Charlie Kirk Assassination EXPOSES Victor Marx : Did He Pay Off His Daughter?

We may see the payments to the daughter. We may have record of the payments to the daughter. We may have figured out why she recanted, why she sat in the SUV and and said it didn't happen. And I just needed attention. Well, there may have been a lot of money. We'll find out. We're still looking at it. If it's there, we're going to bust you. We're going to get you. >> [music] >> I'm going to start with a video, Victor Mark's is daughter. Now, Victor Mark's is daughter. I'm not going to play the whole video. I'm just going to play a little bit of it. Uh but I do want to start with this because it sort of sets up the kind of allegations that persist around this guy. Victor Mark's, if you know anything about him, and I'm talking about Victor Mark's, the guy running for governor of Colorado, the guy who on September 11th, 2011 was one of the very first people to greet Erica Kirk in person, the one who who had his uh uh Instagram had him hugging Erica Kirk very intimately saying we had to get our warrior princess home or princess warrior princess warrior home or something like that. But I want to start out with a a video that talks about some allegations against Victor Mark's from his own family, particularly his daughter and his son because I think there's something here that if I was a voter or I was a TPUSA supporter, I would want to know existed. So, I'm going to help you find out it exists. This is a woman doing a podcast talking about it. Did Victor Mark's buy his daughter's silence? Here's how she opens. >> In 2023, uh Brianna Mark's, who's his youngest daughter, Victor Mark's his youngest daughter, she came forward and she made several social media posts and she said that her dad had physically abused her and emotionally abused her and her sibling for 17 years. And Victor quickly dismissed that. He said, well, my daughter is bipolar. She's got issues she's got to work out. We pray for her, but none of the stuff she's saying about me is true. Well, then by September 2023, her brother Shiloh, who's kind of well-known for election integrity efforts on app, he stepped forward and he wrote a letter to the board of all things possible ministries, Victor Marx's ministry, and he said, I stand by my sister Brianna. >> The physical abuse she suffered alone is something I cannot relate to. That coupled with the 17 years of my father standing in leadership of a faith-based organization leading efforts that are actively engaged in the ongoing fight against abuse and domestic violence. I cannot ignore the possibility that these experiences have had lasting effects on her well-being extending into her adult life. >> Now again, I make no claims about whether any of this stuff's true. It's all allegedly to me because I'm just reviewing the public record. I've not talked to the daughter. I've not talked to Victor Marx. I've not talked to any witnesses. I'm just listening to what people are saying on YouTube, looking at documentation that we'll show you tonight. And I'm just telling you that that's what happened. He turned around and blamed the victim. The let the purported victim, the alleged victim. And the son had to come in, his son Shiloh came in and said, no, no, no, no, she's she's for real. She's telling the truth. >> Marx, my dad abused my sister for 17 years. He has ruined her life. He has just ruined her emotionally. And so I'm demanding reparations for her.And he said, >> I recommend to the current board of directors of All Things Possible Ministries that effective immediately and in perpetuity, they establish the Princess Warrior Fund. This fund would designate >> Don't let that Princess Warrior Fund get lost on you. I'm going to make a couple of points about that in just a minute. That is such a tell to me about the kind of man he is and I'll get to that in just a second. So just just let that simmer. Let put that on the back burner on like a a >> Nate Brianna Marx as the recipient of a yearly salary compensation of $120,000 inclusive of full benefits. Additionally, I propose a retroactive compensation of $170,000. This lump sum would account for $10,000 per year since the trauma originally occurred. >> And Shiloh said that he wanted a fund to be established, the princess warrior fund. That's what Victor and his family call every single female is a princess warrior. >> She does recant and it on camera, so we'll take a look at it here. >> So, I made a video, a public video, in 2024 defaming my dad. And I felt very justified in the moment. My intention was to get my dad's attention. And, you know, if you don't have parents who are well-known, if you don't grow up in that, it might be very difficult for you to understand, but sharing my dad with the whole world, essentially, has always been hard for me, you know? My dad started his ministry when I was in high school, and I require a lot of attention. Okay? So, I wasn't getting it. And I did things and said things that I shouldn't have, and I wholeheartedly regret it. But, you know what I'm grateful for is despite my mistakes in saying things that weren't wholly true, you know, I I shared a part of several memories, and it wasn't I wasn't giving the full picture. >> I shared a part of several memories and wasn't giving the whole picture. She accused him of abusing her. I mean, if that's even a part of it, we've got a real problem on our hands. You don't need the whole picture. The abuse is enough. There's There's no There's no excuse for physically abusing your children. There's just no excuse. So, if if you've done it, what what's the rest of the picture? So, let me let me pause her here. I want to show you something that we've not seen reported anywhere. Did you know that Victor Marks was arrested for having ammunition in an airport sterile area, meaning past security, past the TSA line. Uh we've got that information here. It was found on Judy Records, San Bernardino, California court record, People of California versus Von Vote Marks. You guys know his name is Von Victor Marks. People of the State of California, the plaintiff, the defendant Von Victor Marks, his lead attorney David Martin Goldstein. I don't know anything about Mr. Goldstein other than his name is David Goldstein. But here is the charge. The first charge is fighting, noise, offensive words. So he's past the TSA security line. This is in again in 2012, August of 2012, he's past the security line and apparently fighting, making noise, and saying offensive words. That's the allegation. Actually, it's uh sorry, May 23. And here is the disposition here. Uh he was not guilty of this charge of possession of ammo in an airport sterile area. But he was charged with it. He was arrested for possession of ammunition in an airport sterile area. Now, not guilty. Um he was convicted of the fighting, the noise, and the offensive words.And what we learn, if you look at the docket, what you learn is this is a plea agreement. He pleaded no contest to one count of the fighting charge. He pleaded guilty to one count of the fighting charge. And then they dropped, or he was found not guilty, of the possession of ammo in the airport sterile area. Does that mean that he was not found with ammunition in the airport sterile area beyond the security line? No, of course it doesn't mean it. It just means this is the nature of the plea agreement. He agreed to being convicted on one count. He agreed to plead no contest, which is a basically equivalent of a conviction on another count, in exchange for dropping what would be the worst count, which is a count that could potentially put his FFL license in jeopardy down the road. And then as we know, he loves transporting tens of thousands of guns internationally. So that would that would be a problem. So of course he'll take the conviction here in order to avoid the conviction here. I don't know if on his FFL license he reports these convictions. I honestly don't know. And I don't know if fighting in an airport sterile area where you've been charged with having possession of ammo in an area that you're not supposed to, if that would prevent you from having an FFL. In other words, did he go like Hunter Biden? You know, Hunter Biden was convicted of this very charge of lying on his FFL application. I think it's worth if I'm a voter in the state of Colorado, I'm very curious. When you fill out your FFL license, when you fill out your license to get a gun, you know, there's a a long sheet that you have to fill out. It's yellow. We've all filled it out dozens of times as you buy guns. If you bought dozens of guns, you filled it out dozens of times. But you fill out this same sheet every time. And it looks the same, it has the same questions. You got to be real careful cuz it's yes, no, yes, no, but it's not no all the way down. There's a couple of yeses that are required. And so you have to read each question carefully and you they're always nervous that I'm going to accidentally fill in the wrong bubble. But I don't know. Do you Since 2013, has he been reporting these arrests? Cuz I know there's a question about arrests and violence and and things like that. So I don't I honestly don't know the answer to this. I'm assuming this is the same guy. It's the same birth date, it's the same name, it's the same, you know, it's it's in an area where he had previously uh asked some questions of government officials that are on the record. Um but if you again, if you read this docket, you'll find out that he entered a guilty plea on those things in exchange for dropping the one charge. But that's the kind of guy he is. That's who we're dealing with. A guy with a fighting conviction in an airport. A guy with a charge for having ammunition in a controlled area in an airport. A guy whose daughter comes out and says she was abused for 17 years. And then later comes out in a car selfie and says, "Ah, I'm just kidding. I just need attention." Aw. You know girls. No, I don't. I don't know girls like that. >> [laughter] >> I don't know girls like that. This is where the um With God all things possible ministries have purchased for $2.95 million dollars property that Victor Marx, I believe, lives on. I believe the address is for his house.I can't state that with absolute certainty, but every every investigation I've done on the man and I believe that's his house and that's where he lives. We've shown satellite footage of that house. We We clicked through by the year, if you remember, and watched them build whatever that underground thing is they're building in the back. They have some weird like parapet or something, some kind of defensive structure that's built back there. They have several outbuildings behind the house. It's as creepy as the Fold AR guy described it, frankly. As creepy looking as he described it. Very nice place, though. Nice area of town. But again, is this a proper use of money that was donated to to a ministry that's people believe they were donating to save kids' lives. Like, if I donate to you If you tell me, "Hey, my organization is going around the world and saving children's lives." And I go, "Oh, I want to help out with that. Here's a thousand dollars." Thousand dollars a lot of money. Keep in mind, more than half of the country cannot come up with a thousand dollars in cash within 24 hours. That's a lot of money. You give your thousand dollars your harder money, your blood, sweat, and tears. That thousand dollars means you spent time away from your family earning that money. And so, when you spend it, you spend it on things you value highly. You value saving children's lives around the world. That's why I give money to With God All Things Are Possible doing business as All Things Possible Ministries. And then you find out that the money was actually put into a trust to buy or or to Victor's pocket. I can't remember exactly which one, but it it it goes to buy Victor's house, a three million dollar house, a palatial estate. That's weird. Like, that's that's that's kind of like the people who send their money to TPUSA and they find out that they're spending tens of millions of dollars flying all over the country in Gulfstream fives. Uh jets that that cost, you know, seventy-five thousand dollars to fly from one coast to another. And then another seventy-five thousand to get home. And and you start to do the math, you're like, "Hey, that's two and a half times three times the annual annual pre-tax median salary in the United States. That's a lot of money. That's a whole lot of money. And then you realize they have three jets in the same location on the East Coast. And you start to triple that number. You say, "What's a half million-dollar round trip? Is that what you're spending my thousand dollars on? I thought you were saving lives. I thought you were I thought you were uh getting, you know, take taking the gospel message to college kids and telling them about politics and voting correctly. And you're you're just flat you're just you're just going shopping? You're just going to dinner? You're just flying all over the country? You're going on vacation on my donation? Like I don't have a lot of patience for this level of abuse of nonprofits. We may see the payments to the daughter. We may have record of the payments to the daughter. We may have figured out why she recanted, why she sat in the SUV and and said it didn't happen. And I just needed attention. Well, there may have been a lot of money. We'll find out. We're still looking at it. If it's there, we're going to bust you. >> [laughter] >> We're going to get you. Um Well, let me say for example. Let's look at a couple of these. Just some just some light payments.We'll start off with some light payments here. Here are some payments from Victor Marks for governor, March 5th, 2026 to Briana Marks and Shiloh Marks. They're now consultants on the campaign. Huh. Well, now we're getting somewhere. Now we're getting somewhere. So this this young girl, Victor, who falsely accused you of almost two decades of serial abuse, is now a consultant to your gubernatorial campaign. Your daughter is a consultant to your gubernatorial campaign. And you are now taking in tax-free money and transferring it to her under the guise of campaign expenses. Interest interest. So that's that's one there. Let's look at some complaints that have been filed here. There are a number of complaints that have been done. There are a number of LLCs that have popped up that have taken in a lot of money. And you know, you you you wonder you wonder where the money's going. Like it they they've already brazenly paid off their their paid off their kids. They've already brazenly paid their kids for certain campaign expenditures. I think that should be prohibited. Uh families direct descendants direct campaign people should direct relatives of the campaign should not be benefiting from the campaign. They should they can volunteer all they want. But they should not be employees of the campaign because it's just too easy to say, "Oh, yeah, they work here here." And then now you're just paying your family. You're bringing in campaign contributions and just redirecting it to your family. So, this story is to be continued. We will continue on this story, but I will tell you right now my conclusion on this is I think she's full of crap. I think she was honest when she made the allegations. I think the son was honest when he made the allegations allegedly in my opinion. I'm not stating that as fact. I'm just telling you my gut instinct on this. But when we look at them, we will say were there additional payments? Not just the ones that were itemized directly to them, but were there in fact additional payments? And are we watching the corruption in real time? I think this is a bad actor. I think this is a bad guy. And I think he thinks he's something of an Edwin Edwards. You know, he has Louisiana roots. That's where he's allegedly was formed. That's where his dialect comes from. And so, I have I don't doubt that he is aware of Edwin Edwards. He came up in the age of Edwin Edwards. And that he was aware of kind of that quick-talking Cajun accent and well, everybody just kind of looks the other way cuz you kind of charming and good-looking. Well, I'm not so sure about that. I'm not so sure about that. So, we are going to continue um we're going to continue to look at this and we're going to continue to bring it to your attention. We're going to get you. >> [music]
