If only you guys knew how close this show was to not happening tonight. Holy mackerel. Guys, welcome in. Welcome in. Uh, we made it. We made it. Uh, thank you for joining us. Thank you for joining us. Yellow was the correct color. I saw a lot of yellow guestes before and I get complaints when I wear it. So, I don't want to hear any tonight. I know I look washed out. I know it doesn't go well with red hair. But, you know what? We're here. We're live. I want to open with a quick admonition. to the queen herself. I asked that nobody contact that girl, Jillian. And there went Candace off on her own, gallivanting around the country, contacting people. But you know what? That's fine. That's fine. I'm willing to uh I'm willing to allow it. I'm willing to allow it. Um only if you have the number one podcast in the world, may you do it. Only if you have the number one podcast in the world, may you contact people. Everyone else has to listen to my admonitions, but when you're number one, I guess you get to make your own rules and do what you want. And so I'm allowing it. I'm going to completely allow it. Um, but so here's why it almost didn't happen. One, I couldn't get my camera working. That's why I was a couple minutes late. I was panicking thinking I was going to have to go to the backup camera, which would have put me about five or 10 minutes behind while I got everything else set up, all the new settings in. The second reason was I almost ditched the entire opening because I had the opening written for a different story I was going to cover today and I changed horses midafter afternoon. And the reason I changed horses is I received a tip. And when I started looking into the tip, I thought I want to cover this. I this sounds more fun to me than what I had planned. I had a good show planned. Don't get me wrong. It's going to probably be tomorrow's show if I go live tomorrow. Um but I if not it'll be uh Sunday's show. It was a good it was a great show. Um but the um the reality is I came across something today. An emailer sent me a tip and said, "Have you checked out this?" And I looked at it and I thought, "No, I've never seen this before." And so I started digging and digging and digging and I thought, "Boy, we've got a problem on our hands. The eye in the sky may dispute the official narrative. I will explain what that means. I will explain what that means uh as we go, but I am going to stick with the opening I had because otherwise my option is no opening because I don't have any backup openings written right now. Sometimes I'm two or three openings ahead and I'm just doing the editing at the last minute. Um I'm out of openings. I'm going to have to write new openings this weekend uh for next week. And I got to think as I write them, how does that tie into what I'm going to talk on any particular day? So, I may end up refreshing your recollection on this opening today as I cover what I do either tomorrow or Monday. It'll make more sense, but I am going to stick with this opening. I really like it and it took me a ton of work to get this opening put together. So, um you're just going to have to bear with me. This is what happens in live radio or live radio or broadcasting or podcast radio, whatever you guys want to call it. This is what happens. This is what happens. So, as I um Man, this is a good show today. Golly, this is good. I hope you've enjoyed the last couple of days.I want to I want to clarify one more thing before we do the opening. I don't think it was clear yesterday when I was talking about the contracts Lori France got in the early days of a tech and E3 Tech. I got a couple of comments that were like, I didn't really follow what you were saying, so I I just want to outline it in 60 seconds or less. when she got that first earmark of 2.4 or $2.6 million, whatever it was, she immediately followed that up with an actual soul source contract of, I think, 1.9 million or 1.6 million, something like that. So, this woman moves to Arizona, opens up an organization, and immediately comes out of the gate with like three or four million dollars in contracts. And keep in mind, this is not like she doesn't have a hundred employees. It's a couple of people. So, I mean, she became instantly very wealthy very quickly. Basically, a flash in the pan that files a patent that really doesn't do anything and then immediately gets backtoback huge multi-million dollar contracts. And that's that's part of the official narrative as I'm looking into Erica Kirk's life. You have to look into her mother, such an important part of her life. That's what I was trying to do yesterday. I'm sorry if that didn't come across across well, but yesterday was so much material I had to move quickly or we would have been here till midnight and I didn't want to do that. Uh so let me get started with the opening tonight. Um as we venture into tonight's content, it's it's a banger. I'm sorry. It is just an absolute banger. And so we will um we're going to have to go back in time and review some evidence to get ourselves caught back up that we haven't looked at in several months. uh a guy named Phil Lyman is going to come back into play tonight. We're going to talk about Phil Lyman. We're going to talk about Phil Lyman's family. We're going to talk about the path in and out that the alleged shooter took uh on that day. And so um I hope you guys sit tight for that. It's a it's going to be a great uh great segment. But I got to open the way I intended to open by talking about the Sarna brothers. Do you remember the Sarnv brothers? The Boston Marathon bombers. Well, here we go. Here is your opening statement. The Sarna brothers were central figures in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. Tamarlin and Jhokar Sarnv were born into an ethnic Chetchin family with roots in the volatile North Cauus region. Their years, their early years were shaped by geopolitical upheaval and their families frequent migration. Tamarllin Sarnv was the older of the two. He was born on October 21, 1986 in southern Russia. Zhokar Sarnayv was born 7 years later, July 22, 1993 in Kis Kyrgyzstan. I can never say that word right. He was the youngest of the siblings. Their father was a Chetchin who had been forcly forcefully rep uh deported from Chetchna to Kyrgyzstan during the Soviet era under Stalinist policies. There was a common fate for many Chetchins after World War II. Their father worked various jobs. He was a mechanic while their mother managed the household. The family including the two brothers and they had two sisters and their mother and father. They faced considerable instability due to the ongoing conflicts in the Caucasus region. In the 1990s, amid the Chetchin wars, they relocated multiple times.First, they moved from Kyrgyzstan to Cheschna briefly in the early 1990s and then back to Kyrgyzstan and eventually to a place called Dagistan around 2001 to escape violence. However, the family primarily identified with Kyrgyzstan and consider it their homeland. The Sarnv family's life was disrupted by the second Chetchin war in 1999 and it prompted even more moves. In 2002, the family immigrated to the United States with Jokar seeking political asylum due to the persecution of Chetchkins in Russia. They settled in Cambridge, Massachusetts because it was a diverse city that offered opportunities for immigrants. Tamarllin and the two sisters joined them the following year in 2003. Their father found work as a car mechanic while their mother became a facialist at a local salon. In America, the brothers initially adopted pretty well. Tamarind was very athletic and very ambitious and actually was a pretty talented boxer in his own right. He trained at the Somerville Boxing Club and competed in the New England Golden Gloves tournament in 2009 and 2010 and actually won the heavyweight championship. However, his dreams were crushed when USA boxing changed rules to exclude non-citizens from national competitions. It was around this time that Tamarlain grew increasingly religious. He was influenced by his mother's deepening faith. He began attending the Islamic Society of Boston mosque and reportedly began to criticize American culture. In 2010, he married an American convert to Islam and they had a daughter. Later that year, Tamarind dropped out of community college and struggled with unemployment. He ultimately had to rely on welfare to get by. A key moment came in 2011 when Russian authorities tipped off the FBI about Tamarllin's potential radicalization, leading to an interview where Tamarllin denied any feelings of extremism. In January 2012, he traveled to Dagiststan for 6 months where he reportedly connected with various militants and may have even trained in combat. Zhokar, meanwhile, embodied immigrant success. Around age eight or nine, he attended uh a Latin school where he excelled in wrestling. He became the team captain and earned a $2,500 city scholarship. And friends described him as extremely likable and very low-key. He played soccer. He attended the prom. He partied with his friends. And after graduation, he enrolled at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2011. there. He studied marine biology, but he began to struggle academically after failing several classes. He became a naturalized citizen on September 11th, 2012. And that date obviously is a little ironic given later events. But the family soon became strained. Their father returned to Russia in 2011 due to health issues, and it left the older brother Tamarlin as the paternal figure of the family. The following year, their mother returned after being arrested here in the United States for shoplifting. And that's when Jokar began showing signs of getting a little more political and a little more religious in his interests, posting about Chetchin independence and Islam online. His friends, however, stated they didn't notice any red flags. They didn't notice any anger or radicalization. By early 2013, the brothers interests diverged, but their paths converged in the sense that they were both becoming discontented with daily life.The the Sarnav brothers involvement in the Boston Marathon bombing on April 15, 2013 remains to this day one of the most scrutinized acts of domestic terrorism in US history. The allegation is that the brothers became self-radicalized and motivated by religion. Tamarllin and Jokar are said to have executed a plan that killed three people and injured over 260. The attack involved two homemade pressure cooker bombs packed with shrapnel. The bombs detonated near the finish line in the midst of roaring crowds. Surveillance footage captured the brothers at the scene. Tamarind was seen wearing a black hat, jokar a white hat. Both were carrying backpacks. They were seen on video placing the bags and walking away shortly before the explosions. The FBI released photos on April 18 triggered a massive regional manhunt that locked down nearly the entirety of Boston. That night, the 18th, reports emerged of a 7-Eleven robbery in Cambridge near MIT. Initial media and police accounts linked the Sarnays to the robbery and they cited surveillance photos showing a man resembling Jhokar. But authorities later clarified that they didn't believe it was related. The brothers visited a nearby Shell gas station, but authorities said they did not rob the 7-Eleven. A separate individual was blamed with the holdup that took place minutes earlier. And the confusion stemmed from overlapping timelines and grainy surveillance footage. Instead, the brother's crime se crime spree began shortly after the 7-Eleven robbery. They shot and killed an MIT officer while attempting to steal his gun. Next, the brothers carjacked a Mercedes SUV and forced the driver to drive to an ATM where they withdrew $800. The driver escaped at a Shell station and alerted police via the car's GPS. That kicked off a high-speed chase to Watertown where the brothers hurled pipe bombs and a pressure cooker explosive at the officers. In the shootout, Tamarlin was shot multiple times and was even run over by Zhaokar as he was fleeing the scene in the SUV. Tamarind died at the hospital from those injuries. Jookar evaded capture by hiding in a shrink wrapped boat in a backyard and he was discovered the following day on April 19 when authorities deployed thermal imaging. He later surrendered after negotiations. Inside the boat, he allegedly scrolled a manifesto in blood. It justified the attack as a retaliation for US military actions in Iraq and Afghanistan. And it called the bombing victims quote collateral damage. And this is where the investigation gets really weird because the official investigation supposedly concluded the brothers built the bombs using instructions from an al-Qaeda magazine called Inspire. They used black powder from fireworks. The problem is the bombs that detonated the marathon didn't match the bomb detailed in the magazine. But authorities didn't let that stop them from using that explanation. In fact, no explanation was given for the discrepancy. And authorities found no direct ties to foreign groups. Instead, the connection to foreign groups allegedly was found because of Joe Carr's overseas trip in 2012. and Joe Carr admitted involvement in the bombing after he was captured, but he claimed his dead brother Tamarlain had masterminded. The jury found him guilty at trial in 2015 on all 30 counts, including the use of a weapon of mass destruction.He was given the death penalty as a sentence, and it was upheld by the Supreme Court in 2022 despite appeals over jury bias and venue. clean, neat, tidy almost. Enter into the story one Daniel Mley. Daniel Moley was a 27year-old from Toppsfield, Massachusetts. He emerged as a figure of intrigue in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon bombing due to his possession of bomb-making materials identical to those used by the Sarna brothers. Mley was arrested on June 9, 2013, less than two months after the April 15 attack, but he wasn't arrested for bombing, and he wasn't arrested for assisting in the bombing. The incident that led to his arrest began with a domestic disturbance call. He had allegedly assaulted his mother and her boyfriend during a meltdown, reportedly triggered by conversation about the bombings. He barricaded himself in their shared home. He made threats that he was going to hijack a plane, build a bomb, and burn the house down. The ordeal led to a nearly 4hour standoff with police. After Mley surrendered, he was taken for a mental health evaluation. He consented to the officers searching his locked bedroom and shed where the officers uncovered a welltoed bomb making facility. Items included a sixQ Fagore pressure cooker. That's the exact brand, a very uncommon brand, in the exact size used in the Boston Marathon bombs. They also found ball bearings, electrical wires, batteries, and circuit boards, all supposedly matching the Boston Marathon bombs. They also found cell phone parts, black powder, igniters, aluminum foil, rice flour, hobby fuses, fire starters, and chemicals for thermite and chlorine gas. A notebook featured explosive recipes in a swastika. In the shed, authorities discovered a Russian-made assault rifle, a 9mm pistol, ammunition, knives, and machetes. When asked about the pressure cooker, authorities found, he smirked, Mley did, calling it active, even though a bomb squad later determined that it in fact was not active. And Mley's mother told police the materials predated the Boston Marathon bombing and that Mley had begun to show dark and unstable behavior. Crucially, Daniel Mley reportedly said his best friend bragged about knowing Tamarind Sarnv. And then Mley confessed cryptically that he had done something for which he's going to have to answer to God. and he referred to the victims of the Boston Marathon ba bombing as collateral damage, the same term used by Jokar in the boat. Mley attended Bunker Hill Community College with Tamarind and shared MMA circles. Critically, several acquaintances insisted that Daniel Moley was a perfect match for the alleged 711 robber. This is where it gets even weirder, believe it or not. The FBI's joint terrorism task force arrived on the scene very swiftly and seized the evidence despite it being a domestic violence case. This rapid involvement of the FBI puzzled local officers. Sergeant Gary Hayward was questioned and stated, "Why is the FBI at a domestic violence call?" Months later, the FBI returned some of the items, claiming, "We didn't find anything incriminating." Charges against Moley that included assault, battery, and bombing and hijacking threats were filed, but mysteriously dropped in March of 2014. The alleged reason for dropping all the charges against a man with that much bomb-making material, a man who is making threats against family, a man who is cryptically admitting to violent acts with collateral damage.The reason for dropping the charges was unclear. No terrorism prosecution ensued. No prosecution for the bomb-making materials ensued. Instead, he quietly checked into a mental health facility and remained institutionalized for a couple of years and was then released. I think that's one of the wildest stories in America. And I I just I don't want to say any more lest I irritate the wrong people. But when you have the FBI show up at a domestic violence call and you have a guy who has all the materials to build the exact bomb, including very rare materials that was used at the Boston Marathon bombing just a couple of months earlier. And a man who's cryptically saying he's done terrible things for which he'll have to answer to God. and a man who's calling the victim's collateral damage the same words used by You just kind of got to draw your own conclusions. Speaking of own conclusions, I want to This has nothing to do with anything I was going to cover tonight, but I got to I got to show this. So, you know, I've been telling you there's been this random helicopter, this gigantic helicopter that's been flying over my house over and over. It did it again tonight. Look at this thing. Look at the call sign on that. On that. Can you see that? Or do I need to blow it up? Look at the call sign. It's called pizza. It's a Chinook. And the call sign is called pizza and it's flying over my house many days in a row. And I don't know what to make of it. So if I go missing, ladies and gentlemen, if I get grabbed in the middle of the night, there's a military helicopter, a Chinook with the call sign pizza. I did not order a pizza. I did not order a pizza. But I I I saw it go over again. I thought, what in the hell's going on? I mean, not directly over, but I mean, close enough. like two houses down and low and low. I thought, "What in the world is going on out there?" What in the world is going on out there? All right, here's how I want to open tonight. Here's how I want to open tonight. I because we got to do a little recap or or else some people are going to be lost. So, I want to go back to uh Candace Owens episode. Oh, no. Tell me that didn't just happen. Dang it. Oh, there we go. Close enough. Uh, I want to go back to a Candace Owens um well, let me just play it here real quick. She talks about um Phil Lyman. You remember Phil Lyman? Phil Lyman was um a governor for a candidate for governor of Utah. There was a very contentious Utah governor's race a few years ago. Uh Governor Cox, the current governor of Utah. There was some some sort of u I don't want to say a procedural maneuver, but there was a legitimate claim I thought Phil Lyman made to to actually being the rightful Republican candidate. But for whatever reason, uh, Governor Cox, current Governor Cox, ended up on the ballot as the Republican nominee. And obviously, if you're a Republican and Utah, you're going to win 8020 over any Democrat they put up. And Phil Lyman was at the Charlie Kirk Big Bang. He was there. He initially came in um behind the stage, behind the tent, and he was seen in photographs. Charles Mcccleintoch Wilson famously photographed him in the background as Charlie made his entrance. And then after Charlie began talking, I believe it was after, but shortly before the Big Bang, Phil Lyman had made his way up to the Sorenson Center, I believe, and was actually in the building. And there was some weird stuff that took place afterwards.Nothing weirder than what she describes in this clip here where they talk about the some of the family of Phil Lyman and some of the video footage. So, I just want to refresh your recollection because this is kind of this is important to what we're going to discuss tonight. >> Okay. So, something very strange happened this weekend and I need to tell you I need to tell you guys about it. I need to offload this and get your opinion. Now, first and foremost, I have to tell you about this student who I'm going to refer to as Nick. Nick is not his real name. I'm going to refer him as Nick to protect his identity. Obviously, I came across Nick very early on in this investigation. In fact, you might recall uh when I shared a photo online of a person that looked suspicious. He was wearing like a black suit and black glasses and he seemed to have a strap hanging out of his bag. Uh here he is right here and he was in the food court. I shared that photo because Nick had sent it to me into our tips box and said, "This person looks rather mysterious. He's running through the food court." And from from there, we kind of he kind of became my boots on the ground. He was like, "Hey, I go to UVU. I'm a major Candace Owens fan. I want to help in any way that I can. >> So, that explains how she gets this guy involved. Do you remember the footage that was released um of the the first footage that was released of the alleged shooter? This was before we got the FBI footage of somebody jumping off the building. This was before we got the stairwell footage. There was this original footage that was released and it was a guy kind of walking down the street. I think he had a limp maybe. And it was sent to TMZ. TMZ. It wasn't sent to NBC. It wasn't sent to ABC. It wasn't sent to Fox News or CNN. It wasn't sent to CBS. It was sent to TMZ of all places. And it turns out the footage was taken from a um a doorbell camera. So she enters the introduces it here. Nanny, take a listen. >> I do want to linger on a moment for what you just told us, and I'm going to ask the team to pull back up that surveillance footage that we've gotten from TMZ from those neighborhood cameras. You said that in that footage is your driveway, and you parked there at 11:30 a.m. We know this footage that you're looking at was taken at 11:49 a.m. So, so you would have been on that street, that driveway, 19 minutes. >> Right across. Right across. >> Yeah. It's not my driveway. It's my aunt's driveway. Uh parking lot was very full. He's walking He's walking in front of my aunt's house there right now. And my cousin's house is the driveway that is taking that v photo photo. And my CRV, the gray CRV in the distance there is that is my car. I parked there probably 10 minutes before he walked by. And I had not seen this footage till just now. And I'm I it just keeps so many things that keep uh linking up. It's really astonishing to me. And then then we went back to this house afterwards. They thought they had the the shooter. Uh so I took a friend of mine, we went back to my aunt's house and said, "Well, we'll just hang out here for a while." Uh and uh and and before long the people were combing the backyard, as you saw, she had the footage of that. And uh and pretty soon helicopters are overhead. And so this is very very local to me. Very I mean, not only is it Utah, but it's kind of my neighborhood where I spent so much of my childhood and all of my relatives. I this is this is really astonishing.It's been a I got up yesterday morning at at six o'clock to drive up and and meet Charlie and and I uh I haven't been I haven't been to bed since then because it's just one thing after another after another and so astonishing that this >> I mean astonishing indeed, right? And what a coincidence that he was there at 11:30. This guy just happens to walk by 19 minutes later. It It was all very weird. It was It was incredibly weird. Even weirder. Gosh, I keep freezing her on on on not the most flattering of uh of images. There we go. Oh, there we go. Yeah, we'll get you a good one, Candace. There you go. I I got I got you, girl. I'm taking care of you. I'm not going to let you be seen that way. >> No, no, no, no, no. We're not going to do that here. Much better image. Much better image. Um, but it was it was weird and I kept thinking, man, if only we could find out what happened that day. If only we could somehow go back in time and look at what happened that day. The closest we've been able to get is there was a brief video. Do you remember there was a brief video that's almost impossible to find now. If you have a copy of it, please [email protected]. I want to see it. I didn't download it at the time. I will this time if I get a hold of it. Um, but there was a video of some boys and I think there was a woman with them and they kind of retraced the steps of the um of the purported shooter and they retraced the steps and they were going around in the dirt area that you could see across the street. I'm going to you're going to have this image burned in your head here. I promise we're going to go over this in detail here shortly. It was allegedly Yeah. Someone said his nephew. A nephew, a cousin, something like that. like a first cousin six times removed or something. I think they ended up saying it's like some crazy, you know, in Utah apparently everybody's a cousin that that and I'm not making fun of Utah. I'm just saying it's a small state and everybody has a lot of kids and so there's, you know, everybody's a cousin from all these different angles. But I kept thinking, man, I've looked at Google Maps footage a thousand times of this area, trying to figure out where he would have parked, where Tyler Robinson would have parked. I've tried to look at the route he probably took in order to walk that angle on that side of the street and I'll show you that street on a map in a second. But you just saw him in that TMZ footage walking down one side of the street and then crosses the street right in front conveniently right in front of that camera and then continues on his way. And I I have spent so many hours just pouring over every piece of footage I So imagine my surprise when today I learned there is actual footage from that day available that has not been viewed that I'm aware of. Nobody's really drawn any attention to it. You remember the surveillance plane that was going over and it it took some images and somebody put it up on Twitter and we had taken some images of that and we thought that's that's convenient. That's really convenient. You know who who ordered the surveillance plane? We never got an answer to that. We saw the route it took on flight radar, but we didn't we never were able to figure out who ordered the plane. Well, would you believe there's also available satellite footage from that very day? In fact, multiple rounds of satellite footage from that very day.And think about if this is some sort of a let's just think globally here. If this is Tyler Robinson planning this at home alone, you know, while he's playing Magic the Gathering and talking to his furry roommate and he's just kind of surreptitiously, you know, scribbling on bullets in the meantime, putting little liberal memes on there. Oh, UVU, huh? Or ow or whatever it was he put on there. Oo, catch this. And and his and his furry is like, what are you doing, dog? He's like, oh, just just just engraving bullets cuz that's what I do. I just sit around and grieving bullets all day, who among us, right? Right. But if we're to believe that it was just Tyler Robinson on his own, then what are the odds that a surveillance plane made several passes that day in the hour or so leading up to the Big Bang? They saw the crowd gathered. They saw the rooftops. They saw all the cars in the area. They saw where the police were located. They they would have been able to uh to see anything that they needed to see from the sky. What luck? What luck? What or not luck because no one would have been looking for it, right? Cuz Tyler Robinson did it on his own cuz he he was at home engraving bullets and then he just decided, I've had enough of this Charlie Kirk character. I can't handle it anymore. He doesn't like my furry roommate, so I'm going to have to take him out. So what a coincidence. Maybe we'll say not what luck. What a coincidence. But let's think broader. Let's just assume for this hypothetical, for this thought process, for this thought experiment, let's just assume it was a bigger operation than just Tyler Robinson. Let's just assume for the sake of argument that that Tyler Robinson was only tangentially involved. Or maybe he was a lot involved, but there was a much bigger crew. Or maybe he wasn't involved at all. But all three of those scenarios means Well, if that's accurate, if lots of other people were involved, the fact that you had a spy plane flying overhead taking images that were later leaked on X that we've looked at on this program, the fact that you have a spy plane going overhead, well, that's awfully convenient. That is what a coincidence. What fortuitousness is that? It's almost as if a military or a law enforcement operation or a foreign operation or some sort of much larger operation could have arranged for a spy plane to fly overhead taking or surveillance, let's call it surveillance, but a surveillance plane flying overhead taking images of the entire UVU campus and all of ORM, Utah in and around UVU. That would be really And you would say that the odds of that happening are just astronomical. How often do surveying planes fly over in a given area? I mean, not that often. In fact, if you look at this plane's patterns, and we did, we looked at it over the course, you know, they fly over an area for a day or two and then they're gone. and they don't go back to that area, nor does anyone else go back to that area for a long time because they they already have the imagery. They don't But imagine if, let's just imagine for a moment, not only do we have Tyler Robinson on his own purportedly coming up with this plan to take out supposedly because of his his feelings or comments about about alternative lifestyles. But to be honest with you, like everyone around Charlie lived an alternative lifestyle. If you're going to take out a conservative over that reason, he's like the last person you would come up with.Like literally everyone around him seems like they seems like the Flintstones. They're But not only do you have a surveillance plane flying overhead taking pictures that end up getting leaked on X, would you believe there was also satellite imagery that was taken that day over Orum, Utah, over every aspect of that campus over multiple hours leading I mean, the odds of this is just in in my mind, in my mind, that the odds are just unbelievable that that would happen, that you would have Tyler Robinson sitting at home engraving bullets in his spare time, his furry friend not really noticing. You remember my love while when I was engraving all those bullets in the living room? Well, here's why I was doing it. No help whatsoever. Just decided on his own to do this. So that's and then just the for just the strange coincidence that on that same day you had a surveillance plane fly over the area in the hours leading up to it and then you had a an actual satellite flying overhead taking satellite imagery. We're going to look at some of We're going to look at that imaging tonight and I'm going to notice a couple of things on that imagery. There's two things I want to drill down on that. One is I spent hours today looking at it. Hours today looking at it. I could not find Tyler Robinson's car. I could not find it anywhere near campus. I couldn't find it on campus. I couldn't find it on any street in the neighborhood. I couldn't find it in any of the neighborhoods around. I couldn't find it any of the parking lots. I looked everywhere. We'll look today and see if you guys can help spotted. I'll show you where I looked. So, that's one place. Oh, you know something I didn't look that we can look at live together? We I haven't looked at the Lita Inn. I didn't look at the Lita in today. Maybe we can look at the Lita in parking lot and see if there's any Toyota RAV 4s or other rented vehicles there. That's a that's something I hadn't checked out yet. And so that's one thing I didn't I looked at. I looked, can I find Tyler Robinson's car anywhere? Because this looks like it was taken some of the footage right about the time it was getting ready to start. But the other thing I could and and remember the story was that Tyler Robinson parked somewhere and was walking back for whatever reason, walking back and forth to his car several times. He changing clothes. He came in in shorts and a t-shirt. Then he went back out. Then he came in in black You would think his car would be visible somewhere in the in the route he kept allegedly walking. You would think his car was available somewhere. It's possible it was in someone's garage, which raises the question of whose garage? Who was in on it? So, that's one thing I noticed. The the house Phil Lyman was in. I noticed the house Phil Lyman was in. I noticed the dirt area beyond the house Phil Lyman was in. And I noticed a lot of vehicles coming and going from different directions, including vehicles that aren't cars, meaning like golf carts and things like that. So, I'm going to look at all of that. There was a lot of activity. It wasn't just Phil Lyman rolling in 15 minutes, 30 minutes before this started. There was a lot of activity going on that day. And we're going to walk through some of that activity together. But I want to show you, if you don't recall, I want to show you what car we're looking for. Um because some people may um the car.So, here is a news report on the car >> in the parking lot that we've seen in surveillance video provided by the FBI. more >> right now. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We spoke to a few neighbors who mentioned just how shocked they were that something this would happen in their town. Police. >> So, that's the car. We're looking for a Dodge Challenger. A Dodge Challenger. And um if we find it, we will be very excited. Uh just one more quick picture. It looks something like this in a static position. Uh I'm showing you this for a reason. One is it has no sunroof. So any car we see with a sunroof is immediately ruled out. I have images of what Dodge And from above the um they have a very small back window and they don't have from what I can tell a real large trunk area, but it's got a very small little spoiler on it. So, that'll give us kind of a um a starting point here. But I want to I want to pull up some of this imagery now and start start looking at it. Oh, have I played this yet? This is the original TMZ imagery. So, this will give us a good uh imi a good grasp of where we are here. So, this is the original TMZ imagery here. Notice there are one there's one car in this driveway. One, two, three cars parked facing away. And then, well, let me back it up a little bit. So, we have, can you see my No, you can't hardly see it, but in the top left up here, we have one car in the driveway to the top left behind this bulbous green bush. There's one car there. There's one, two, three cars in this little shared communal driveway thing facing away. They're facing that way. And then on the right hand side, on the right hand side, you have a white SUV backed in. So, gray CRV, that's Phil Lyman's car on the right of the three cars that are facing forward. In the middle is a white what looks to me like a RAV 4. On the left is some kind of other car. Now, let's come to the driveway cuz there's some things to note in the driveway. One is there's a gray car. It's not a Dodge Challenger, but it's facing us. Right down here at the bottom, there's a gray car facing us, and then there's a gray car backed in. Next to the gray car backed in is a green golf cart or Gator or something like that. And then you can barely see down here on the bottom left above where it says wise, you can barely see a tire from another nonautomobile vehicle. There's another vehicle that's not an automobile. So, that kind of gives us a lay of the land of what we're looking at. Now, here comes the fun stuff. Here's where I got lost, ladies and gentlemen. I had entirely too much fun today. So, let me pull up the Lyman Chalet. We'll start with the overhead view. We have multiple views here. Start with the overhead view. This is the overhead view of the satellite imagery taken on the day. You'll notice this is the house Phil Lyman was in. right here. There are your all-terrain vehicles of some sort. Whatever these are look like maybe a four-wheeler or something like that. That's the car that was backed in on the left. That's the car that was facing us straight in. We go across the street. There's no car in this driveway. There was a car in that driveway in the TMZ footage. There's the white what appears to me to be a Toyota RAV 4. It's right there. And here is some sort of black vehicle next to it. Phil Lyman has not yet arrived. He would be he will eventually park right here next to the right of this white vehicle. And then there'll be another vehicle right here backed in.Another SUV that will eventually be backed in right here. It's not there yet. You'll notice the shadows are very short here. This car is five and a half or so feet tall, maybe six feet tall, and the shadow is not anywhere near that. And so you're getting on close to noon. How do I How can I prove we're getting on close to noon? Well, look what's going on over here at the UVU courtyard. We've got people gathering. Isn't that so convenient? So convenient that these photos were taken. These photos were taken in the minutes leading up to the event. It's shocking. Here are some of the associated vehicles that were back here. You guys saw some of these vehicles. You remember this white pickup truck that was back here. These are your golf carts that were over here. These are your black SUVs that were backed in. Charlie's SUV eventually comes to rest uh right here next to this one. So, his SUV eventually comes to rest right there. There's another truck. You can see that truck in the uh footage when Charlie leaves. And you can see people coming and going from the event. These are people walking back and forth. And you can see this parking lot actually still had some spots in it. Lest you wonder whether someone is on or near the Losi Center at this time, I see nobody. This right here is the Losi Center. This spot right here allegedly will become the shooter's perch in the The shooter will gain access to the roof via this stairway right here. He will walk up these stairs. The alleged shooter, he will walk up these stairs. He will just make his way and walk right across here to this spot right here. This is where the guy dressed in black could be seen lying down where Governor Cox eventually tells us that the shooter somehow or the alleged shooter changed clothes on the roof. Now, after the event, after the big bang, within 3 seconds, the alleged shooter goes from lying in a prone position here and escapes to the northeast side of the building. This is the little white patch of the building right here. He will jump off this little white patch right here. And then the footage will show him walking in this grass and making his way to this intersection. And then right when we would get an idea of where the But we know for a fact that this is the road where the TMZ footage showed the guy walking. And I'll show you something really interesting here in just a second, but this is the alleged footage where this That to me doesn't look like a Dodge Challenger. You guys may disagree, but I don't think that's a Dodge Challenger. If it is, please yell, scream, jump up and down because that would be devastating to Phil Lyman if the Dodge Challenger is parked in his neighbor's driveway. But I don't think it is. I don't think it is. Um, so again, this is this right here is very close to the event because this matches the cars locations in the TMZ footage. So we scroll back. I want you to notice this right here. This is a white pickup truck. You can tell there's a bed in this pickup truck, right? This is a white pickup truck. There's a bed in this car. This is not an SUV. The reason that's important is because after the event, this same doorbell footage here that captured the guy limping down the street this way, that same doorbell footage will capture an alleged shooter scampering in this dirt path back here. And you'll catch just a glimpse of that alleged shooter. And he's walking back this way. So I wondered, what's back here? Is his car back here?Well, this isn't his car, but this is some sort of a black truck over here. These aren't his cars, but there are This isn't his car. And even this isn't his car cuz it's got a sunroof. Initially, I kind of keyed in on that and I thought, boy, wouldn't that be convenient because it's right there next to the highway. You can just pull right out. There's a car here, but that doesn't appear to be his. that has a sunroof in it. I looked all over the place in this neighborhood for a car. I don't know where he would have parked that he would have walked down this road. This is the road is called 800 is the name of the street right here. 800. And Tyler Robinson, if you can see my little green thing here on the screen, walks from this area here. He's walking on the left hand side of the road as he's walking dead south. passes this little orange car here. He walks continues to walk south on the left hand side of the road and then he gets to this area here and he crosses the street directly in front of the Ring camera. The Ring camera is right here. If you can see my green thing dancing all over the place, this house on the left that has the little blue roof right there over the carport. This is where Tyler Robinson crosses or the alleged Tyler Robinson crosses the street with the limp and continues heading south towards the venue. Okay, so that is this is footage, aerial footage from that day. This obviously is not the vehicle, but that is a random vehicle parked in the middle of a driveway. I've looked at all these cars. I just don't see any of these fitting the bill for his car. So, I don't know where he parked cuz this is ladies and gentlemen, seriously minutes, like inside of 30 minutes, I would guess before he walks down this road. He has to be parked somewhere. I looked at all the cars in this parking lot. I didn't see it. All these cars down this line, I didn't see it. I looked down all these cars on this street cuz I thought, wouldn't that be convenient if he was on the street? That's not it. I don't think, you guys can correct me if I'm wrong, I looked at all these cars I just don't see a Dodge Challenger anywhere, and I don't know how far he I mean, I looked in this neighborhood here. I just he maybe parked in this neighborhood and cut across, but I don't see any of these cars that fit the bill. Unless he put a cover over his car that looks like the time machine in Back to the Future. I also keyed in on this car thinking it might be that. But there's none there's not this little um antenna bump back here on Tyler Robinson's car. So that's not it either. But I mean, I'm telling you, I looked at all these cars and I'm willing to be second checked, but I'm telling you right now, I do not believe Tyler Robinson's car is at the scene, and this is not He would have to be parked somewhere leading up to this. Now, I want to key in on this car here real quick. We'll we'll we'll move around a little bit, but do you remember this was the truck in the in the dirt back here? Remember this? This is the truck in the dirt back here. I'm going to change views. I'm going to change views ever so slightly here. Hold on. Where's the Where's my little Okay. No, that's not what I wanted to do. Where's my map that changes the views? Well, that was critical. So, hold on. I got to figure this out. Oh, panorama. Here we go. So, here we have a north facing view and we have a truck. You can see it even clearer now, right?What looks like maybe a Ford F-150 or something. We have some people walking down the street in this exact spot. They appear to be dressed in black. They appear to be wearing long pants. Do you guys remember anybody dressed in black Now, this is a little earlier because the white Toyota RAV 4 is not yet here. But somebody is walking towards the event dressed in black. Black long sleeve shirt, black pants. There's two people there. And there's one person here that appears to be dressed in black and wearing a black But other than that, the cars in this driveway are the same. And these little all-terrain vehicles right here next to it are the same. I'm drawing your attention to that because those may or may not change in just a minute. And again, white pickup truck parked in these trees. Makes you wonder if there's something in these trees. Right. Bear Um, now we've changed it 90°. Look at that. That's no longer a pickup truck. Now we have something larger. We have something with a a cover over the bed. It looks like a van to me. It's in the exact spot where the pickup and our cars are gone from this driveway. The white SUV is showing up and now we have a van of some sort that has replaced the pickup truck. I don't know what kind of van that is, but if you look at this, you can still see there's no um Tyler Robinson mobile going on out there. And it's this is a different uh this is a different time of the day. They've not yet set up set up here, but it's still Wednesday, September 10th. So, they this is earlier in the morning, I believe, because they're just now setting this thing up here. But you remember Tyler Robinson allegedly first came on the scene in the early morning hours, 8 something a.m. So they're and the tent is not yet set up and these cars are not yet here, but they have the gates set up here. So they're getting ready for the event, but it's earlier in the morning. But I want to know what's going on in these woods that earlier in the morning were changing a van for a pickup truck because that in a couple of hours the van will be gone from this area but the And remember this car, this white SUV but it leaves at some point and then comes back. Well, maybe it's a neighbor, whatever. But this this area, this road right here, this road is the road with the broken up looking uh pavement. This is the road the alleged shooter is seen walking down. This house right here with the little blue thing and the junk in the yard. This is the house with the Ring doorbell camera that looks across and sees this. In a couple of hours, there'll be multiple vehicles here parked across the street. There'll be two vehicles in this and this van right here will be gone and a pickup truck will have taken its place. Yeah, we'll go look at Dairy Queen in a second. I saw that. That's a good That's a good thing here. Notice what else is going on down here. We've got an Amazon van backing up. I mean, we got we got everything going on in here. We get a little better look at the car on the side here from this angle. It looks like some sort of Honda or something. Jane Fonda ain't got an engine in the back of her Honda. That's the only thing I think of when I think of Honda. Uh, we got some people walking in. I don't know if, you know, any of these people are relevant, but we got some people walking in. I don't see a Tyler Robinson Mobile anywhere. I've looked, guys. I looked and looked and looked. I just don't see one anywhere.So, let me go back to this area here. We're going to circle just another shade over. So, let's fix fixate on this van here because we're going to move and watch what happens. Get a little better angle of the van. That not look like a creepy van. Why is a van parked all the way back in these trees? And keep in mind, this is a this is a great angle because after the big bang, Tyler Robinson will ingress down this road, but he will eress down this dirt road in the middle. He will egress this way, right towards this van or right towards this road here where there's a truck with a tailgate open. I don't know if they're moving stuff in or not. Let me let me move that and see if that truck is still there with the tailgate open later. No, tailgate's closed later. Yeah. So, at some point that truck is parked there with the tailgate down and later the tail the truck is parked with the tailgate up. So, now we got yet a different angle. Oh, we're back to the original angle here. This is the van. Let's go one more van. One more. Back to pickup truck here. Now we're back to pickup truck. So you can see the And there are the two vehicles parked here. And again, Phil Lyman's car is not yet arrived, but it's close, man. It's close because those shadows are short. I mean, very short. Keep in mind, Charlie's event started at noon. the I mean, the sun's basically overhead And just to show you from this angle how close it is to starting, the tent is up. People are gathering. We've got people already uh taking place out here. So, they've already got the uh the pride flag up and running over here. I mean, so we're we're close at this point. We're close. But you can look, I mean, this is all the stuff of interest from that day. Remember, there was a a a question of whether or not there was something moving over on this roof. There was a question of whether or not I mean, Kelly Rabin found a something allegedly moving on this roof right here. This is the Sorenson Center roof. So, you can look back here at the Sorenson Center and all the people walking around. You can look I mean, this is very close to the event. Are those Toyota Rav 4s or those Ford Fords? Those look kind of like Fords, but you've got you've got uh we're very close to the event here by now. You've got this area that I initially thought was suspicious and then raised uh in the last couple of nights that it also might be suspicious. Um that's not his car there. I've looked, but it, you know, initially it kind of drew suspicion to me. But yeah, so you've got you've got a a lot a lot of surveillance footage here that you can look at from this day. Now, let's go look at the Lita Inn. I forgot to look over there before. Where was the Lita in? It was up on that hill, right? Uh, where was the Lita in? Ah, is that it? Nor have I seen it in this neighborhood he supposedly walked down. Not in the morning, not in the afternoon, not in the evening. Again, this is the road he This is the road he supposedly walked. That's where the um Ring doorbell footage came from. And there is the SUV back then that was across the street. Remember in the morning we had this is early in the morning we have a van and then it turns into a truck in the afternoon. I don't know why. I have no idea why the the van becomes a truck. It's suspicious as hell to me because he is seen on footage. Somebody is seen on footage running down this dirt road or towards this truck that you remember in one image had the tailgate down as if unloading equipment and in the other image had the tailgate up. See? Tailgate down, tailgate up. Same day. Same day. And it is parked conveniently where the alleged shooter was seen egressing. Now, that's a that's a black truck. I mean, anybody could be driving a black truck. I hear a lot of really highly I thought it might have been this car, too, but it turns out it's not. But yeah, I mean, I So, this is this is fascinating to me. Uh, if I don't do this on air, I'm going to spend another hundred hours looking at this footage. Might as well spend a couple of it on air with you looking at it. Um, because the key to what happened to Charlie Kirk, I think, is in this footage somewhere. I just don't know where. Somewhere in this footage is what because everybody who had something to do with his passing is on the ground in some of these photos. We just don't know where. We don't know where their cars are and we don't know Again, this is where Phil Lyman parked. These are the people walking down the street in all black. This is where we started. I don't know who these people are walking down the street in all black.Again, kind of suspicious if you ask me cuz I've looked at a lot of footage from that day. I saw very few people dressed head to toe in all black. And by very few, I mean the guy lying in a prone position. That guy has some sort of a pink or maroon or red shirt on, shorts, white sneaks. Um, I just assumed when I started looking at this the car would just jump off the page on one of these side streets cuz supposedly he just slam parked it in a neighborhood. But again, you're within 30 minutes of the show starting, maybe 45 minutes of the show starting. Where's his car? That's Well, that looks like it, but it Are we're confident his car didn't have Someone's got to tell me I'm an idiot. That doesn't even look anything like it. Um, I don't know, man. The key to this crime is somewhere in this these images. And I'm going to spend a long time looking at it cuz every one of the cars in these images needs to be evaluated. I wish there was a way we could like put a static gigantic static view of all of this somewhere online and just tell everybody to grab a square and document everything they see. And then we could cross reference it and we could look all through town. We could have every house covered. You know, everybody just take five minutes and just look at one little area. That would be a dream come true. I just don't see This right here is the most suspicious thing to me. Why would a car be parked all the way up in that grass and why would it change to a van? Why would a truck be parked in in that exact spot and then that guy leaves and a van pulls in or other way around, one or the other? Why is this guy's tailgate down and then his tailgates up? Like the the this these are the two most suspicious vehicles I found so far. Black truck with tailgate down. Like I know what have you ever been hunting or shooting or or any This is what happens. You get you put stuff in the bed of the truck. You get there. You pull the tailgate down. You go where you need to go. And then when you get back, you put the I don't know. All right. I don't have time. I We spent so much time looking at that. I don't have time to uh um for the rest of the stuff I wanted to talk about. This is the passenger um just in case you're getting your bearings. This is the where the photo was taken of him walking into the tunnel. That's where it was right there. He walks into that tunnel. I pretty confident none of these people are him, but we'll zoom in on him anyway, just so you guys can have that available for you. But he walks into that tunnel and then he uh comes up on the other side somewhere. Where does he come up? Comes up over here somewhere on the other side of that tunnel. Yeah, that's what we got. That's what we got. Um, I'm fascinated by this. I'm going to immerse myself in this over the next several days. And I noticed u my date was not eating at all. In fact, she looked green and had a sick look on her face. And I was like, "Oh my gosh, is everything not to your liking?" And she said, "I can't eat if that's going to be on the table." I was like, "My my food?" She's like, "It's purple." I was like, "I know. It's delicious." And she's like, "Okay, well, I can't eat if it's like that." And I was like, "Okay." So, I called the waiter. I was like, "Hey, can you cook this up to medium?" He's like, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought you ordered it rare." I was like, "I did, but it's grossing her out. You know, could you kick it up a notch?" He's like, "Okay, sure." Came back, had a good time. Got a great story out of it. I can assure you we talked of no Aristotle or Socrates at all. Uh I do want to point out one quick addition to the background here. Uh that pendant pennant, excuse me.
