Okay, I believe I was just notified my by my team that we are live. Hello everyone. Hope everybody's doing great this uh Thursday afternoon. And uh I have to say I'm a little bit jetlagged. I literally uh got off a plane two hours ago. I came in from Estonia. And for those of you that don't know where Eston Estonia is. I didn't know exactly where it was when I got called to go there. It's in Northern Europe. And first time I was there, they called me in uh kind of last minute. They wanted me to come in to do an event. And it was really an important event. And uh my friend over there that arranged it said, "Mike, please, you got to come." And I had to move things around and all of that. So, we jumped on a plane and we had a great event. And uh some very uh high-profile people were there. I'm not supposed to mention it, uh, so I won't. Uh, but we really had a good time and it's it was a nice country. People are great. You know, everywhere I travel, people are always wonderful. So, uh, but I am a little bit jetlagged. Was a 17-hour flight and, uh, we had a stop in Frankfurt and here we are. So, I literally, like I said, just got off the plane, but I didn't want to miss this live. Hope everybody is doing well, and I know we've been a little spontaneous, spotty with these lives, doing them at different times. My travel schedule uh this summer especially has been extremely hectic and um it's just been crazy. It's been crazy. So, we've had a rough time scheduling the lies, but we'll get better. I promise we'll get better. But, you know, uh two important issues that I want to talk about. We will take questions for sure. We'll do that. Um I have my phone set up here so I can look in and see in the chat. If you have some good questions, please uh put them in there. And uh also if you have any comments about the two subjects that I want to talk about, two big things in the news. One, obviously it's the uh unfortunate anniversary, the tragic anniversary of Charlie Kirk uh murder, and I'm going to call it murder because that's exactly what it was uh a year ago today. And then of course we have uh Lindseay Clancy, huge case and uh that was resolved this week in a hung jury. Something I'm very familiar with because I had three hung juries uh earlier on in my life on a trial. So it's very grueling to go through that. I can tell you that because then they have to retry you and a lot of stuff. But we'll get to that. I want to talk about Charlie Kirk first. And you know people um so many people still haven't recovered from that. And I mean people that were outside of the family. Ob obviously the family hasn't recovered yet. A year is not a lot of time to lose somebody so dear to you like a husband and a dad, a father. Um but you know what a horrible situation. And I it's been exasperated so much because of social media. And people I have to tell you something. I've had a lot of success on social media. I really have. And I think a lot of you know that. I mean thanks to all of you. And I say that so often. Um I have a big platform not only here on YouTube but on Instagram and you know we're building on Tik Tok now and it's important for the brand that I have and it's important for me to communicate with the people that you know that have supported me over the years. But if somebody would have said, "Michael, we have a choice. You could either kill social media, meaning it's gone for everybody, or you can continue." I would have to say kill it. I really mean it because it's become a cesspool of misinformation. And that's I can that's all I can say. A cesspool of misinformation. So many things are said on here that you can't rely on. You know, I'll tell you, for me, when anything ever pops up on social media, like news, I don't rely on it one bit. I go to a news source that I can trust and I see if it really happened or I see what the facts were. I don't trust anything that I see on social media until I uh verify it with a reliable news source. Uh because there's so much information, misinformation. People want clicks and views. They don't care who they hurt. They don't care how they distort the truth. They don't care that they make up lies. And it's really becoming horrible. And the reason I'm bringing it up, I've said this before, because it's appropriate today because of what happened to Charlie. And people, first of all, let me tell you this. No one should ever have their lives taken from them because they express themselves in a peaceful manner. Whether you like what they say or you don't like what they say, whether you agree with it, whether their delivery is not to your liking, whatever, they shouldn't lose their life over. And I really mean that. There's a lot of socialists in this country now that I personally don't like. And I think what they're saying is poisonous. And there's ways hopefully to contain them. How do we beat them? By not paying attention to them. By not voting for them. By not listening to the poison that spews out of their mouth. You don't want to kill them. You don't want to. They have a right to say what they want to say in this country whether we like it or not as long as they follow the law and say it peacefully. And they're not saying it to hurt anybody physically or hopefully emotionally. But they shouldn't be killed for it. It's horrible what's going on in the aftermath of what happened with Charlie. It was absolutely disgusting. People getting on the internet and going into all these various theories. Let me get to what's happening for real that we know of. Tyler Robinson right now, just recently, um, has been ordered to go to trial. There was enough probable cause. Remember this probable cause is that you just have to present enough credible information for a judge to say, "Yeah, there's enough here and we're going to take this matter to trial. We're not going to dismiss it. There's enough to try him." The standard is kind of minimal. I know I went to trial five times, so I get it. I understand it. It's minimal. But the evidence that they've shown so far, and I want to say this, he is innocent until proven guilty. Innocent until proven guilty. Everybody has that right in this country and he's no different. But the evidence is pretty powerful. There's certainly probable cause as a result of the evidence. Up till this point, there is no evidence that points anywhere else but Tyler Robinson. Now, he's going to go to trial and the system is going to play itself out and we'll see what happens. It's sad because it's a a death penalty case. he loses, he can be executed if they vote for that. The jury votes for that afterwards. You could either send him life in prison without parole or you could send him to his execution. We have a long process to get there, but as of right now, he's the only suspect. It's all the investigative tools that have been used so far point to Tyler Robinson. No one else. Now, what have we heard since then? All sorts of theories. Here's what gets me. I've been under investigation half my life by law enforcement. They went out, they did their job. And let me tell you something. I was no friend to law enforcement. I'm not say I I will be the first one to say there are times when they will frame you depending upon who you are, how badly they want to put you away, how much, you know, fame they want because you're a high-profile figure and and putting you in jail means something to them, convicting you means something to them. That's not the rule. That's the exception. But does it go on? Sure it does. In a case like this, would the investigative authorities in the state and maybe the feds say, "You know what? We don't want to do our work. We don't want to look any other way. Let's just point this all at Tyler Robinson and make sure that he gets convicted and that's the end of it." Would they do that? Are they capable of doing that? Yeah, I would say so. Did they do it in this case? Right now, there's nothing there that leads me to believe that. I think what they've shown so far to the judge regarding probable cause to bring this young man to trial is pretty sufficient. They have text messages him to to his girlfriend, boyfriend, whatever it was. I want to get into that. Uh basically admitting that he killed Charlie. They have DNA samples. They have text messages. They have the gun that they found. They have proof that he was there. Uh they have a lot of probable cause to bring him to trial and there's no evidence that's pointing anywhere else except on social media by people who maybe have an interest in doing that. What do I mean by that? Come on people, you know that you're educated. You're smart. You think that people are on here just to get views and clicks and make some money on YouTube. Of course they are. There is a there's millions of them that are doing that and I would say millions but some of them stand out with with uh respect to this case. Of course, we have Candace Owens who's accused Israel, TPUSA, disgustingly Erica Kirk, all these conspiracy theories, and she hasn't provided one ounce of factual evidence to support her claim. Nothing. And I want to tell you something. It's really disgusting. You don't dishonor somebody like Charlie Kirk or like anybody by going off in a tangent like this because you want views. You don't do it. And I want to tell you something. Even if she suspected that it was Erica Kirk, if you really had an interest in this and you had some proof or some evidence, why don't you go to the authorities and give it to them and let them do their work? Because you're not an investigator. These people on social media, they don't they haven't got a clue. And I can say that with authority, people, I in I investigated and fought my father's case for over 25 years. And I fought seven cases of my own, seven indictments. I know what it is to investigate. I hired investigators. I had lawyers. And I fought against law enforcement. You don't get on and make all of these blatant accusations without having proof. You don't do it. But that's been done here and all it did was dishonor Charlie Kirk. Because if you really had an interest in this really, then you would go all out. You know, I'll bring it back to OJ Simpson. Why do I say that? OJ Simpson initially before he got uh acquitted in that case. Oh, I'm going to go out and spend whatever money I have to spend to find the perpetrators of this murder of my wife and and Goldman. He said it many, many times. Did he ever do it? No. Because I believe he knew he was guilty. That's what I believe. And I think there there's a lot of evidence to support that. I don't want to get into that case. Remember, I live in this town. OJ had the same agent that I had at ICM, Jack Gelardi. OJ's children went to dance school with my children. So, I know I know some of OJ's friends. People have contacted me now. They want me to do some more on that. I don't want to do it. Not interested in that. It's over as far as I'm concerned. I'm looking for that. Not looking for that, I should say. But why didn't he continue? If he was so adamant that somebody else killed his wife, why after he got acquitted, he didn't hear anymore about it. Nothing. Not a word. Not a word. If Candace Owens or anybody else was so interested and so concerned about what really happened with Charlie, then they would go through the proper channels and get the investigative authorities or hire an investigator, a real private investigator to go do the work. And if you have good, solid, tangible evidence, you bring it. Nobody's doing that because there's no benefit in that. The benefit to them is clicks and views and money that pours into the account. YouTube account. That's what it's all about. I think it's disgusting. It's despicable. And I just hope people understand that. Take everything with a grain of salt. Of course, Israel now number one target. Israel's behind everything. We get that. Okay? If you really believe that, get the evidence. Don't just throw it out there. Don't just make things up. You're not in private investigator. You're not a law enforcement person. You have no training in that. But if you really cared, you got money, spend your money and find out if Charlie was such a dear friend, do it. Nonsense, people. All it did was dishonor Charlie. And I'll tell you this, you know, to investigate Erica Kirk the way she's been investigated was just to me it was despicable. Here's a woman that lost her husband. You're trying to find out that maybe there was a rift between him. So what? That's what happens in marriage. Sometimes you have an an issue. I married 41 years. You think every day was a bed of bouquets and roses. Of course not. You have your issues in marriage. You mean you want to murder somebody. And again, with respect to Erica Kirk, the big deal. Oh, she took over TPUSA. Well, it's her husband. She's his wife. Why shouldn't she take it over if everybody was in agreement with it? If, god forbid, that happened to me and I had an organization like that and my wife and I had discussed, "Yeah, take it over. You're my wife. You deserve that. If you can do the job and everybody's okay with it, take it over." Why is that so out of the way? It isn't a stranger. It's his wife. Oh, you know, she wanted to take over TPUSA. You don't think she had the same, you know, authority with her husband if she wanted to? Come on, man. You know, you're throwing all this stuff out there with no proof. Zero. And it's despicable in my view. I really mean that. And yes, I I I remained fairly silent about it. I could have said so much more. But anyone that engaged in that, now if you want to if you want to talk about, hey, this looks a little bit suspicious to me. I hope they investigate this. You know, there's an angle here. I don't know that that video wasn't very clear, but to try to throw all these things in front to a distraction because what if this kid really is guilty of this heinous crime? What if he really is guilty and you want to put all of this stuff in juror in potential juror's head? So, they're thinking of different things. You don't care about Charlie Kirk. You just care about your own platform. It's so obvious to me that grew up and lived in this kind of you're just caring about yourself. You're dishonoring Charlie and that's all it is. But you know people, I have to say this. What's going on in this country is is very frightening. It really is. There's so much hatred, so much divisiveness, so much resentment. People can't talk. Every day I pick up the newspaper or I read it online, I should say. Going old school with newspapers and who got killed, who for things that I never saw before in my life. People just expressing themselves. It's it's really horrible. It really is. And you know, it was a tremendous loss with Charlie Kurt because all Charlie did was try to get young people to think. Yes, he had a position. He was a Christian conservative. and he's allowed to voice his opinion and and debate people in a civil and he was very civil peaceful manner and that's what he did and he had a lot of positive influence on young people and I want to tell you this TPUSA under Eric's guidance in the past year is exploding in college campuses all around the country it's exploding more young people are coming to it can they ever plays Charlie Kirk? I don't think so. I really don't. He was a special human being. I had the pleasure of meeting him. Didn't spend a lot of time with him, but he came here to Orange County and me and my friend Brett went and we sat in and we listened to him. We talked to him for a bit. Very engaging young man. I say young man, I'm old enough to be his father, maybe his grandfather, you know, and he had a powerful influence and he was pointing them in the right direction. And now the big thing, well, you know, he and Israel got into a disagreement. Well, so what? Does that mean is Israel's going to murder the guy? Really? When all this substantive evidence is pointing to this kid, Tyler Robinson? I mean, I followed it. I saw the evidence that was presented to the judge, there certainly is probable cause there. Are you really believing that law enforcement was there such a conspiracy theory that Israel, the president, she even blamed the president? Candace Owens did. The White House, Israel, TPUSA, Eric, they all were able to persuade local law enforcement, hey, just look at Tyler Robinson. Don't do anything else. I mean, it's it's it's sickening. It really is sickening. And I, you know, people, Charlie Kirk was a good human being. He tried to do the right thing. He had a powerful influence. We had a young man that was a bit deranged. And I I I would really really bet that a lot of his derangement came from things that he saw on social media. That's why I think it's poisonous. Social media could be poisonous. It's really terrible. It really is. And you have to really, excuse me, vet everything you see. Don't take anything at face value unless you check it out. Even with me, check it out. If I'm telling you something wrong way, don't listen to me either. But I'm not going to do that. I might make a mistake, but I'm not intentionally looking to hurt anybody. People, the only time I speak out and I'll say, right, I don't mind sping the name. Excuse me. I'll talk to you about a Gavin Newsome politician because he destroyed California and he gets up there and he lies and he's a hypocrite. I know I live in this in this state. I know what he's done. I know what he's I I I I know it. I don't want him to gaslight you into voting him, you know, into the presidency. He'll be destructive. I felt the same about Joe Biden. I was right. You're going to say about Donald Trump. You know what? There's certain things that Donald's doing that hey, but overall I believe his policies are good for America. There's certain things that he's doing that I'm really questioning. I'm being honest. I'm not saying he's perfect. No, not in any way, shape, or form. But when I talk about somebody, it's because I'm talking about it for your benefit. Listen carefully to what this guy is saying. Look at his record. Bill Parcels. I love Bill Parcels. legendary coach, New York Giants, few other things. People said to him, you know, how good are you? And he said straight out, we are what our record says we are. Look at their records. They're not going to change overnight. That's why I I I was very strong about Kla Harris. Look at her record. You really expect her to represent this country, the biggest economy in the world, the biggest target in the world? you really expect you you want to put your trust and faith in that woman's hands. She's incompetent. I don't care if she's black, white, woman, child, it doesn't matter. The woman is incompetent and I want to make you aware. And then you judge. I'm bringing up facts and then you judge. I don't promote. We have a governor running here, Steve Hilton. I promote him because I think he's the right man for the job, not because he's Republican. I don't care what he is. He's saying the right things. If he got in office and reversed what he said, I'd be upset. Oh, Donald Trump, Michael, you know. Yes, I know. He said, "No new wars." I question that also. He campaigned on that. No new wars. Should he have gone into Iran? He believes so. I don't know. I'm not smart enough. I don't have enough information to know that. Yeah, he should have done that. If he was preventing them from getting a nuclear weapon, then by far absolutely they hate us. They blow us up or blow Israel up. A lot of people don't care. I happen to care. There's a lot of innocent people there. They're a terrorist nation. I don't want them to have a nuclear weapon. They're crazy, these people. I just read today and and I'm getting off the but this is all important. It all has to do with Charlie. I read today about two sisters. Two sisters who were protesting against the government back in January in Iran. You know what they did? They broke their every bone in their feet. They broke their hands, their knuckles. They made one girl, one of the sisters, they forced her into saying that she was guilty of a certain crime so that they wouldn't rape her sister in front of her. And she's going to her death. These are animals. Freaking animals. As a matter of fact, I think Trump is going too easy. I don't know what Look, I don't want to put our ministry at harm. I really don't. We don't want to put our soldiers at harm, but these people are animals. They're animals. They deserve to be put to sleep. Killing girls, sisters, threatening to rape one if you don't admit to a crime that you're going to go to the gallows for. That's what they did. It was in today's paper. They beat these women up so bad the mother did not recognize them. Come on. You want a nation like that to exist? No. Maybe it's Maybe it's my mob mentality. I don't know. But you're abusing women and you're killing people for no reason and you're oppressing people for what 40 some odd years. Come on. We still live in a civilized world. I would hope. Why would you let something like that exist? Those poor people, they it's horrible. Back to So when I talk about somebody is to try to give you information. I have no stake in the game. My stake or my horse in this race is my kids and my grandkids. I want this to be a good place for them to live in. And that's why I'm so I have nothing else there. I'm not in Trump's pocket and all this. I don't need to be in anybody's pocket, people. And I don't mean that. I'm okay financially and otherwise. I'm fine. I don't need to be in anybody's pocket. I'm 75 years old. I'm not running for office. I'm not looking to to to lobby the government for anything. I don't need anything in that regard. I'm very happy. My wife, my kids, I got a great life in that regard. So to make those remarks and silly comments, it's just stupid. It's dumb. I have to tell you that. So getting back to Charlie Kirk, you know, listen, Erica, I want to apologize to you, not for me, for what you had to go through. A widow had to go through that garbage. Really, and anybody else that was falsely accused, you know, for any of you out there, try being falsely accused of a crime at some point. something that really hurts you. Try it. See how fun it is to go through. Really. So, anyway, you know what? My wife, my family, we took a moment of prayer for Charlie's family today because uh tragic reminder of what this world is going through. And I'll tell you, Charlie's in a better place. There's no question as a Christian. I believe with all my heart and soul that Jesus is my savior and that when you have accepted Christ and lived, you know, according to that, that you're going to heaven. Charlie's in heaven. There's no question. But look at the family, what they had to go through. Wife, kids, horrible. So, look, all we could do is is hope that this doesn't continue. But myself, who is a really optimistic guy, there's too many crazy people out there preaching the wrong thing. I just hope that this is a reminder to people that we're allowed to express ourselves and we shouldn't tolerate when people uh get violent and resort to, you know, any kind of violence and obviously murder. Moving on, Lindsay. Lindy Clancy. Tough case, people. Very, very, very tough. And I want to say this. You know what happened? All right. Hung jury 11 to1 to acquit her. Um, find her not guilty due to insanity. I don't know all the facts of the case. And I believe this woman was suffering. There's no question about it. I really do. Had she gone to trial in California, and I'm not going to get into all the elements of the case, there's a different standard of proof with insanity. If they could have proved even for five minutes that she knew exactly what she was doing when she strangled those kids, then they couldn't use the insanity defense the same way they used it uh in that state. They couldn't have in Michigan. she probably would have been found guilty because there would have been a different charge and a different standard of proof, but because of where she was located, the standard allowed to come back uh innocent by reason of insanity. One held one juror held out and he said and he was harassed and everything else in there. And I know I had three hung juries each time they were more in my favor. Last time 10 to2 for a quiddle. Uh but after the third time they threw the case out. They dismissed it because they said no juryy's gonna come to a conclusion here. We did it three times which is unheard of. Three times unheard of. But anyway I was frenzies and that's what happened. But let me give you my feeling on it people. First of all I want to say this a lot of people are the lawyer this the lawyer that the lawyer did his job. I compliment them. Look you have to understand this. In this country, we have a standard of of of proof. The government is obligated to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. And if there is a reasonable doubt that that person did not commit the crime, then you must have quit. That's the standard. And that attorney did his best to show that there was reasonable doubt. He fought hard for her. I give him a lot of credit. you want your attorney fighting for you. I give him a lot of credit and people are knocking him, oh, you know, she's guilty and no, his job was to defend his client and to find reasonable doubt and convince the jury that there was. And he did a good job. He had 11 to one. One hold out said, "No, I'm not buying this." She still killed her children. And in his mind, the evidence, you know, she at that moment, more than a moment, she killed them. She strangled them one at a time. One at a time. And in his mind, he felt that she should be held accountable. Look, there was a case. I saw this. I laughed. There was a woman that was prosecuted because she said the N-word. She said the N-word. Everybody was against her. She did a GoFundMe because she couldn't support herself. She got no money. Lindy Clancy, a GoFundMe. Everybody was supporting her. She got over a million dollars to defend herself. It's crazy. Killed three kids. Murder. She admitted to the murder. There's no question. She admitted to the murder. She did it. She said it. Women are rallying behind her like there's no tomorrow. Some women, these people are ins they're insane. I think they're possessed. We saw on social media guy sitting with her baby in her lap and throwing cold water on the baby and saying, "I'm depressed. I'm Insanity. Insanity." The women are rallying around a woman that admitted to murdering her three children. One at a time, strangled them. How do you know she won't do it? You're not going to cure somebody like that. Let me tell you something, people. I grew up on the street 20 years. I saw a lot of stuff. If a guy that's capable of murder, if a situation comes up, he'll do it again. Trust me when I tell you, you're not curing somebody of that. You're not curing somebody of that. >> This woman, you don't know what's going to happen there. She has to be held accountable. Give her treatment. No question. I'm not disagreeing with the fact that she suffered from postpartum. She tried to commit suicide afterwards. Why? Because she realized what she did. Why would she try to commit suicide? Why would she her wrist and throw jump out a second floor window? She knew exactly what she did in California because she knew exactly what she did. Different standard of proof. She probably would have been found guilty. Probably. Again, I didn't sit there. I'm not on the jury. that wasn't in court every day. So, I can't make a a fully fully informed uh decision on this, but she knew what she did. She was so distraught afterwards, she And you know, the emphasis was taken off of the three murdered children. It was all about the mom. It was the three murdered children. If they would have said, "Listen, this woman didn't know what she was doing. We feel really horrible. We But she did kill her kids. You can't take that away. Let's get to something else." some lunatic guy that I know sent me a a a text or an email this long trying to say that the husband killed him, killed the kids. And he built a case with no information. He's not an investigator. He just put it in his head that it's not her, it's the husband. The husband wasn't there. The woman admitted to killing the three babies. The lawyer admitted it. They conceded it. They said it. But she's not guilty by reason of insanity. They're trying to pin the murder on the husband. Do you realize what that is to try to You're innocent and you're trying to put the murder of your three young children I I I just can't believe it. What is going on with people today? Really, what is going on? How could you make these accusations on this poor guy who just lost his kids to murder? He's got to live with that the rest of his life. How do you live with that? And now people are trying to say that he was involved somehow. The evidence came out that she purposely sent him away. They admitted to that. She planned it. So at that time it just seemed the evidence showed that at least for that time she knew what the heck she was doing when she murdered those kids. Why do you want to let her go free? Give her all the help she needs in prison. But would you trust this woman with your kids ever again? Even 10 years from now. What But to blame the husband, to blame Erica Kirk, to blame TPUSA, to blame Israel, to blame President Trump. You people on social media that are doing this for clicks and views. You should be ashamed of yourself. And let me tell you something, we pay for this stuff. Whether in this life or the next, people, you don't get away with doing stuff like this. you don't repent and realize what you've come to, you're going to pay for it one way or the other. I'm not the judge. You know, when you look in the mirror, you can't fool yourself. But then again, if you lie I just had to mention these two because it's this week that they both occurred. And I'm telling you, I I'm at a loss for believe me, I'm at a loss for words. You know, back in the day, I wouldn't be so kind in talking about this because this is stuff that really makes you angry when people just intentionally mislead you intentionally. It's disgusting. And that intentional misleading really hurts you. It really does. You know, look, I'll go as far as even saying what this kid Manion who absolutely murdered the health care official and people are rallying behind him. I mean, if you're disagreeing with your healthc care, does that mean you have to kill the guy and everybody supports you because you killed him? You murder somebody? Let me tell you something, people. the healthc care issues we have in this problem lie squarely the the blame to that is squarely on Congress and your government. They've never come up with a good healthcare program for this country. I'm not saying they can, but they want to divert the blame to everybody else. They're in bed with the pharmaceutical companies. They're in bed with the health care companies. They want you to believe it's not them that their hands are clean. Their hands are not clean. Not at all. It's the same It's up to Congress to seal the border and make a a an immigration policy that works for everybody. They haven't done it through how many presidents. They haven't done it. It's Congress's fault. It's our political system's fault. Not the healthcare. Look, I'm not happy with healthare. I pay Yeah. Well, now I'm on Medicare, but my wife pays a lot of money. My daughter pays a lot of money. I would love to see premiums better. I'd love to see better service, but it's up to Congress. The problem is they don't care. They care around campaign time and want to tell you what they're going to do. Bernie Sanders out there telling you he's going to do Where you been, Bernie? You've been in Congress. Jesus speaks more about hell in scripture than he does about heaven because he doesn't want anybody to go there. That's why he sacrificed himself for the forgiveness of all sins. All we need to do is repent and accept him and then have our hearts be in the right place because he will judge our hearts. That's why he said to the Pharisees when they were out there and and they were gaunt and they were fasting and they were you know they were they were showing the people that they were so pious and good and Jesus knew he was doing they were doing it all for themselves. They didn't give a darn about Jesus doing it all for themselves. And he looked at them and he said, "Hypocrites. You don't care about these people. You care about yourself. I ain't going to have Jesus say that to me. Not intentionally, man. No way. I want to go to heaven." And man, you know, it's the same thing. Look, I know I'm going out, but that's what a live is all about, people. I'm a little bit off topic. We talked about Charlie and Clancy and all of that, but you know what? Joe Biden got blood on his hands. He's not a not a good guy in what he did. He didn't do good things. I don't want him to go to jail. He's got prostrate cancer. I feel for him. You know what I want him to do? Repent. Just tell. You want to do a service to the people of America? Just say, "Look, I'm old. I don't know how much time I have left, but I did some things in my presidency that weren't right. I did some things during my career that weren't right. And I want to I don't have to say this publicly. I could say this privately to my Lord and Savior, and he will forgive me. That's the guarantee that we get if my heart is sincere. But I need to say it to all of you so that you put the right people in office that will do the right thing. Don't let them abuse the the power of the presidency or the power of Congress or anything else. I would get on my knees and respect that man for doing that. I don't want him to go to jail. He's old. He's, you know, he's got cancer. I don't want him to go to jail. But at least prevent this stuff from happening again. So many people died COVID because they lied to us. We don't deserve that. I'm sorry. We deserve our politicians to have integrity and to and to serve us. That's I am passionate about this people. I can't help it. I really am. What do you think about Warren Buffett? how he makes his money. From what I know of Warren Buffett, I really respect him. He's a man of few words. He's very simple. I believe that I don't know his personal life, so I can't get into that. But from what I know of him and seen of him, I have a lot of respect for the way he conducts himself. And please, if there's something that I don't know, then I'll say I didn't know that. But that's just my observation. I I you know, of all the wealthy people out there, he he's one that I respect. He's at the top of my list. Okay. Michael, I'm a Oh. Oh, boy. I wanted to read that. Michael, I'm agnostic, but believe in Christianity. Do I have a shot in heaven? Everybody has a shot in heaven. I I I ask you, please read your Bible with an open mind and heart. Allow Jesus to come into your life. When you act, when you honestly seek him, you will find him. The Holy Spirit will enlighten you. I want you to go to heaven, my friend. And this is not I'm not here preaching anybody. You don't have to listen to me. You don't have to go along with you don't have to. Let me tell you something, people. I'm obligated to share my faith with you. Jesus last command Mark 16:15 before he ascended into heaven go and preach or share share share the good word which is Jesus Christ to all of creation. I am obligated all as Christians we're obligated to share our faith not to impose it not to condemn you and not to bang it over your head. Share it because we want you to be saved. So yes, you can be saved but you got to accept our Lord. And the only way you're going to accept him is if you know him. And if you seek him, you will find him. The Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit will enlighten you and open your mind and you will live better. This isn't going to hurt you. You will live better. And I get passionate about that. I'm going to church Sunday. I'm going to be in San Jose Cathedral of Faith Church. I love that church. Two brothers are the pastors there. The father uh founded the church. Wonderful church. Wonderful community. I'll be there for I don't know fourth or fifth time. I'm going to be sharing my testimony in the gospel of Jesus Christ. Sharing is the word. Not imposing and not condemning. I can't condemn. It's not up to me to condemn. I have no power to condemn. But Jesus does. Remember that Jane. But thank you for asking that. Thank you J. Dean Bernett. Think Jesus is going to support a rapist like Trump or a person who is actively mocking one of the biggest tragedies that happened in the US? No. Um, but I will tell you this. I'm going to say the same thing with respect to Trump. You just made a very strong accusation and you don't have any evidence of that. You have people talking and you can you can rightfully suspect that maybe Trump did something that it was abusive with a woman. You can because we have the Epstein matter there. The same Epstein matter that the Biden administration sat on for four years and did nothing. Did nothing. Remember that they had this for four years and did nothing. They didn't try to find who these women were. They didn't try to get justice for these women. They just sat on it. Now, is there a cover up with Epstein? I absolutely believe that. I absolutely believe it and I'm not happy about it and I wish everything could come out and I wish Trump would order that. But I'm not going to accuse Trump of being a rapist. I don't have evidence of that. No, I don't. I'm sorry. And if you can do that without having evidence, shame on you. shame on you because that's a very very serious accusation. But to answer your question, if he is a rapist and he's confessed his sins and he's made peace with God and he's accepted Jesus Christ, then Trump, like every other person on the face of the planet that does that, will go to heaven. Yes. Sorry. Can I remind you in scripture, thief on the cross, lifelong criminal. They didn't put people, they didn't crucify people back in those days for just being a thief. He was probably a murderer and probably a lot worse than just being a thief. But he was hanging on that cross. And in the last few moments of his life, he looked down at Jesus because he saw something in Jesus. And he looked at our Lord and he said, "Jesus, remember me today in your kingdom." You know what Jesus said to this lifelong criminal agnostic whatever he was? He looked at him, looked into his heart and knew at that moment that he was sincere and he said, "Today you'll be with me in paradise." So yes, my friend, Trump can be redeemed just like Michael Franes can be redeemed and Charles Manson can be redeemed and anybody if their heart is pure at the time that they confess their sins and Jesus knows it's real and they accept our Lord and Savior. I didn't set that standard. I didn't bring Jesus down here to die a horrible death for the forgiveness of all sins. God Almighty did that. Don't blame me. or don't attribute it to me, but I believe it with all my heart based upon the evidence and my experience in life. So yeah, okay, you can knock Trump all you want, but again, okay, you're the same person that'll probably cover up everything Biden did. So for me, I'm sorry, my friend. I thank you for tuning in, but you don't have credibility unless you commit the truth across the board. I'm not going to call Trump a racist. I'm not I'm not going to call I am not going to call Bill Clinton a racist who was on that plane 27 times. I don't have any proof that he's a racist and he denies it. I don't have video. I don't have girls. I I don't have any proof. But there's a lot of circumstantial evidence that he was a good buddy of Epstein. 27 times. You seen him in a pool with women that were naked, I think. But I'm not going to call Bill Clinton a rapist. Sorry. No, that's too serious. Think about that. Mr. Francis, have you read Lee Strobble before? Lee Strobel is a friend. Everybody's going to answer to him. No doubt, but good words. Warren Buffett is a private citizen, not a government employee, who is not doing his job properly. Absolutely. And again, I don't I don't know what you're referring to that Warren Buffett might have done that maybe I don't know about. And if if it's true, it's true. I mean, I'm not I have no reason to stick up for Warren Buffett. I just said I I like the way he carries himself and I like his investments and I like his simplistic way about him, you know, the Oracle of Omaha. But, uh, if there's more that I don't know, I'm happy to to to look at it and tell you what I think. Okay. I meant in portal to hell. The devil only wants sinners that don't forgive themselves. Interesting. That's right. The devil doesn't want you to forgive yourself. Doesn't want you to believe that you can be forgiven. He doesn't want that because he wants you with him. Stranger follow. I believe in all of that. I believe it's all demonic. No question. When people are trying to convince you that we have uh uh, you know, more than male and female, there's something demonic about that. I'm not saying the people that accept that are demonic. I'm saying they're under demonic influence because it's not true. It's not true. Male, female, that's what God created. We don't have anything else. And I'm not saying those people are going to hell. I'm not, like I said, I don't that's not my call. I can't judge anybody or condemn anybody. I don't have that authority. Nothing. I'm nobody with that. But I will say this, you're under demonic influence. If you believe there's more than two genders, you're under demonic influence. God created man and God created woman. Period. Now again, remember what I said, demonic influence. I'm not saying you're a demon. I'm not saying you're a bad person. I don't say LGBT people are bad people. My only issue with them is they're misled. And don't impose it upon me cuz I don't believe it. That's all. Live your life. I don't wish you any harm. I hope nothing evil be befalls you, but don't put it on me that I have to accept it. That's all I'm saying. And yes, we look the the devil, Satan, is trying to condemn this world and destroy it. The forces of evil have been upon us. We're in spiritual warfare. There's no doubt about it. And if you don't believe that, I'm sorry. You're you're being misled. But it's true. And we have to fight against it. Jesus will prevail. Candace Owens and her fans are really low IQ. I don't believe Candace Owens is low IQ. As a matter of fact, uh Donald Trump said to and I disagreed. I said, "No, Donald, she's not she's not low IQ. Candace Owens is very bright. She knows exactly what she's doing. Tell her to give you I'm going to tell you this people. All you fans of Candace Owens, if she wants to be upright and honest with you, tell her that you want to see her AdSense money on every post that she made that had to do with accusations about Charlie Kirk's murder. Ask her say, "I want to see it." Each individual post, you get AdSense money from that. Okay? Show ask her to show you how much money she made from that. It's public. You can make it public. Absolutely. Let her show it to you. When she accused Erica Kirk, when she accused Israel, when she accused TPUSA, when she accused Donald Trump, when she accused everybody else in Korea, when she accused Ask her to show you those posts and show her that's it, AdSense to show you the AdSense money that she made off of those posts. Ask her. Ask her to do it. I guarantee she won't. And if she does, I'm happy because then you'll see exactly what I'm saying. I know she made a lot of money. No doubt in my mind.
