No, I was on mute. I'm shookth. Oh my gosh, I'm shookth. Uh you guys are going to have to come in. Today's going to be absolutely bonkers. I cannot describe what we're about to go through today. Uh this is one of the rare days where I was preparing up until literally I hit the 60-second countdown button. Um I had a big show lined up already uh with Blake Bednars. Uh it was going to be massive. It is going to be massive. I'm going to bring Blake Blake in in just a little bit. I've got some stuff I have to get through though in light of breaking news. Um, breaking news from Candace's show earlier today, and I wasn't I don't like to do instant reacts like an hour or two after, but I have to guys. I I cannot stress how important what I'm about to say is. I need you guys all right here with me. In my opinion, the single most important fact in this case was revealed today. And it is not the fact that Erica Kirk and Brian Harpole were at Fort Wuka. That is not the most important fact that has been revealed in this case today. That was big. That that had me shookth. That had me absolutely bonkers. Don't get me wrong, but that was not the biggest jaw-dropper. Do you remember the picture? I'm gonna have to pull this up. Like I am in the process of preparing for this show still in light of everything she covered. Do you remember when she pulled this picture up and no one really knew what to I don't even think she knew what to make of it. I knew immediately what it was. Do you remember when she pulled this picture up because she said somebody emailed her and said, "Is there any kind of black rubbery fragmentation in the backseat of the car?" Do you remember that? And then she rolled forward just a little bit and she showed us a closeup of it. And my friends, boys and girls, I know what that is. She suggested, "Maybe it's hard candy." It is not hard candy. Perhaps someone's cell phone broke. No, that's not what that means. I'm going to give you guys a physics lesson today and a lesson in consumer products. There's something called ABS plastic. ABS plastic is a How do I stop sharing the piano? Let me get get you. I need you here. There's something called ABS plastic. ABS plastic is a consumer product and that ABS plastic is used in One of the things ABS plastic is used in is Road microphones. Road wireless microphones. in their microphones and it is common for third party accessories and even road's own lightweight wireless gear to use ABS plastic. ABS plastic is I'll show you a picture of it. Let me pull up a picture of ABS plastic. It's it's just like sheet plastic. Let me show you here. I'll find a picture of ABS Plastic and then I'll show you something that'll blow your mind. This was not how I intended to open the show. I have an opening statement and all that other kind of stuff. So, this is a good image here of what ABS plastic is. That's what's in the backseat of that car. You will never convince me otherwise. That's ABS plastic. It comes in different sheets. It comes in different colors. But when it reaches certain temperatures, ABS plastic turns into a glass-like I've seen it. I've seen it with my own I didn't catch that when she showed the picture the other day. I now have here an image of what is the melting range of ABS plastic. Check this out. Once you get this is your service temperature here. This is like your ambient room temperature. And then you can heat it up a little bit and it'll flow. It becomes rubbery.But there's a glass transition phase. When you get into that glass transition phase, it becomes rubbery. The stiffness decreases. And when you get it into really high I don't know. what took place under Charlie Kirk's shirt. But I do know this, there was a lot of black ABS fragmentation in the backseat of that car. It's what it looked like to me. I now I don't know what else the military has, what DARPA programs they have, what uh I have no idea what else exists out there, but I know this. That's fragmented plastic. That is high And it reminds me, so I had to pull this up. Steven Gardner at one time was on the right track and then he then he went weird. And you'll notice there's not a lot of of um man, the thunderstorm is loud. I don't know if you guys can hear it. I can hear it through the microphone in my ears. You'll notice the microphone is up here above this red circle.Again, this is not how I intended to open the program, but in light of the black plastic fragmentation, I have been losing my mind since about 4:15 today when I f first saw uh Candace talk about it. But but but what these colors mean is the the darker the color, the reds, the yellows, that is energy moving the shirt up. That's energy moving the shirt up. That energy is emanating from over here, just below his right nipple. His nipple is right here. There's a tremendous amount of energy just below his right nipple, almost to his right rib. And then there's energy up here where his neck would be. I don't know if you guys can hear that. It is wild. Uh there's energy over here where his neck would be. But this energy right here cannot be ignored. Something ignited that something got that going. Now, if you guys want me to let you in on a little secret, the picture I have, no one else This is where the burn is on his body. Right below his right nipple, on his right ribs, there's a burn. I got decks of cards right over here. And I'm telling you, it's right where And then I find out today on Candace's show there is black plastic fragmentation in the backseat of the car. And I see tremendous energy right here. And I see tremendous energy up here. And if you let this roll just a second. >> Boom. >> You see that? >> You can see it again. >> Energy. >> Boom. My friends, I am not ruling out that a bullet entered his neck. I have not ever ruled that out. I am not committed to the fact that he was electrocuted or that something exploded on him. I because I I've been I almost I almost opened the show an hour early just to This whole case has been blown open on that one photo alone. Notice what they did with the van. I thought at first, well, maybe you don't want to put a bloody van or a bloody SUV back into your fleet service if you're a rental vehicle. Yeah, THAT'S EVEN MORE LIKELY NOW that there's black plastic fragmentation all over the back seat where he was. And I'm telling YOU RIGHT NOW, EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THAT VAN, every person in that SUV knew about it. That's brick Turk. That's Rick Cutler. That's Dan Flood. Brian Harpole. Every single one of them knew that that was not a 306 round to the neck. Every single one of them knew THERE WAS SOME KIND OF BLACK PLASTIC fragmentation coming out of his shirt. They saw the burns. Every one of them. I'm sick and tired of these people gaslighting us. I don't know if Candace asked Erica, "Hey, where were you sat Saturday or uh September 8th?" I don't But I hope it was not Erica that she was relying on about the hands being burned We got a lot to get through tonight. a whole lot to get through tonight. I want to do my normal open. I I almost trashed the whole opening statement. Actually though, it's really really kind of right in line with it. I had this written because I knew I was going to have Blake Bednars on, so I wrote this open because we're going to talk about, frankly, a scenario that absolutely could result in black plastic ABS fragmentation in the backseat of the car. I, you know, I was kind of torn on it before I watched his show and then I thought, wait a minute. Yeah. Why did they let him live for 3 months and now they're coming out with it and it just happens to conveniently explain. I'm gonna get to all of it. Oh, I'm gonna I'm gonna freak out tonight. Sorry, guys. I should have had the bad cop hat on. All right, opening statement. Here we go. This has everything to do with bringing Blake in in a little bit. He'll be here in just a little bit. This has everything to do with the black plastic fragmentation in the back seat, ladies and gentlemen. You know, everybody's One more thing before I get to the opening statement. I I I don't know how I'm going to get through tonight. This is going to be a nonlinear night, guys. I'm sorry. You know how everybody's going out there and um and shooting dummies and shooting uh uh pork loins and shooting um you know backstraps trying to mimic a neck with a 3006. You know what they need to shoot? You know what they need? They need to blow up black ABS plastic and watch it fragment and then go back and compare it to Candace's uh image. That's what they need to do. That's what they need to do. All right, here we go. I'd like to talk to you tonight about magic. Real magic. Not the kind with dragons or wands or sparkling portals to other worlds. I mean, the magic that happens right under your nose in broad daylight while you're staring right at it. The magic of the human mind, the slight of the hand. The art of the impossible made possible because you, the audience, are so very willing to be fooled. Magicians are not sorcerers. They are liars. Beautiful, meticulous, but rehearsed liars. They tell you a story with their words, with their gestures, their smiles. And you believe it because you want to believe it. You want to be astonished. You want the world to contain a little wonder, even if it's manufactured. And that desire, that hunger, it's the greatest assistant a magician could ever ask for. Take misdirection. Misdirection is the heartbeat of every illusion. It's not about hiding something in the dark. It's about shining a blinding light on everything else. A magician can make an elephant vanish from the stage. Not by cloaking it, but by making you fall in love with a dancer, twirling spotlight 30 ft away. Your eyes follow her lips, her smile, the flash of her sequins. You applaud her grace, and when the curtain drops, the elephant's gone. You gasp, not because the elephant disappeared, but because you finally noticed it was missing. You were looking exactly where the magician wanted you to look. And still you saw nothing. That, my friends, is magic.Now imagine taking that same principle off stage. Imagine applying it not to cards or coins or vanishing cabinets, but to something far more permanent. Imagine a murder committed in full view of hundreds of witnesses and not one of them sees it happen. It's not as difficult as you might think. At the risk of being too on the nose with Charlie Kirk, I'm going to back it out to another example. Picture yourself on a bustling city square on a sum summer summer afternoon. The sun is high. The crowds are thick. A street musician sets up on a busy corner. He's he's he's got the magician suit like the top hat, the tails. He's doing close-up work. He's got cards. He's got cups and balls, maybe a little bit of firework, and people are gathered around. They always gather around a magician. There's something irresistible about a man who promises to break the rules of reality for free. In the front row, there's going to be a guy there. We're going to call him Chuck. Chuck has come to watch. He's amused. He's skeptical. But he's a little smug. He thinks he knows how all the tricks are done. He's read the books. He's watched the exposees. And he believes he's immune to deception. Poor Chuck. So, the magician begins with something simple. He borrows a coin from a young woman. He marks it with a pen. He makes it vanish. And he produces it from behind a child's ear. The crowd goes crazy. They love it. They They gather a little tighter. People lean in. and the phones come out. Everybody wants to catch the moment. They want to prove that they saw the secret. And that's the first layer of misdirection. It's the performance itself. Their attention is pinned to the magician's hands, to the coin, to the to the child's delighted shriek. The crowd is invested. They're now participants. And while you're watching the coin reappear, the magician is watching Chuck. The magician smiles at Chuck. He calls him forward. You know, it's it's flattery. It's a challenge. It's a potent mix. Chuck steps up, puffs up his chest. He's ready to expose the magician. The crowd loves it. They love this sense of a duel. The magician hands him a deck of cards, ask him to shuffle. While while Chuck shuffles the cards, the magician's just talking. He's just constantly talking. It's a stream of patter. It's about honesty. It's about fairness, about how this trick has never failed. The magician's voice at this moment is the spotlight. Every word is pulling the crowd's eyes and ears towards a story he's telling. And so Chuck shuffles and while he's shuffling, the crowd watches his hands. They're watching intently. Meanwhile, the magician's own right hand is just resting casually on the edge of the table and it slides a small ceramic blade from a hidden sheath sewn into a velvet drape over the table. The blade is no longer than a finger, thin as a credit card. It's coated in a clear resin that carries a poisonous derivative. It's fast acting. It's odorless. And it's undetectable in an autopsy, even if you knew where to look. The magician takes the cards back from Chuck with his left hand. Everybody watches the left hand, but with his right hand, he's holding the blade between two fingers like a palmed coin. And he reaches out to adjust Chuck's tie. It's a friendly gesture. The crowd laughs. Chuck smiles. And the blade just barely kisses the side of his neck. just below the jawline and that little soft hollow down here where the corateed artery pulses.It's the it's a touch as light as a lover's touch and the ceramic ceramic edge is sharp, very sharp and the wound is just a whisper. The toxin is already racing towards his heart. Chuck laughs. He he kind of touches his neck thinking perhaps a stray hair tickled him. And the magician then moves into the next fa phase of the trick. He has to force a card to the top of the deck. The crowd is riveted and Chuck is standing there. He's still smiling cuz the toxin, you see, takes about 45 seconds to reach the lethal concentration in the brain stem. It's plenty of time. So, the magician asked Chuck to choose a card. He shuffles the deck. He He does the magician control of the card to the top. He makes it vanish from the deck and he makes it appear inside Chuck's own jacket pocket. The crowd is on the edge of their seat. Chuck reaches in. He pulls out the card. He holds it up. He's now part of the magic. The whole crowd is glowing. And then his knees buckle. And at first the crowd thinks it's part of the act. It's a dramatic faint. The magician catches him, lowers him to the ground. The crowd erupts into laughter. And then the magician steps forward to check his pulse. And then with exaggerated concern, he starts shouting loudly that that he's out cold and someone needs to call an ambulance. By this time, the blade is back in the sheath. The tiny puncture is hidden beneath Chuck's collar. No one will find it. By the time the paramedics arrive, Chuck will be pronounced dead of a sudden sudden cardiac event, a tragic medical anomaly. The crowd will disperse and they'll be buzzing about the amazing card trick they witnessed right before that man had a heart attack. None of them will remember the moment the magician adjusted Chuck's tie. None of them will think to mention it to the police because they were watching the cards. They were watching Chuck's hands. They were watching the Queen of Hearts appear in Chuck's pocket. They were inside the story the magician told them. And the real trick, the one that mattered, happened in the space between the heartbeats in a flicker of attention the magic the magician stole from them. This is the true magic. Not making something disappear, but making everyone forget it was ever there in the first place. Magicians practice for years. They practice controlling attention, controlling and orchestrating sightelines. They t they time every gesture down to the millisecond. They learn to read faces. They learn to sense when suspicion flickers. They drown it out with laughter or wonder before it can really take root. And when those skills are turned to darker purposes, the stage becomes the world. The audience becomes the witnesses. And the final reveal is a collapsing corpse. So the next time you watch a magician, any magician, ask yourself, what are they making you look at? And what might be happening just outside the little circle of light? Because the hand is never quicker than the eye. The eye simply is looking in the wrong place. And sometimes looking in the wrong place is all it takes to get away with murder. I want to ask if we've been looking in the wrong place. I want to ask if we have been looking in the wrong place. Oh my gosh, man. My adrenaline is finally coming down from that flourish of an opening. I'm finally getting the adrenaline dump after going through the uh the opening here. I want to bring to the uh to the stage Blake Bednars. Blake has done Yman's work.Yman's work on the um on the Charlie Kirk thing. I'll leave it to him to decide whether he wants to say where the footage came from or not. Um I will go through some of this footage tonight. I think it probably would be easy if I pulled it up. Um but if if me pulling it up is is not good enough and and you would rather do it your way, just let me know. I I'm really not married to one way or the other. And um the where I am right now is there are a lot of things taking place around the stage. We've got some of the things we talked about on this program. We'll talk about a new one tonight, but everyone knows Dan Flood. Dan Flood's over here on the the to Charlie's right to our left of Charlie. He's the one that steps forward and gives the the steel sign. Uh we've talked about Terrell Farnsworth and and 1776 Hatman, the signs they were doing. Uh we did talk briefly about uh Hunter Kak looking to the left. You pointed that out, pulling down on his glasses. We'll talk about that again tonight. Uh so there's a lot of there's a lot of signaling going on around Frank Turk, frankly. uh uh grabs his hat and and does the old tug on the hat and and that's part of it. So, we've talked about all this, but you're going to identify even more stuff that's taking place on the stage. So, I will roll through this. I'm going to start with uh time stamp 512. Brian Harpole was the one that um Candace's guest tonight alleged was at the secret meeting at Fort Wuka. That's Brian Harpole.He's in the kind of three quarterlength uh uh blue button-down shirt right here on the left hand side of the screen in front of Frank Turk who's here on white on white above him and right behind the speaker. So, go ahead. >> Yeah. So, we're going to pay attention closely to his front right pants pocket. Okay. Um because there's something there. uh he is going to touch, go into that pocket, adjust things or something, an item inside that pocket and you have to be really really watching for it. Um because not going to miss out on any audio yet. I'll tell you, Baron, if you want to just kind of dial down the audio on the video. Um, and then on your settings, are we in 1080p, the highest frame rate? >> We are. Um, >> what what you're seeing is it, so it takes 1080p coming out of my machine. It looks great on my machine. It runs it through StreamYard compression. It runs it through YouTube compression. Um, and so it's not going to You've already uploaded it to YouTube once compression. So, this is actually you're going to see it third or fourth hand here. Um, it does clear up in just a minute. Uh, you'll see it get a little clearer, but I want to go back through this volume off now. >> Um, this is in 25% speed. We're looking at Brian Harpole's right pocket. He is pulling down on his shirt because in my opinion, he does not want any sort of underneath things showing. He's pulling down on it so that there's nothing. You can't see a cord running through. It's just it's it's nice, right? Nothing hanging. There's no there there's nothing there. You're going to see this move often. Okay. And it'll all make sense when we get to the >> to the 10 minute 15 second mark. >> All right. So, here we go. We're at 651. So, I'm a couple seconds ahead of that. So, we're rolling at again 25% speed. Talk me through what we're seeing here. >> Okay. So, what I believe has happened is when the camera cut right over to the the the frame allowed Brian to get into frame. I believe he is arming something at this moment right here. Uh, hang on. Hang on. Right there. Stop. Pause. Okay. Brian just before armed something. He he he triggered something in his pocket and it created a problem with the AV crew. You're now seeing the AV crew look over in a very discreet manner to Dan Flood and he's saying, "Dan, we got a problem. Okay. So, yeah. So, um just to catch everyone up, Brian Harpole goes into his pocket. He twists something. It it pans over to the AV crew. That's that's Terrell Farnsworth here in the gray shirt on the left that my green mouse is over. And on the right, this is a guy named Philip. I don't want to say his whole name yet. Uh his name's out there, but this is Philip here. He's the 1776 hat guy. This is your audio crew, the two of them. Philip is the one that has his hands on the buttons most of the time. Uh, but Terl is the guy who leads that crew. He's looking uh Philip is looking over at Dan Flood and pointing >> Is that rhetorical or is that actual >> Yeah. No, you tell me why. Why? I'm trying to just >> I think it's because uh Philip is seeing something on that screen he's looking at.Uh Philip has a control screen there. He's got both camera feeds and some other things um on that little dashboard. And they are seeing a problem immediately. There there is a problem >> that that Brian Harpole just created because Brian Harpole just just uh armed something. >> Okay. So Brian Har So the allegation here is the suspicion the opinion uh all of this is just opinion. All this is just allegation. The the the suspicion is Brian Harpole is doing something in his pants that's messing with the audio. Uh and they're they're reacting to it. So, we're going to roll forward. Uh, we've got 5 seconds to the next uh mark here. So, we're just going to watch them. They're playing around with it. Charlie's talking to the crowd. He's not That's not a sign of distress. Now, here is Brian Harpole back in the frame, but also look also at Dan Flood as well. So, Dan got word on the earpiece and Dan, they have the their micro or their walkie-talkies are right here in their chest. So Dan is gonna go turn on the mic and he is going to tell Brian, I need you to come here. >> Okay. So, um it it would be as if my earpiece here is actually the mic and he leans down and says, I need you. He's talking to him right now. He's looking at the same time. >> He's So this is uh uh Dan Flood up here talking into a microphone. He said something. He was looking at Brian. He said something and Brian reacts accordingly and turns around. >> What was that? >> He's saying that the audio the AV guys have a problem. >> Oh, he's pointing over the AV people. >> Okay. So, so to again put it all back together, Brian twists something in his pocket. The AV people go, "What is going on?" They look at Dan and say, "Hey, we've got a problem with the sound." Dan leans down, talks into his shirt while he's looking at Brian. Brian turns around because he heard him. And and then Dan goes, "Hey, the AV people." And that's where we are right now. Um, so >> This is all set up, guys. This all matters. >> Oh, yeah. >> Again, think of the magician. Think of So now Brian Harpole, who was at Fort Wuka allegedly the day before this event, is walking over and talking to Dan Flood. What are we looking at here? >> So is he grabbing his butt? What is going on here? Is it endemic at TPS? Oh, I'm What are we looking at? I'm sorry. I can't help myself sometime. >> I mean, it it it is uh so he leans in and and you have to you have to kind of put yourself in their in their position, Baron. They are This is a nervous, nerve-wracking, stress off the charts thing that they're doing right now, right? I bet there is enough tension between all of them to absolutely laser cut something. I mean, it's just it's probably palpable. And Dan, the last or Brian, the last thing he wants to hear from Dan is, "Hey, we've got a problem with the audio." The the audio guys are saying, "We've got a big problem." Right? It was big enough that Dan called Brian over to it. And then so Dan just explained to him that we've got some really bad feedback. The audio is totally off. You're going to have to kill whatever you did. So Brian very discreetly goes into his pocket and he is going to twist something whatever that is in there to dial down all of the craziness that's going on with the audio. This is all during Henry Dell. Henry Dell is the first speaker. So this is all happening with Henry Dell as the speaker.And it it's it's it's interesting because um we noticed a few episodes ago on this program there was a lot of audio problem, a lot of feedback, a lot of cutting in and out, a lot of popping glitching. Um and we kind of attributed it to well, we don't know what's going on. You're suggesting that the the glitches are following Brian Harpole's reaching into his pocket and twisting something and then they're corrected when he goes back into his pocket and twist something back. >> Correct. >> That's the allegation here. And again, for those that don't understand why we are looking at this so intently, >> we learned today on Candace Owen's show, she had a witness who places Brian Harpole at Fort Wuka the day before this incident at Utah Valley University. Now, is it possible that's not true? The guy's BSing her. He's lying to her. He's a bad witness. He doesn't know Brian Harpole from his hole in the ground. Uh, yeah, of course. But the problem is she said that a week or so ago and and to my knowledge, Brian Harpole has not said, "No, here's where I was. I was absolutely not at Fort Wuka. I was at home with my dog. I was over in Texas visiting my wife. I was in uh, you know, in Maui, you know, taking in some rays." Nobody. He's given no explanation for where he was. >> All right. So, he's now reaching back into his pocket here in response to this conversation. I'm going to get even tighter on the frame right here as he is about facing to walk back to his position and um and and it corre it corrects. So I wanted to uh you know just how you would do Baron if you're trying to think about how you're going to litigate a case or lay out an argument you want to be able to have something to compare. It's a legit footage. It's straight out of their Sony camcorder. And um there are still some I want your audience to know that there there is still some students majoring in journalism that still want to do journalism. Isn't that shocking? And they care about getting the truth out. Um and and so that's where this footage comes from. And then there's just blind luck. people that were recording in the audience and didn't uh and actually came forward with their footage, right? Um >> yeah. Before we roll forward, when you look at Brian Harpole's shirt, what I mean, this is obviously just opinion, obviously speculation. What do you think is that bulge on right next to his right wrist and forearm? What is that? It is either a sidearm or he's got some some things going on underneath there. There are there's a lot of things concealed on his person under his shirt. And Baron, I've gone back through all the past uh tour stops and he this is the this is the only time that you see anything like this with with him. He carries his satchel, but I mean, I don't know what else he would be having on his person that, you know, like that wouldn't go in the satchel. I mean, I don't know. It It's It's very bizarre. And no one has talked about all the things he has going on under his shirt. And you can see it in many different frames on this video, especially where there's outlines of stuff. So, I I don't know if Shawn Ryan, when Shawn Ryan interviewed him, asked if he was carrying the sidearm. Um, I do know on his uh on his other side, he has a walkie-talkie. Um, they all do right there clipped in, but there's way more than just a walkie-talkie. So, I talked to a friend of mine after you showed me this video. Um, and and I said, "Hey, watch this in the context of Terrell Farnsworth telling Candace Owens she had they that Terrell Farnsworth had to be there because they were doing something new relative to live streaming outside as opposed to inside." And his answer was, "Yeah, that makes sense because indoors you would have access to the university's Wi-Fi and outdoors you wouldn't. And if you don't have access to the university's Wi-Fi, you won't have a reliable signal to pull off any kind of coordinated um I don't want to I I'm I'm very cautious how I say this. Some sort of coordinated timed delivery device. You would need a very reliable network service for that. And you and >> so anyway, I just thought I'd mention that. So let me let me roll forward. That's the sequence we just watched. >> Now, you know, you can say, uh, maybe he, you know, was just adjusting his mic volume. Maybe he, you know, his earpiece was too loud or whatever, but again, in the context of this, it looks awfully suspicious. It's something that I think should probably be looked into. He at least needs to be asked, "What was in your pocket? What is this something you always carry? What is it? Produce it. Let me look at it. And and and is that how you adjust it? Show me show me how it adjusts. Is it a rolling knob? Because that's what it looked like you did. All right. So, and I would just push back that there's absolutely no possibility that he's adjusting the thing the microphone on his walkie-talkie because the he actually does that. We just cruised over it. Um, when you first started the the video here, he adjusts the volume when he lifts up that that left side. He adjusts the volume there, right? So, this is all happening on his right side. He adjusted the volume of his walkie-talkie over on his left. Okay. So, I mean, I'm just just pointing that observation out. You have to have one of the arms out to kind of catch it. But here, he's got both hands under both arms. It's a very unusual way to stand. I when I watched this after you and I talked and I was in the truck, I got I didn't do it while I was driving. I got home and I tried to walk in my house this way and I thought, man, it just feels like my hands are gonna fall off my body. You know, nobody stands that way. >> Nobody stands that way. And and and you know, Frank Turk, his original defense, one of the reasons I like this sequence that the way you've put it together here, Frank Turk's defense is like, you needed me to tell you that Charlie Kirk was there. Charlie Kirk is so famous. You didn't need me to tell you Charlie Kirk was there. Well, no. No one needed you to tell them Charlie Kirk was there. What we needed you to do was provide a timing device when everything was ready to go. when the final question was coming up, when the bang would be able to go off, when we would squeeze the button, when all the decoys would all do their stuff, Rick Cutler would do his thing and and distract two. Look at him. I mean, well, you can't see him. He's on my screen. But Rick Cutler's doing his thing, and everyone's like, "He's pulling the device. He's doing this. He's doing that." Yeah, maybe. But but I've got a guy here with his thumb on top of something under his uh under his armpit and he was in there fiddling around twisting something and whenever he did it it changed the audio. So you have this um you know this this theatrical production, this magician's um presentation going on all around the main character Charlie the Mark Chuck in the one uh I talked about before. >> Yep.And then you and then you have Brian Harpole who may or may not have been at Fort Wuka the day before all of a sudden goes to crossarmed fist underneath one of his arms. The other side is baldled up like a fist with his thumb on top of it. That's a weird posture. I'm sorry. You know, now so what happens is anyone who thinks we're on to something. Now you remember for 90s something days they let us investigate. They let us look at shooting angles. They let us fire rifle rounds from all different angles above, below, sideways, back, up, top, whatever. They let us do all of these things. They let us Was it the Sorenson Center? Nobody said stop. Was it from the Losi center? Was it a different round? Was it that nobody said stop? But as soon as the Fort Wuka meeting comes out, as soon as people start saying, "Wait a minute. Was he electrocuted? Wait a minute. What was it? Something? Was it not a gunshot at all?" As soon as that started happening, Erica Kirk is on a plane to Nashville, Tennessee to sit in with Candace. All of a sudden, there's a nationwide tour saying, "You guys have to stop. You're going to cost us the midterms. you're hey if this is what the if this is what the current crop gets us then I I'm not so sure I'm worried about him you know that that that becomes a lessened thing that worries me at this point um >> right >> but yeah as soon as soon as we started zeroing in and saying hey wait a minute maybe it wasn't a gunshot at all or maybe the gunshot was incidental maybe the gunshot was backup if there was a gunshot at all and I'm not confident there was I don't believe the frangible round theory I don't believe it because I don't believe they would have let uh Andrew uh Kovette go out with the Superman bone theory. >> It wasn't. I I Blake, let me tell you how I think this happened. I think they thought this would be news for about two or three days. I do not think they thought Blake and Baron, two people no one had heard of 90 days ago, would be sitting around 98 days, 99 days after this murder on a YouTube channel going frame by frame in HD looking at every security person's hand movements and the coordination. I don't think they anticipated that. >> They It was the last thing on their mind. >> Give them a second. >> Go ahead. No, they had absolutely it was not written in. It was not a part of their calculus at all at at all. And you know what? Guess what? Here we are, you and me. And we're the first people to be talking about this. Your audience, y'all are the first people to hear this. I put it out on my ex page earlier, but um these are some very serious questions. That's why I tagged um Cash Patel, Dan Bonino. I know he's on his way out the door. Tagged the Utah County u prosecutor's office. If they see it, I tag every single person that I know that would have any sort of legal clout in this situation to look at this. Well, and here's here's here's how I look at it, and this is how my channel has to look at it. I raise issues that can be investigated. I've raised the possibility that his hands were burned up. If people disagree, that's fine. You come with better evidence, I'll change my mind.I'm raising the possibility here because you drew my attention to it that Brian Harpole may have adjusted something in his pocket and squeezed something under his arm because he was acting exactly like somebody who was doing exactly that up until the moment of the bang. >> Let me ask you something. >> You you've practiced criminal defense law, right? I mean, have you ever >> have you ever heard of basically someone basically kind of taunting you to prove it? To to come with evidence and to prove it? Like basically, you need to shut up unless you can prove it. And that is what we've been told by Frank, by Brian. Literally, they're sitting there telling us to prove it. Come with evidence. Come with facts. and prove it. Don't just say baseless accusations. So, this is it. I mean, when are we going to get at least a response from this? Like, where someone actually answers some tough questions? Because this is the furthest thing. This falls under no gag order or anything. I mean, this is literally us just questioning two dudes that were there that were there in in some sort of official capacity with Charlie, right? >> Um, so why are we not getting any answers? >> Well, and and again, here's where I take it. You don't like the electrocution theory? Fine. You don't have to subscribe to it. I've put it out there now. Thousands, hundreds of thousands of people have seen it. They've been exposed to it. Andrew Kovvet has mentioned he's seen it. He's now been exposed to it. Blake Nef, uh, Viva Fry Fry, they were all there when he said it, so they've all seen it. Their whole audience has seen it. Okay. I So, I put it out there. I still think there's a lot of merit to it, but in my opinion, is that 100% the cause of death? No, I can't say it's 100% the cause of death. I can't I absolutely can't say that. Um, what about this? Is is this absolutely some kind of detonator or some kind of something that triggered a bullet to to invade Charlie Kirk's neck? I can't say that, but I can say it sure looks like he's doing something in his pocket and it needs to be looked at. And that's what this is about because literally this is still one of the most trending topics on X. Charlie Kirk to my on at least my screen and maybe the algorithm knows that, you know, I am all over this. So, it's going to tell me what I want to see, but I'm pretty sure that it's pretty much across the the sitewide on what's trending. Charlie Kirk has always been there. Uh, I want to go over a couple of more quick stories real quick. Um, the Brian Harpole piece. Um, and the Erica Kirk piece. You guys saw that on on Candace today in all likelihood. If not, I'll summarize it. I don't want to waste your time going back over it on uh on video, but um Candace's guest today who at least was in probably was in the vicinity says that Brian Harpole and and um and Erica Kirk were at Fort Wuka. Erica the night of September 8th, two nights before, two days, excuse me, before Charlie Kirk was neutralized. Ryan Harple the day before. Whether he was right, I don't know. Um, but I want to I want to go and play one clip of something that why this Brian Harpole thing bothers me so much and why I put so much stock into what Blake Bednars just covered. If you remember, this is from a few episodes ago, but I want to reshare it because I don't want to just recap it. I think I said it pretty well this time. Um, this is me explaining why the 24th and 25th meeting in Colorado was important. So, give me just a minute or two uh to work through this and um and then I'll I'll come back and we'll we'll go through some of your messages. Someone incredibly important was in Colorado Springs that day, August 25th. At this point, I want to flash back to the Shawn Ryan show where he interviewed Charlie Kirk's chief of st uh chief security contractor, Brian Harpole. Shawn Ryan asks Brian Harpole how many days before the September 10th event in ORM, Utah was his team on the ground to prepare. Brian Harpole tosses a little world word salad and ultimately comes up with a date of when the intense preparation began for the September 10th date in Oram, Utah. I'll play it and you can listen to it. The date may sound familiar. So, this is from December 4th or something. This is a couple of weeks ago, but bear with me. This is important now. Uh, where are we here? Now you get to see amateur hour as I try to get stuff moved over. Why is it not coming up? I'll jump ahead. How about that? >> Uh, the permitting process and all that goes on behind the scenes. Uh, and then there's a questionnaires that are filled out that we used to.there was a lot of busy work and then so you know kind of like in the military what you did we create forms that hey let's get this information upfront >> and so that we uh have a duplication process so that we can confirm it and so we started our first uh before that one um the 24th of the month prior >> they started their preparation the 24th the date. August 25th was the date we were looking at. The planning, he says, started on August 24th, the day before the SAM triple0ero flight arrives in Colorado Springs. I'll explain to you in a moment why Colorado Springs is relevant. And I'll go ahead and do that now. I can do it quicker than I did it that day. um the Colorado Springs flight. If this Mitch Candace's witness is credible, if he's credible, and it's a big if, I'm just accepting the fact that he was there for right now for the purposes of this analysis. If it turns out he's full of crap and Brian Harpole wasn't there and Erica wasn't there and they can prove it, then that's going to it's that's going to be pretty embarrassing, frankly, uh to Mitch's story. Um, but if he was there and if he saw that airplane on the ground that day, the reason Colorado Springs before is important is because that plane had only been to that Colorado Springs airport two times. Once the day before the Fort Wuka event on September 8th and 9th and the only other time was October 25th and 26th. And that is when Brian Harpole said they began planning in earnest. And so if Brian Harpole is at Fort Wuka and a plane went through Colorado Springs Civilian Airport to get there and they started planning the event for Oram, Utah, when that same plane with with high-end American officials on it, a SAM triple0ero flight, the SAM 702 flight flies through the same Colorado Springs Civilian Airport, you now have some kind of synchronicity going on between those two flights. You now have similarities that cannot be ignored. I maintain that in my opinion, the person who was on the SAM triple0ero flight to Colorado Springs, until someone proves me wrong, until someone shows me a picture of Vice President Vance somewhere else that day, I have to believe that was Vice President Vance. I have to. And the implications of that are stunning. I do not believe Vice President Vance was in Fort Wuka the day before or two days before Charlie Kirk was neutralized, but I do believe he was in Colorado Springs on August 25th and 26th. And that flight went to Las Vegas. Initially, my gut instinct was, well, maybe he went to see Cash Patel. Cash Patel, after all, is acting weird about this whole thing. Now I'm starting to wonder, did he go see a certain congressman in Las Vegas or did he see certain donors in Las Vegas or did he see the director of the FBI at his home in Las Vegas? I don't know the answer to that. I don't know why that plane was in Las Vegas. I don't know why a SAM triple0ero would have been in Las Vegas. I don't know why a SAM triple0ero was in Colorado Springs. But there are only so many human beings on the freaking planet who ever get a SAM triple0ero designation. And the primary one is a guy named JD Vance right now. The one before that was Camela Harris. She flew under Sam triple0ero. The one before that was Joe Biden or it was Mike Pence and the one before that was Joe Biden. All of those people I'm just I'm just putting it together, putting it out there. You guys can accept it. You can reject it. You can throw it away.But for the last two weeks, this has been in my crawl because I think that show was from, let me go back and look at when that show was from. That show was from December 10th. So that was eight days ago. Eight days ago I made that connection. So let me run through some of these comments. I think these will be electric tonight. Get what I did there? Electric. It would be impossible. Oh, where'd you go? It would be impossible to be running in 1.25 seconds after the shot, but the weapon is already stashed away in the shooter's bag fleeing on the roof. Agreed. Agreed. And agreed. Can cannot agree more if I had to. After Candace's show tonight, where do we go from here? I was literally in tears. Please stay with her. I'm I'm I was probably the only person last night. H Nate kind of defended her on Valhalla kind of defended her, but I was one of the few people defending her yesterday. Almost everybody jumped on this frangible bullet bandwagon and acted like Candace got taken a bag of money and was and was forsaking the cause. Hey, today's show indicated she hadn't I MEAN, SHE decapitated Erica Kirk today. I mean, decapitated. If Erica Kirk cannot prove where she was the night of September 8th, and you know they're scrambling right now to come up with something, assuming she was in Fort Wuka or Sierra Vista, Arizona, if she really was there, you know, they're scrambling to come up with some sort of explanation. You They have to be. They have to be uh this why plea this is why he plead with Andrew Kovette last night because he knew what was going down today with Candace Owens. Think no I didn't know what was going down with Candace today. She didn't give me an indication what she was going to cover. Nor does nor should she. Um I mean she can she's welcome to Candace call me. Uh she's welcome to uh make sure there's nothing proprietary on there. See a pacer score. Um, no. She didn't tell me what was going on last night. I pleaded with Andrew because it was the right thing to do. And I still think that, Andrew. I still think that I pleaded with Andrew because it's the right thing to do. A lot of people who are invested in this are jumping in live streams and saying, "This is stupid theory. This is boring. I had a feeling uh for a few days we were seeing a murder in a way we've never seen before. I remarked last night how large the medallions looked under his shirt. Perhaps this is what is visible. Uh, I tend to agree with you. I tend to agree with you. Uh, TP USA staff would have an abundant stock of product called throat coat. Just having You crushed me there. Ah, yeah. So, the uh the the the I don't know if I guess you saw it uh when I pulled up that picture from Candace's uh live stream today and to show you the black plastic fragmentation that I believe is ABS plastic fragmentation from a from an exploded electronic device under his shirt of some sort. Um that is funny that you then at that point uh noticed that they u they had That is great. Guess who Steven Gardner was with right before Charlie was shot? He said it on his own live stream minutes after Charlie was shot. He said he had just gotten done interviewing Josh Hammer. I did not know that. That is great information. Real Cora Kennedy. That's really great information. Uh Steven Gardner was kind of traveling down the right path on this. Somebody it appears got to him because then man, he was fed slop 101 after that and then I stopped watching. Like I lost I don't say I lost respect for him.He's a great broadcaster, but but I I I stopped watching. I stopped watching at that point. Uh you cannot tell from a picture if it's plastic, glass, or anything else. Disagree. Tell me how. Be honest with yourself. I don't believe the real story, but you're gaining clicks but losing cred, man. I don't believe I'm gaining clicks and losing cred. Yeah. Uh, didn't Candace report they put a different microphone on Charlie just for that event? Who bought that microphone? Who recommended it and put it on Charlie? Um, I don't know who bought it. I don't know who recommended it and put it on Charlie. I will say that one of the weakest arguments I'd ever heard relative to the microphone is I think it was Brian Harpole saying well it was behind the security barrier. So I mean that means somebody in the audience didn't run up and sabotage the microphone but it didn't mean one of you clowns didn't. I mean that's the whole allegation is you guys were involved. You telling me only you guys had access to the microphone doesn't make me feel any better. In fact, it makes me feel a lot worse. Do I remember? And then I listened for about an hour and then I took the earphones out and went to bed for real that time. Uh great show last night, dude. Fantastic show. So that's one. two, uh, she he placed Brian Harpole there with 95 to 99% certainty, the day before Charlie Kirk was neutralized, the morning before. That was my initial instinct is that um but then I was assured that if they if there was a ground lift happening um which I don't know that it was. That's just a suggestion.
