Flock runs a 'share-to-search' network: a department that shares its own data can search everyone else's — ~90,000+ cameras across ~7,000 networks. Over 75% of law-enforcement customers opt in; one 30-day audit logged 450,000+ nationwide searches, and single departments have queried thousands of other networks at once.
