mRNA vaccine><mRNA-based vaccine><meetings><member><neoplasm immunology><oncoimmunology><personalized prevention><pre-clinical><precision prevention><preclinical><programs><relational database management systems><social role><targeted agent><tumor immunology><work group><working group>
