Hey Bossman,
On March 19th, Tap went to pick up gravel from Heavy Material and on his way back a rusted area on the Dump
Truck gave way and gravel began spewing everywhere.
Mr. Juan Gonzales is claiming on March 19th 2015 the gravel that fell from our dump truck hit his windshield
and broke it, He said that he wrote down the license plate number and went to file a police report.
Attached is a copy of the Police report and 3 quotes to repair the Windshield.
