COMMENTARY by Candace Owens — "Tyler Robinson Pleads NOT Guilty. PLUS More Exclusive Footage From 9/10. | Ep 382" (published 2026-09-02).

All right, you guys, happy Wednesday. Well, the case is officially on as we predicted, as we expected, the state of Utah has cleared its relatively low bar presenting enough probative evidence using their reliable hearsay standard to bring Tyler Robinson to trial. And judging by the almost automatic neocon response, it's going to be a long few years of Pentagon propaganda. They will keep attempting this optical illusion to convince us not to believe our own eyes or our own ears expecting people not to understand legalities. Yesterday on X, I don't think I've ever done this by the way, but I did actually have to slap down my former colleague Matt Walsh when he perpetuated one of the more disingenuous narratives out there. Because I just want to be frank here. I I cannot when it comes to this case, okay? I cannot, I will not when it comes to this case. Pick any other legal case to serve the people the slop regarding, but not the Charlie Kirk one. Just come honestly, engage in debate honestly. We're going to discuss all of that in a moment. Also, as we have been insisting to you guys for a long time now, Tyler Robinson officially entered his plea of not guilty to the charges, which by the way, that runs counter to the extraordinary claims made by the Department of War propagandists that Tyler's dad turned him in because Tyler confessed to his crime. That is what they told you repeatedly. And that he came home and said that he had done it. We repeatedly told you that that was not true. There's no shred of truth to that at all. Tyler told his father that he was not guilty. His father believes him. Uh he uh was told that he's going to be brought in to the police station either way, and so he decided to go in peaceably despite insisting on his innocence. That is reality. But first and foremost, we have to get to more exclusive footage from September 10th, my friends, because why not? It's Wednesday, right? Let's have some fun. Okay, as mentioned, obviously Judge Graff came down yesterday with the decision that the state cleared its bar to move the Tyler Robinson trial forward. Not surprising for two reasons. Reason one, which we have been harping on, is because reliable hearsay is the standard. It was permissible at that stage. Reason number two, because the defense at the stage of dismissal is only engaging in the state's arguments. They have to essentially look at what the state is saying and then convince the magistrate that there are laws on the books that make this case so defective that it shouldn't even go to trial and they shouldn't even have to issue a response to the allegations. So, this meant that they only filed to have three, the defense only filed to have three of the seven charges dismissed based on the laws on the books. Now, I am going to say that the only thing that I was surprised by was the fact that Judge Graff did not drop charge number six. I actually was astonished by that. That is positively wild to me. Now, I explained this to you guys yesterday that the sixth charge was witness tampering, wherein the state argued that him texting, Tyler Robinson texting Lance, effectively don't speak to the police um until you get in touch with a lawyer, which is literally your constitutional right, right? With the Miranda rights, you you have you don't have to answer any questions. You have a right to have a lawyer. Somehow that could amount to witness tampering? That's insane. And you could sense that Judge Graffe when he handed down that decision knew that it was insane because he sort of fumbled over his reason as to why he did not dismiss that charge as a constitutional right. You have a right to remain silent. He's also kind of saying that the reason was because of count five, a total a totally separate charge. He's like, well, there's also this charge number five so I'm going to allow charge number six on the basis of charge number five, okay? So as a reminder, charge five is also witness tampering but it's pertaining strictly to the message wherein Tyler Robinson allegedly says delete this exchange. So they're saying that's tampering with Lance Twiggs as a witness. Two different charges. But you're going to hear Judge Graffe try to basically he concedes that count six is it's actually constitutional to tell somebody to stay quiet and to seek legal representation but he's going to allow it anyway because of count five. Take a listen. >> The evidence shows that on September 11th, 2025, defendant sent a text message to Lance Twiggs stating, "If any police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer and stay silent." Defendant argues that count six must be stricken as a matter of law. He contends that this message was merely advising a loved one to exercise constitutional rights to remain silent and seek counsel, which cannot, standing alone, constitute a criminal offense. Defendant therefore argues that the record does not support the required obstructive intent. The court considers this a meaningful distinction because the words "ask for a lawyer and stay silent" viewed in isolation describe a lawful advice concerning constitutional rights and do not themselves establish criminal intent. Standing alone, advising another person to risk request counsel and remain silent silent is lawful and does not establish witness tampering. The state relies however, on the context of the communication, including defendant's earlier alleg- alleged instruction to delete this exchange. Viewed together in the light most favorable to the state, those communications permit a reasonable inference that defendant intended to cause Twigs to withhold information from investigators. The court does not determine at this stage whether that inference is ultimately more persuasive than defendant's lawful advice explanation, and it does not treat the exercise of legal rights or advice concerning those rights as criminal conduct standing alone. Although defendant's lawful advice interpretation remains a reasonable competing interpretation, the surrounding communications permit the state's proposed inferences as well. Because the court may not choose between reasonable competing inferences at this preliminary stage, probable cause supports count six. Count six is bound over for trial. >> That is so wild to me that he's basically acknowledging that count six, yeah, this is constitutional by itself, but I'm looking at count five and I'm not going to make a decision here. I'm basically going to roll that into count five. Well, that's a a separate That's a totally separate charge. How are you not going to drop count six and basically say, "I'm only going to allow the the fifth charge to stand." Now, I get that people want to pretend that this is some team sport where you either root for your team to win. Uh yeah, Tyler Robinson, hang him. We want him to die. It's like one side, which is totally crazy, guilty before proven innocence, I guess. But you really have to think about the unconstitutional precedent that is being set here, right? That should alarm you. That to me is unacceptable that any judge would not just immediately flat-out dismiss that charge on its face. I find that to be the only thing that was surprising and alarming. Anyway, the bigger news here is that Tyler Robinson has finally entered his plea and it is not exactly what the orbit of Pentagon influencers have been telling you. Take a listen. >> Does Mr. Robinson wish to enter into pleas today? >> Yes, your honor. We'll proceed with the arraignment. >> All right. And uh what pleas does he wish to enter into the record? >> And at this point we would waive reading of the indictment um I'm sorry. Waive reading of the information and um enter pleas of not guilty on Mr. Robinson's behalf to all counts. >> Not guilty on all counts, okay. Um how could that be? Like I said, you were told by so many Pentagon influencers at different time that Tyler Robinson was guilty. I mean, there was even the story they just magically dropped it that his his father was just so brave and took him to the police station because he knew his son was guilty. We told you that is not true. Bill Ackman was going to give him a million dollars. They just sort of dropped that narrative entirely because there was no truth and no substance to what they were saying. It's like a foundational lie. They then told us that the you know, Tyler Robinson confessed it. He confessed it to Mike Mitchell. He confessed it to his parents when he got to his house. At other points you were told that his like his parents admitted this in written statements in support of their son's prosecution. I've been telling you none of that is true. That Tyler immediately denied his involvement and that far from turning his son in, his father believes that his son is innocent. Yes, he went with his son to the police station after they were told they had no other choice. You you can do this the nice way or we can do this the way where SWAT is banging down your door and you are putting your life at risk. Despite this, the foundational lie remained and they're not now just trying to pivot and be like, "Oh no, we only ever said that he confessed to Lance." That is not true. That is so not true that it relies on all of us developing Blake Neff's amnesia to pretend that it's true. Again, it was a major piece of the {quote} evidence is overwhelming folklore. Are they going to apologize for lying? No, they're just going to pretend that they never lied and move on to the next lie and that's how it's going to go until which will happen, they're crushed beneath the weight of all of those micro lies. Remember, lies have an expiration date, the truth does not. So, I've just been holding the line on that telling you he's going to put in a plea of not guilty and his parents don't think he's guilty and his grandparents don't think he's guilty and these people are lying and I've not moved 1 in that nor do I need to. The lies are going to expire. They have an expiration date. Now, speaking of truth, there is something that has been bothering me for a while and I need you guys to really lock in here on the details because you need to commit to memory the map of cars on September 10th at UVU, okay? There are total of five relevant vehicles that I want to draw your attention to. Don't worry, of course, we have a diagram and I'm going to walk you through them and tell you I I guess just explain to you why I have some questions about how things went down so smoothly, okay? Let's pull up a diagram. Okay, these are the cars. You will recall obviously we used AI here to demonstrate to you what the vehicles are here that Turning Point or that are affiliated with Turning Point USA. Let's start with the left side there. On the left-hand side you see two security vehicles. The one that's in front, the first one, is a black Jeep Wagoneer. We'll just call that security vehicle number one. Alex Faria is in this vehicle. That's one of the security members plus other members on the Charlie's security team. Um also there's the guy in a blue shirt who I can't identify. So I do want to pause here and just bring up a picture of the security team. Um okay. This is the security team. I'll just let this hang here for a minute. Um furthest to the right, the shortest one in the front in the bright blue shirt, short-sleeve shirt, I can't identify that guy. Somebody may have that, so I'm just putting it out there so somebody can just toss that to me on X or send us a email to [email protected]. Point I just wanted to do a little sidebar there. I'm not sure who that is. Also the guy in the hat there with the beard looks like we're missing as well in the middle. Um yeah, I just would like to complete this chart so I can continue to track people on that day and reach out to people and ask them maybe they could help fill in some holes. Uh anyway, going back to back back to the vehicle diagram. Okay, behind that Jeep Wagoneer you have a Lincoln Navigator. The driver of that Lincoln Navigator is Justin Davis, okay? Justin, this is extremely important. Dan Flood's in that vehicle, Brian Harpole is in that vehicle, and Justin Davis is a very relevant person for you to know because he's going to eventually be the driver that takes Charlie to the hospital. So we can show you a picture. Uh I believe that you have a really clear one of Justin Davis. He's wearing uh you know I believe it's actually a navy blue shirt, but it might be black. Uh folded down. And like I said, this is extremely relevant. What I'm trying to stress to you guys is that both of these security vehicles are parked one in front of the other. We know based on their testimonies that they these vehicles arrived between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. Let's go back to the Yeah, to the diagram. So the core security team was was not with Charlie Kirk in Salt Lake City. They arrived independent of Charlie Kirk. Uh and they had been there since 9:00, 9:30 a.m. in the morning while Charlie was doing that restaurantology event out in Salt Lake City, okay? Now, to the right of them, we have back-to-back Yukon Denalis. You of course know that that one of the front is going to be the one that Charlie Kirk shows up in and that Charlie Kirk is going to depart in um after he is hit with an explosive. And we know that he shows up with Mikey McCoy in that vehicle. And we also know that the person driving it, we only have a first name for this guy, but his name is Christopher, okay? We're going to talk more about this Chris guy in a second. Um and then we have behind that vehicle the mysterious, and I'm saying mysterious because Blake Neff made it mysterious by pretending he didn't know what he did, who he was with. This is the vehicle that just Danny McCoy is driving. And he has not I'm sorry, Danny Phillip. Danny Phillip is driving. And he has Danny Phillip does not have Mikey McCoy sitting shotgun. It's very strange. I mean, um Blake Neff sitting shotgun. Blake Neff is actually sitting in the back seat. So, when they pull up, you have Danny Phillip driving, and you have Blake Neff in the back seat. And Blake is very weird about discussing their arrival, who he was with. And also, when they were in Salt Lake City with Charlie, he doesn't remember what they did, okay? So, that vehicle has already been on my mind as like, what's going on here? Why is he being weird and shady about details that are so simple? I would just say, "Yeah, I showed up with Danny Phillip, got out of the car. He was driving me like an Uber driver, who knows why." And then lastly, you have on the far right there the Hyundai Palisade. I'm not sure who actually drove this, but I do know, based on footage, we've examined it, that is the TPUSA vehicle and that kind of stays parked on the far right side. Now, why is this relevant? What What am I trying to demonstrate with you with this diagram is I want you to think about the car keys. Okay? It's important just to think about who had keys to every vehicle, right? Because in emergency situation, you would expect that there's going to be some sort of a scramble. If suddenly Justin Davis, who was driving the car on the left-hand side, now has to drive Christopher's vehicle to the hospital. At the very least, if that's the circumstance and they decide this is the vehicle that we want to take and we're going to take this in a hurry cuz they get Charlie in that car within 45 seconds, right? He's going to have to find Chris and get his keys. That's the point that I'm making here because surely vehicle that is carrying Charlie's personal belongings would be locked. You are the security. Security exists to secure. And they're going to go, "Oh, who's going to Who's This is the one that's the closest to the front. Who's got the keys?" And what we know for a fact now is that for some strange reason, and I'm I'm saying this is strange because we now know for a fact that Charlie communicated the night before that he was fearful for his life, that he thought they were going to kill him, something that his wife initially denied and then had to concede. And then, now they're saying that Charlie even took it a step further and said he wanted to make sure his security pers- people knew that they needed to be on him and no one else. Well, Charlie's main security person who he shows up with is this person, Christopher. Yet, Christopher, for some odd reason, minutes before Charlie gets hit, he decides to go upstairs with Nate Walker. And he is upstairs when the shot goes off. So, Chris, the security person who has the keys, who locks the car, is upstairs when the explosive goes off. And by the time he comes back downstairs, his car is gone. It is actually bonkers that he's upstairs. I'm going to show you, by the way, that clip, which was captured actually somebody on Tik Tok, I think, sent it to Baron Coleman, and then Baron showed it to me and he's like, "Why is Nate Walker upstairs?" And I'm like, "Even stranger, why is the security uh Charlie's main security guy out in Salt Lake City who took Charlie to the event upstairs with him?" That's even weirder. How did they How did they get the keys from him? So, I'm going to show you that. Uh we're now we're putting a little white thing on that. That's Chris in the front, and you're going to see behind him, that's Nate. We're just kind of highlighting that, a little white highlight on there so you can see who we're talking about. And Chris is going And he is making a right, to be clear, toward the Sorensen building. So, he's upstairs, and Nate is upstairs when the explosive goes off. Again, this is minutes before the explosives the explosive goes off. What were they doing? Where were they? Why were they headed toward the Sorensen building? At this moment, nobody knows, okay? But I'm I It's It's relevant. What could there be to do toward the Sorensen Sorensen building on a campus that you've never been to when Charlie specifically expressed that he thought he was going to be killed and he wanted to make sure the security knew that they were there to be on him. A remarkable presence of security. I've done all these events. I've never seen this much security unless it was end of year Amfest, uh end of year SAS, like one of the big events that they do. One campus event, that many security members? Yeah, Charlie had fear. That's clear. The relevant point again to draw your attention back to is that Chris is not near the car that he is driving. All the more reason to lock it, right? Well, I'm now going to show you some more never-before-seen footage from that day, so you can remark, as I have, how smooth and convenient it all is. That keys were apparently either waiting in the car or somehow given to Justin Davis before this, I don't know. But, I'm going to show you this footage multiple times, and I'm going to highlight different portions throughout it. First off, let's highlight Justin Davis. Um, again, this is not Justin Davis's car, but he immediately sprints ahead to the vehicle and opens the passenger side door alongside Blake Herrif, who is also not That's him. Just instantly on top of that, okay. Amazing. Now, we're going to uh show you this little company powwow, if you want to call it that, the little little company meeting that takes place for a couple of seconds. I'm going to draw your attention to the amazing Mikey McCoy, who we are told repeatedly was definitely not on his phone and was just covering his ear for noise. Well, he's going to keep on covering his ear for noise, but remarkably, if you look at him and Danny Philip, despite not being with each other, they were on opposite sides of Charlie, both of them are going to kind of run and then meet each other in front of Charlie's vehicle and duck down for a little meet and greet with Justin Davis, like a perfect little dip and meet, as if they all knew to go there, but this is just, I guess, luck. There's Mikey, highlighted there, not on his phone. There's Danny running behind him. We've got Justin and right in front there, And off Danny and Mikey go. Mikey still has that up to the whole route. You can see that Mikey's just got that up to his ear. And lucky for Justin, keys are in there, and they're ready to go. They're all ready to go. None of these people showed up in this vehicle. Chris is upstairs. It's all good. And what luck? What falls out of that vehicle at the end there? I think that that's Chris's bag. The driver of the vehicle, what luck, his backpack gets tossed out of the trunk. So, that's kind of amazing. Let's watch that again. Let's watch that again. Let's watch all these people. Let's rewatch the entire clip from the beginning. We're going to see Mikey again. Blake is ahead of the crowd there. Mikey still seems to be walking pretty calmly, but he's just, I guess, covering The little dip and meet up there. Danny, They just knew that that none of of Rick, Frank, none of these people came in this car. No nobody's going, "Hey, where's Chris? We need the keys." It's just open and ready for them. And then a bag gets tossed out there. And I think I think that's Chris's bag. So, what luck that they didn't even have to deal, and I'm going to say allegedly here, with going, "We were lucky that your car was conveniently opened. It was not secured at all. The keys were waiting for us. We all jumped into this car that we didn't come into. We drove off. And then, what luck that your bag, Chris, you don't have to worry about trying to find out how to get to the hospital. But Chris, your bag is is on the ground for you. I I I think, again, I will say not 100% certain that it's his bag, but given the fact that Mikey McQuaid showed up with a bag and has it on his back, uh just process of elimination here, I think that's going to be the security person's bag. But again, this is all just luck that Danny and Mikey fortunately met. For some reason, Blake is really weird about mentioning Danny as a part of the story. When he tells the story, and he says, which you're going to hear in a little bit, everything that happened, he just mysteriously keeps leaving Danny Philip out of everything. He always develops Danny Philip amnesia in particular. Every time, he's just like, "Whoa, no, this is what happened. Danny was But Danny's there." Danny's running with Mikey. Blake is already up ahead. Did he forget that? Maybe he did. We know how how Blake is. He doesn't remember what they were doing in Salt Lake City. He didn't remember that how they had arrived. He didn't remember what hotel he had stayed in. Convenient amnesia. But like I said, little powwow happens. So many things could have gone wrong. I would expect some scramble to find the keys, but gratefully, there was not. It went on like a choreographed dance. A vehicle, which we know was locked upon arrival, was magically unlocked with presumably the keys inside of it. And I also want to remember I want to remind you guys that early on, I told you that I had a solid source that was involved in the planning of this event. Very solid source um who said that one of the only demands that were made from security, far from them saying that they were worried about rooftops or securing the area, one of the only demands that was made from security was they wanted to make sure that Charlie's vehicle had a clean exit. And I would like to just comment on the absurdity of the security team blocking themselves in. Again, that just demonstrates incompetence. You're the security, you should not be blocked in, your vehicle should be able to get out to just as easily as Charlie's vehicle can get out. But you blocked yourself in, why? You clearly had the ability to not do that given the fact that we have that silver car on the right-hand side. It could have flipped with you, you could have had that one blocked in. Why would you block your own vehicles in? Doesn't make sense to me. Also, going back to that vehicle diagram, I want to draw your attention to the positioning of Danny, Philip, and Blake Neff's car there, um the Denali on the right-hand side It is a wonder to me because I learned from some sources with direct knowledge that they did not take these cars to the hospital. That's actually really odd for me to reflect on cuz I remember Blake sort of recounting the story and telling us that Mike became a general directing a battle so that he could figure out how everyone was getting to the hospital among other things. You have three security vehicles that are left All of them, actually, are are left behind. You have the keys. Did you offer to say, "Hey, why don't we just drive to the hospital?" When did they go to the hospital? Would it be weird if they didn't immediately go to the hospital? What else would they be doing there? The job of these individuals is to be with Charlie, and if you're telling me that none of them called 911, uh you're telling me in addition to that they didn't race to be by Charlie's side? Why wouldn't they do that? Wouldn't that just if you're just comprehending your own actions and you're the his chief of staff and you are being tasked with providing updates to his wife as we were told, wouldn't you get to the hospital as fast in a car that you have available? Danny Phillips, Blake Neff, big MTSU V. We know that it's going to be Nate Walker and Blake and Danny Phillip and Mikey McCoy that arrived to the hospital. God, that's four of them. Wouldn't it make sense for them to just take the SUV that they had rented for what reason? For what reason would they not take that SUV to the hospital? And in case you want to be have your memory jogged of what Blake's testimony is in that day cuz now I have a lot of questions about it and when I rewatch it it's really stupid actually. You're going to hear him tell you that the reason he walked away they walked away from Charlie and somehow he's able to know exactly what Mikey was thinking, which is incredible, was because they heard the shots um and they thought that there could be more shots, that there could be more shooters. But then 20 seconds later he says, "Then we realized that everything was fine and actually there were no more shooters at all." Um and we we just figured that someone must have been detained or something. 20 seconds. He goes from, "This is why we abandoned Charlie" to "This is why we then 20 seconds later knew everything was fine." Here is Blake's testimony. >> The shooting occurs. I am next to Mikey. Both of us hear a loud crack. We both turn. We both see Charlie who has been shot. Both of us, I think at about the same time, realized that that means there is a shooter who is on the scene. Uh and you know, you just hear the crack, so you don't know did it come from far away? Did it come from close? Is there a mass shooter unfolding right now? >> Correct. >> So, I and him both had the reaction of let's get out of here before we are both shot. That is not us abandoning Charlie. Charlie had a security team. They all left immediately into action and they got Charlie out of there, which is what their job was to do. My job was not to get in the way and screw this up because like I had to be a hero. That was not my job. I remember even running past both of us going past the you know, the SUV that we came in on and me thinking, should I get in that car? And then thinking, no, that's a really stupid thing to >> arrive with Mikey. >> And then I kept going. So, I was not with Mikey imme- or I don't remember being with him. I think I was ahead of him as we left. And then we get out and I run for must have can't have been more than 15 or 20 seconds. And then I realize there hasn't been another shot, so the shooter has likely been detained or stopped or something, not in immediate danger. I pause, I look around me and I see Mikey. And I see Mikey there. And I'll never Truthfully, I will never forget what I saw because I've seen Mikey almost every day for the past 2 years. Uh I know his personality very well. He's a very bubbly guy. He's a very happy guy almost all of the time. And I'll never forget what I saw because it was clear in the moment that he he was profoundly freaked out. What I'll always remember is the way his his lip was quivering, which I'd never seen before. And you you very rarely see from someone that he was freaking out. And then I think he literally said to me, I I might be imagining this, but I think what he literally said was And then he was looking around. >> Now you're not imagining. >> I I need to call Erica. And he Then he takes his phone and he begins calling Erica. And I don't want to disclose how that call unfolded, but he did that this you know your mind extends all of this, but that is happening within a minute of all of this occurring. I remember he calls Erica I around the same time I pull out my phone and I call my mom just to say Mom, there's been a a shooting you're going to see it on the news. I'm okay. You know, pray for me. I've got to go. And I remember that call. And around the time I I put that phone away and then he immediately calls his dad. He calls Robin McCoy. And he says, Dad, someone's shot Charlie. You need to call all of your pastor friends. Charlie was hit. We need everyone to pray right now. And that's what he told him. And I guess it just it's very disgusting for me as someone who witnessed this, who saw Mikey hugely distressed and then step up in the moment because after that was called that call was over, I saw Mikey like get total mastery of himself that he realized he had to step up in this situation. And [clears throat] he from that point he was like he was like a general directing a battle where he was you know, grabbing people and saying, Okay, we need to get to the hospital and we need to do these things and you guys need to wait here. I need to get in here to get information so that I can get it to get it to Erica. And when we when we learned he was dead, it was he came out and he told us and then he says and he says, Now none of you can say anything that you've heard because it is Erica's not going to hear about this >> Yep, watching that on rewind there's a lot that's just not making a lot of sense to me. And again, if Mikey was supposed to be the point person and he was the only person to speak with Erica, you would think that Mikey would rush to get to the hospital and that you might suggest to him that you would you have this big SUV that you rented. But maybe you had amnesia about it do you don't remember that? None of these SUVs were taken to the hospital. You did not go to the hospital immediately. And my question is, why not? Why not? What is there to do at UVU, this campus that none of you belong at, presumably have never been at? What what was Nate Walker doing upstairs with the security a couple of minutes before the explosive goes off? I think we deserve to know the answer to that. And why are you so fuzzy on details when it comes to Danny Philip? These are my questions for Blake Neff, which he will not answer. He's just going to rant about things and keep being community noted on X about everything. And it's his general posture. It's like Blake Neff needs Tyler Robinson to be guilty. Not wants, but needs Tyler Robinson to be guilty. So much so that he will just tell the most flagrant lies on X. He doesn't care. He's out of control, nervous about this case. He doesn't have the confidence of truth on his side. He doesn't feel to me in his manic tweets that he feels like he's got this one covered. That's not that's not how his tweets are registering to the public and his mannerisms are registering to the public and he is increasingly being exposed as a liar and a desperate one at that. So, am I at the top of my understanding and compassionate game? No. That said, there is currently a fleet of men on X who have been making the argument that women need to get off of Tik Tok, right? They cite There's this game of citing finding extreme examples, of course, of not the average woman uh doing and saying absurd things like you've seen some of these Tik Toks in support of Lindsay Clancy. This is because I'm very fashional fashionable, by the way, like avoiding nuance, finding an extreme example extreme example and then being like, "This proves my point that all women are insane." Okay, well, I'd like to make the counterargument that the internet is currently turning a lot of men into full-time nagging women. They're just online lodging complaints 24/7 a day uh 24/7 about issues that they don't even necessarily care about, they don't even necessarily know about. They're just here to complain, complain, complain. And this is now really bothering me about the podcast space. Like not everybody needs to have a podcast, least of all men who just want to log on and complain every day. "Did you hear what Tucker said? Did you hear what Candace said? Did you hear what Tucker and Candace said? Did you like we just don't need it." And I will admit I will concede the podcast space was carved out by men. It was, truly. Men were at the top of their game. They were talking about issues that were manly, though, right? You it got interesting. They were talking about wrestling. They were talking about topics they were talking about how men can get healthy. I mean, the Joe Rogan, the Shawn Ryans, they're talking about military experiences. It's now become a nag fest. Who who can nag the loudest? I can't stand anymore, okay? And on the when it comes to the Charlie Kirk case, I am easily agitated. We've spent and I say we I mean me and my team have spent an insane amount of time studying this case. I do not believe that there is any person that would be able to sit across from me and meaningfully debate me on this case because I did my homework on it. I'm not fearful of having that debate. I I welcome that debate, especially if they're going to pay $100,000 an hour to have that debate. We have spent so much time researching, collecting evidence, understanding the arguments from both sides, from the prosecution, from the defense, because it doesn't pay to be wrong. So, if I'm just sitting here making these arguments and in the long run, like I said at the top of the show, lies have an expiration date. Yesterday, I see a bunch of people all tweeting the same thing, that Tyler Robinson's lawyer is arguing that political assassinations are okay. So, that right off the bat annoys me because it's just it's the tone of drama. It's it's the lack of common sense. And when it's coming from someone who I know has common sense, it annoys me more and I'm just going to show you, and this is one of many examples, Matt Walsh's tweet that annoyed me. He says, "We have a lawyer justifying political assassination in one court case, and another lawyer justifying the mass murder of children in another. Very dark times in America." That first sentence I'd like to address. I've not been following Lindsay Clancy. I've made that clear from the very beginning. We have a lawyer justifying political assassination in one court case. And he shares this video, which was clearly sent out for a bunch of people to share and to try to delude the public into believing that that is what was happening, that a lawyer would just be up there being like, "Yo, uh your honor, political assassinations are fine. What is wrong with you? It's totally cool and acceptable. Everybody's doing it." Like, on its face, it's so stupid. But that's that's the reality that they think the public is stupid, right? Viva Frei echoes this. He sent a tweet. Obviously, I blocked him. He's just proven to be such a fraud. I can't even deal with it. And he's from Canada, so I'm just like I I I I have do not have to engage in this whatsoever. Um we also have our our resident Pentagon member consultant Graham Allen who tweeted, "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me? Tyler Robin's defense attorney attacked Charlie Kirk in court. This man is a lunatic." Quote, "Mr. Kirk spoke hatefully of certain groups of people." Then we have at the same time uh Blake Neff and Brandon Tatum sent out an identical tweet. I'm sorry, they're not at the same time, but it was an identical tweet. "Outrageous moment in court as defense attorney Richard Novac starts trashing Charlie declaring that it is true Charlie spoke hatefully about people who were not heterosexual or had sex outside of marriage. Okay, you get the point here. Everyone is I'm and I'm not going to read into the reasons. Obviously, I've been very clear the fact that I have a relationship with Brandon Tatum. I'm not going to say and try to argue that they're all doing this disingenuously. Like maybe they saw the clip and thought that that's what he was doing and so they shared it. I would argue that Matt Walsh did not think that when he sent it because I know him and I feel like the common sense would have come on board that someone's just not out here saying political assassinations are hip. And he he framed it that way uh exclusively. But uh what they're all referring to is this clip and I'm going to contextualize it for you because it's important for you to sort of brace yourself on what is coming up next as we get into this case. You're going to keep seeing this mandate go out where things are going to be taken out of context and it's supposed to outrage you. When in reality, it is not a reflection of what's truly going on. So, this is Tyler Robinson's lawyer Richard Novac. I'm going to going to let you listen to his words and then I'm going to go to properly contextualize them. true that Mr. Kirk spoke hatefully of certain groups of people. He spoke hatefully of people who don't have traditional norm-conforming gender identities. He spoke hatefully of people who are not strictly heterosexual. He spoke hatefully of people who have sexual relationships out of marriage. And yes, it is true that the evidence from Mr. Twiggs is that um he identified in a non-gender-conforming way to his friends, and that he was in a romantic relationship with Mr. Robinson. But that personal choices by Mr. Twiggs and by Mr. Robinson equate with the hate that at least Mr. Robinson says he had toward Mr. Kirk. So we don't know what that is. We don't know. There's a gap between what it is that Mr. uh Kirk said and stood for. The The phrase in the statute is political expression, and what it is that Mr. Robinson felt about him. And it's a significant gap because what it allows the state to do is to make it up. Oh, it must be about this relationship. It must be. It can't be about foreign policy. It can't be about immigration. It can't be about taxation or economics. It must be about this because look at these two young people and the way they live. And that's >> Okay. So, like I said, the majority of people don't understand what's happening in the courtroom because why should you understand it? You shouldn't be going through lawsuits, you shouldn't be going through murder cases every day of your life where some of this just becomes like par for the course as it has in my life because I just say the truth and say what I mean on my podcast and people come after me for it, okay? So, what he is doing here and what I've explained to you and you totally obviously are capable of understanding what's happening in the courtroom once someone does explain it to you is the job of the defense in this this phase, when you talk about a probable cause hearing, is not to make any arguments. They're not talking about their client's guilt or whether their client sent the text message. That is for the actual trial. They are engaging in the state's arguments cuz the state is saying, "Here is what we say is enough to move forward." and you are then going and saying, I know I'm going to sound I'm going to keep repeating this, you are then going as the defense and you are saying, "Hey state, we should not even have to waste our time uh having to respond to this filing because look at the law on the books. Just like I gave you that example of of charge six. Look at the law on the books. That's constitutional. Even if we accepted that all of this was true and he sent this text, we're not accepting it, but even if we engaged in your arguments and accepted that Tyler Robinson sent a message to his lover Lance and said, "Don't speak to anybody and lawyer up." that would be constitutional. So, just throw it out. We're not even going to tell you whether or not he sent the message. That's how this works, okay? So, the lawyer in this case case is doing just that and what annoys me about this is they've gone over this ad nauseam. So, you should hear his language and instantly know as I do what he's referring to. The lawyer is citing the state's arguments. What they are arguing is against the state's They are asking for sentencing enhancements so he they want Tyler Robinson's sentence to be enhanced. The state argued for that all throughout their filings because if the prosecution can demonstrate that Charlie was targeted for political or religious beliefs, they can seek longer sentences under the law. Sentence enhancements. So, what they are arguing is he was targeted for his political statements and his religious beliefs. And so, what the prosecutors did was they argued they argued that they could meet that standard on the basis of the text message, "Some hate just can't be negotiated." That was one of the alleged Tyler Robinson communications, right? And then they then extrapolated from that that he must have been referring to Charlie Kirk's statements. That Charlie Kirk, he assumed, had made hateful statements against the LGBTQ community. Um which Charlie made those statements because he's a Christian man. He is a hetero Christian man who believes that marriage is between a man and a woman. He's also a political leader, so that shows that he was targeted for his political beliefs against gay marriage. Uh the prosecution is the one that is arguing that Charlie's statements were perceived as hateful to Tyler Robinson, who they are arguing is a member of the LGBTQ community. Again, this These are the prosecution's arguments. So, Tyler's lawyer here is saying, "Even if we accepted your argument that Charlie did make hateful statements that were deemed hateful to the LGBTQ community, you have still failed to demonstrate that the message which you claim was sent by Tyler Robinson is in reference to those statements. In fact, you haven't even spelled out which statements from Charlie are even hateful. You didn't list any statements in your filings that Charlie said that we could then infer. This inference is out of control. You're inferring upon an inference, which is not acceptable by hearsay standards. You can't infer upon an inference. So, it's supposed to be reliable hearsay. He's saying this is not reliable hearsay. And you can read that if you want me to do your homework, Conservabros, in the filing that was dropped on August 11th. Among many other you could It was also stated in the in the preliminary hearing when they talked about Pastor Engelhardt's statement, which was written in order to get receive that enhancement on page 32. It You can literally copy my homework. I I just don't It's so frustrating that people don't do their research. We can pull this up on page 32. And this was pertaining to the filing on political motivation. If you look at that fourth paragraph down, it says, "Ironically, it is the state that argues that because Mr. Robinson and Mr. Twiggs are two men who love each other and or it speculates because Mr. Twiggs and not Mr. Robinson was at least intermittently identifying as a female to his close friends." Again, they're accepting their the state's arguments that Lance Twiggs is trans, that uh that they are in this loving relationship. So, they're saying, "Even if, okay, intermittently identifying as female to his close friends, it is Mr. Kirk's views on these topics which are the {quote} {unquote} hatred that Mr. Robinson was referring to." And then they go on to say, "These circumstances are not sufficient to establish, even by probable cause, which if any political expression of Mr. Kirk motivated Mr. Robinson to select Mr. Kirk for an act of violence. There's no evidence of specific political expressions of Mr. Kirk which, if any, Mr. Robinson may have been aware of or focused on." So, it's the exact opposite of what they are telling you. It's the state's arguments, not his arguments, and he's saying they fall flat of the probable cause Utah 1102 rule hearsay standard because they're inferring upon an inference upon an inference, which is not actually allowed. This, again, like I'm saying, the reason why I'm harping on this and I wanted to explain my frustration with this is because I deeply care about this case and I we've dedicated so many hours to reading the filings, rewatching the hearings, and so when people just come and they do the thing where well, I cover news topics every day and so I'm just an opinionator. I actually am not reading through any filings giving I'm broadly understanding what's going on and then I'm going to issue an opinion that the future is dark for America. Like don't even wake up because now we have lawyers that are just up there saying, "Yeah, uh political assassinations are cool." It's deeply offensive to me and it's frustrating for me because the majority of these people, like Matt Walsh, know Charlie, they were friendly with Charlie, Charlie liked them, and you can just stay silent. You can say I don't know enough about this. I don't have the time to read through the case. I want to focus on every big case that's going on at the same time. Everyone is begging me to get into Lindsay Clancy case. I won't because it would take my time away from the Charlie Kirk case. And there it require becomes a full-time job. And yet we have moved toward this ADHD culture where actually nobody wants to do anything focused. They want to wave something shiny and try to distract you and then issue these really strong statements and pretend to be horrified and outraged and you know, all of all of the the verbiage overwhelmed and then think that's enough. And that frustrates me. It's got to stop. It has to stop. The over emotional just trying to sell to people something that is on its face not true about something that deeply matters like the Charlie Kirk assassination. I open I I I by the way, I welcome the opportunity. I'm completely open to sitting down with somebody who meaningfully has studied this case. I was hoping to have an opportunity to do that with Andrew Wilson. Obviously, he just is another fed slapper, got a call from Turning Point USA, changed all of his opinions and didn't know what was going on in the case at all. But if someone meaningfully wanted to engage in a discussion, it doesn't even need to be a debate, and ask questions, and go through this, and say and admit, you know, ignorance when they have it, that would be good for the public to see. Okay, but we have to stop the conserver bro culture of pretending to be outraged and upset, and just citing out of context clips to make broad points about humanity. It's I'm annoyed with it. It needs to end. And if it doesn't want to end altogether, it at least needs to end regarding the Charlie Kirk case. Because I'm going to keep calling it out at least until I have this baby, and then maybe I'll be sweet, and I'll apologize for everything that I said. Anyway, we'll be right back after a break. That spanking that Pastor Hibbs definitely got from Frank Turek when those cameras went off. I know the look. I Look, my mom gave me the look. I know exactly Oof. Oof. Yikes. I made cake wrote Reverend Jack Hibbs, quote, "Mikey called me right away and said there's so much blood." How the heck would Mikey know how much blood there was? He turned in a split second and walked off. He saw nothing of the sort. You know, we actually went back because many people were commenting this, and we tried to see if that testimony came from Mikey. And Mikey did a lot of press thereafter. He never described seeing a lot of blood. So, that came from his father. That came from Jack Hibbs. That came from I think Frank Turek. It came from the pastor orbit. It never came from Mikey. Mikey never made that claim that he saw tons of blood. So, we kind of abstained from uh assuming that these people weren't making it up for him because you are correct when you say a split second, it is literally a split second that Mikey turns around. I think it's like 0.75 of a second. He just And he turns right around and that is something that alarmed people and yes, he stays ahead of Charlie so he could not have possibly have seen that the security detail had it covered. That which calls into question Blake's bizarre we were so scared we walked away from Charlie but 20 seconds later we just assumed someone had been detained. What? What? You 20 seconds? I don't know. I I I believe nothing that Blake Neff ever says because he lies so much about me. He lies so much about who Charlie was. Why would we accept anything Blake says when he is easily the most community noted employee of the Charlie Kirk Show. It's he's always being communicated like the Turning Point USA affiliates that whole orbit. Nobody has been clocked faster as a liar online than Blake Neff. >> [snorts] >> Nick writes quote, he's quoting Charlie Kirk here, "When I see a story and it doesn't click, our guts are usually right." Yes, that is the perspective that Charlie held that you should trust your gut. And he certainly would not be mocking people describing their intuition, how they feel about certain people especially when we've already proven so many times in the story that our intuition has been correct about various characters in the shady bunch. Comments from today's episode. Zammit writes, "No one for a moment should underestimate Candace Owens' resolve to return to the foxhole to protect her little brother's memory." Yeah. I would not underestimate it whatsoever. This like I said something woke up in me and I realized how deeply this matters and I do believe that Charlie's dream which they love mocking dreams but Charlie correctly predicted his death and that it would be associated with Turning Point USA. The moment he signed the dotted line he said he foresaw his death. That he would be young. I I 100% also believe in what he said that it would be tied to a wider awakening because we've already seen that. Seven sheets writes, "The liars' lies will expose them. I still grieve for Charlie. If they want to put a man to death, no questions asked. Yes, that is monstrous. Monstrous to be calling for someone to be put to death before there has even been a trial with non-hearsay evidence." All right, it's like it's so crazy to me. She continues, "Beware, that is not what a God-fearing Charlie would have wanted." You are correct. You fight so bravely in his honor, and that's why this isn't going away in faith and prayer. It's not going away. It's only getting bigger. Charlie's trending every single day, and it is not what they wanted. Very scary Mary writes, "You forgot to mention that along with fight or flight, there is also freeze or film." Sometimes the lizard brain just has to take over, and you need to get your iPhone. Well, the freeze and film that that will be taught to future generations. They're like, "It was fight and flight or film." Which is what some people do. And they for some reason all of them felt very safe and felt that the coast was clear to be able to do various things where I can't imagine that I would have stopped running if my choice was going to be flight. I certainly wouldn't have felt vibes or intuition that someone was detained 20 seconds later. I just that's very odd to me. To make that assumption. Brooke writes, "I still can't believe that you saw your cousin at the airport, huh? The universe works in strange ways. I love this for you though. It made me happy. Keep your truth or don't stop and never stop for Charlie. Sending all of my love and everyone else's from Houston. Christ is king." Indeed. And like I said, it did feel like um just God sending a sign to keep going, and it's been a tough year, but it is I like I said, we are all in a different circumstance now than we were 1 year ago coming up on this anniversary, and I was reminded that sometimes when you are at your lowest, people show up for you, and when you don't even know people are at their lowest, you show up for them. But all of us just have to be committed to the truth, and it doesn't actually matter whether you you were on the left or the right. There are obviously higher evils that need to be fought because evil is not left or right. As we are learning, um it seems that they it's very shared at the top. Patio writes, "New shirt idea. We don't know how they know, but they knew." Regarding our statements yesterday or Pastor Hibbs' statements yesterday regarding Israel. I don't know how they knew, but they knew. Oh, what luck. There's so much luck in this story. It just just so much coincidence happening where the people that Charlie is arguing with the day before and the cause that he is leaving also happen to be the first people that knew that he was dead. Hm. I don't give a damn writes, "A girl after my own heart. I always start my show with, 'If I'm not late, did I really even show up?' A queen is never late, so everyone else is simply early." Was I late today? I feel like I was on time. I don't know. Rosario writes, "I hate believing this, but I don't think we'll ever get legal justice for Charlie, but I will stick with you until the end because you are exposing every single one of the people involved. The series on each of them can go on for years. Expose them. Go Max. We love you. Christ is king." There is so much more that I know, so much more that is coming, and uh the the bigger thing is, like I said, if this is going to be a case where they're going to just put somebody to death, and we all know that that person is not involved or at least is not the individual who murdered Charlie, then it is going to cause an awakening that they're not willing to handle. They're not prepared to handle. That's my belief. They will be making a mistake with that. Uh Rosario writes, uh oh, sorry. I just read that. Kelly Martini writes, "Truth will always prevail. Stand us. Love you. See it." Love you, too, Kelly Martini. Lola Wildy writes, "God bless you and Charlie Kirk. Can you please dive into the Lindsay Clancy case? I cannot. the media's portrayal of overwhelming evidence which only points to him and the weird politicization of it is insane. Spencer Pratt lost it with his commentary crisis king. I just can't split my time. This case takes so much energy. My assumption is that there obviously is an extreme side of people who they are readily posting to make people think that everyone is insane. Like I said earlier in this episode and that there obviously has to be some nuance here because there are people that I follow who are not saying like let's bring our kids to court. I mean, I told you very early on I had issued my verdict before this ever went to trial. Um and I looked at this the prescription she was on and I think a lot of people are talking about those prescriptions. I'm just ignorant on it and so I have stayed out of it and I do want to keep my focus on this case because I don't do things halfway. Like it was with the Blake and Justin Baldoni case, as it it was with the Kamala Chronicles, and as it is now with the Charlie Kirk case. I think it it's more important for me to spend my time here because there's no way I'd be able to read all those filings. But um I do know that there is this weird push and also can I just cite the irony? The reason why so many conserve-a-bros love it is because they're basically trying to draw this line between people that think Erica Kirk is suspicious to people that want Lindsay Clancy freed or something, some disingenuous line that they're trying to draw which is completely crazy because they were the ones that were going on vibes of Erica and just saying that we should all ignore the lies that she's told us, ignore the inconsistencies, ignore uh the fact that she hasn't even come and acknowledge the lies that she told us if if she meaningfully misunderstood or didn't know, why wouldn't you come out and and correct them? Ignore the fact that she's doing the opposite of In that scenario, you're the wacky people that are throwing toy dolls at the wall and being emotional and not rational. So, I fully reject these comparisons and it's very transparent as to why they are trying to make them. Anyway, you guys, um I do want to remind you that we do have book club on Friday. He was like, "No, nothing so there just seems to be this constant conflict between what various people on the security team and at Turning Point USA recall. Anyway, we will leave it at that.
