BY THE NUMBERS Ashland Climate and Energy Action Plan: Open House #2 Page | 5 Focus Areas & Strategies Priority Focus Areas The Transportation, Land Use, and Urban Form focus area received the greatest total monetary contribution among all focus areas, followed by Cross -Cutting Strategies and Natural Systems . Although contributions to Transportation, Land Use, and Urban Form were fairly well distributed among its strategies , contributions to Cross -Cutting Strategies and Natural Systems were dominated by one strategy within each of these focus areas.
